I've had this system for a while, like years. If you aren't actually like gonna scroll through your camera feed, you're gonna miss so much because it doesn't alert you or bookmark properly. Originally it was absolutely amazing, I got it to go with our arlo system, within the last year, the quality of alerts has went down.

2nd time using this app, the first time was fine as was this time until my trial expired, after I purchased a plan I've gotten nothing whatsoever. it just says wifi connection error. no matter wat I do. I reached out to them and followed the steps they gave me to fix it and still nothing. I've asked twice for a refund on my plan as I've not been able to use it. I just don't understand wat changed between the trial and plan purchase maybe it's the camera itself, either way I'm bummed

This camera essentially gets the job done but it either turns off by itself or it looses connection very easily. Which i don't quite understand since I have it hard wired with an ethernet cord. Also, im constantly bombarded with ads that are misleading or to upgrade to more cameras. I used the free version of this app for a long time and I bought a subscription thinking that that would end both the ads and the spotty connection, but that was not the case. You get what you pay for basically.

Pretty bad. It takes a step or two to log in that I didn't have to use to use with my other camera. Tremendous amount of advertising. I wouldn't purchase this Amazon camera again just because of the amount of bloated ads on this app. UPDATE. Lost another star. Just about to throw the camera out the window! You're shooting yourself in the foot along with your mediocre China webcams

Had them for about 3 years. they work and are very useful. I will say out of the 5 that I have 3 are starting to go after 3 years of constant use. that being said not sure if im going to buy more or look at getting a full security system put in that has a longer warranty that can be more price effective. the only thing I can tell you though if you do get these is that it's a good idea to on the app reboot your devices if you start to realize the night vision auto isnt changing any more.

Not the best after a while. If you don't give an app rating when it pops up on the screen, you automatically get logged off and have to reset all connected devices. This has been happening from day one. Today Oct 15 2025 none of the devices can connect to wifi anymore even after trying all options they suggest. I'm not too happy with this.

Cameras take forever to load. Sometimes I even have to close the app and reopen it just to load the live screen on the camera. Opening the app takes forever because of the full screen ads. And there's constant connectivity issues. The picture is clear when I can see it though. Currently looking for better options because the load time is ridiculous.

Could be better. I live in the country.. the system is set at the highest levels..it does not capture the critters which venture by. I'll see tracks in the snow but nothing is captured, seems like they're ghosts!!, a snow plow took out our mailbox...only thing that showed was the "after" with the mailbox on the snow covered ground. if people are around, it captures bits and pieces. I will be investing in a different system this year...it's great for watching live but definitely not recording!!!

This app used to be great until the recent update. I've used the app for several years without any significant problems. After the update i have been unable to connect to the app on my Dell chromebook. I deleted the app and attempted to reinstall the app but has been unable to do so. The message says the app will be installed soon. It has been over a week and I am still waiting for the app to be installed.I have tried multiple times to reinstall the app without success. Would appreciate help..

This device has ads. Makes me wait before accessing it even when i get an alert. As of Oct 2022, this app asked me to "rate it 5 stars for better service," and when I hit no,reject, it made me sign in all over again (every time). It's so annoying. Do not buy this. In case of emergency, it takes forever with the ads every time before logging in... update to 2025, has you completely set up the camera again when you don't rate it. 9/2025 again, same issue. don't buy please save time and frustration

Can be finicky. Right now it won't let me watch playback of my camera, it just keeps jumping to the current feed. It'll say there's no footage for periods of time when there is, and you have to close and reopen the app to see the playback. I also wish there were faster speeds to set playback to when you're watching it, x4 is not very fast when you're trying to watch video from several hours.

Simply, Terrible. Don't waste your money. App interphase is horrible, connection problems. If you go to the app to view a notification, it gives a loading dial and by the time you actually get to see . It's too late. Supposed to have 24hrs of history on the free, and there's zero. Paid version was no better, so it's pointless. Regret every bit of this.

The price is right for the cameras. But I don't appreciate being force logged out when I refuse to write a review when the pop up for it shows in the app. It's as if the developers are saying, 'You don't want to write a review? Screw you. You have to login again, haha'. Very inconvenient when I need to see something quickly. You wanted a review, so here you go. I'm calling you out on bad practices.

Advertisements pop up in push notifications. A lot. Makes me think I have a motion event. Nope, turned off for who knows how long. Cameras work well and it's easy to view events that record on my SD card. It's just the adverts I am getting fed up with. They are completely intrusive and distracting. If pop-up notifications are off, don't just ignore that to try to sell stuff in MORE popups. RUDE. Advertisements in-app, fine. Not on notifications. And stop interrupting looking at notified events.

Best movable camera with high quality video and panoramic options by far. The App however: memory is a bit lacking for baseline, times out after a while by design, and the fact I have to pay for a super app after I payed for the camera is upsetting. This is the same problem with video games that don't have the full game on the $60 disk. Now I have to buy a game and all the DLC's if I want to play the game. Best camera for price, but app could stop trying to dime me to death.

Well I gave it 5 stars to start now down to 2 stars. Why because all it does is disconnect. Doesnt give alerts the way it use yo. I bought so many cameras. Wasted money. The lagging is terrible and I'm truly disappointed. I gave 2 stars because the picture is beautiful and clear. But I'm surely not getting on time alerts. I've also wasted my money on the plan as well. Recently bought the door bell but have not installed it. Although affordable. It's going to cost more replacing them.

Connection issues are frequent. My camera itself goes offline at least half a dozen times a week and it's a hit or miss if it reconnects itself. Home network reliability is NOT the issue. The camera is inconsistent following movement. When connecting with the app, there's a delay for moving the camera that makes it difficult - and often results in the camera going offline. For the price and using it to monitor my pet, it's not a huge deal but I wouldn't use it for actual home surveillance.

Camera works well and has decent visuals, but the app is horrible. It doesn't want to load live feed and is often frozen. Takes forever to load when it does even though we have the fastest Wifi available. You also have to pay a subscription fee to get more than the very basics. You only get live feed. Half the time the movement notifications don't pick up my toddler getting out of bed even when she's turned her light on. I'm so glad we didn't get the cameras for security. I wouldn't feel safe.

It's probably one of the worst apps and Camara systems I have ever seen. First off, the app has vanished from my phone. I have to search to find it in my files if I need to access it. Second, the recording features hardly ever work, especially if you need them. You can save your password, but every after two log ins, you have to re-enter your password. The video is not back, but the audio is terrible. For how much it cost, I would just go with a ring or any other system 2 thumbs down.

It's really annoying to have an ad playing whenever I open the app to see why my cameraa are going off. On a service I pay for monthly. Why is this a thing?? In order to see if someone is trying to get into my house I have to wait for the ad to finish? And I'm paying for this? Seems like a rather dumb safety risk to me. Aside from that and not being able to fix it so the cameras don't go off ever time a bug flies by, they are decent cameras and the app is easy to use.
