How are you a big bank and you cannot solve a simple registration form? Seriously, no passwords would work even though I try to use the so called approved special characters. I had to consult AI so that I could find a password that your form would actually permit. please hire proper coders to fix your registration form. At least remove the special characters that you are not accepting.

Stop asking me to verify everytime I add an etransfer contact! Your app developer has made that feature permanent without my permission when I often buy things on classifieds, so everytime I add a contact, they need to verify that it is me. It is annoying! Please turn the setting off! I cannot clear cache because it will delete all my contacts, again! I need real solutions from the IT dept. Everytime I want to change a setting: its another annoying verification screen that I can't verify!

Phone verification system is down. I receive a phone call and input the verification and it says something is up and that it can't verify my code right now. I went through this twice and both times it didn't work.

frustrating. I've just gotten paid. and already I have funds on hold. which is fine, if the app told me or showed me what's on hold. it's ridiculous that transaction happen and there's no record of it with bmo in some cases. if there's money coming out of my account, I should be able to see when, where, who and how much. plain and simple. banks don't look after the people, they hold money and look out for themselves.

I got my new Moto g Power 5g for Christmas and have not been able to install my BMO CANADA banking app from Playstore. I have uninstalled the BMO telephone banking app, turned off my phone reset everything, reinstalled the , get all the way through the sign in procedure and then I get a message over and over each time that there is a problem at their end. I have contacted BMO Support several times they have checked repeatedly and they say there is no problem. Please help . Sincerely Barb Riley

constantly gets me to re-sign in, and when I got a new card when mine expired the app refuses to acknowledge I have a new card, can't connect biometric ID to it cause it doesn't exist apparently and I cannot delete my old debit card from my account, even though the new card number is what im using to log in. new card will not register to google wallet either because the app keeps giving errors that google wallet "is not authorized"? my last card was fine, I got my new card in person at the bank?

Totally broken now, can't get past the logo page no matter what. Force kill, reboot the phone, reinstall, nothing works. Probably programmed with AI because why bother using actual brain and doing actual testing pre release.

The app still is pretty terrible. Now you cannot perform features you could previously. it's always "a problem at our end" or "we've come up empty" in this day and age it's pathetic to say the least. Always technical issues.

Biometric scanner no longer works when logging in, error messages keep coming up. Have to manually enter info multiple times... :( Called the number suggested in the reply. The person I spoke to tried several things, still can't use the biometric ID. They said they can't help me... :( Went to my local branch and they weren't very helpful, said it's my phone that's the problem.. All the other apps on my phone that use biometric ID work fine, it's only BMO. Will cancel the card tomorrow

When I open the app, I enter an infinite loop of loading screen. I've tried for stopping, clearing data, uninstalling, and reinstalling the app. None of these are permanent fixes.

would you like me to come in and sit with the app creators _ go over all the app features _ make it a little more user friendly _ with the right crew i can create a much smoother experience especially for the elderly users that aren't as technically inclined as other from the same era _because even when it is easily accessible _ once your in its not easy to navigate through _im glad you are so concerned about my terrible experiences with the app and the telephone agents when I've called in

Not the apps fault but they are the only bank that I've ever dealt with that will take credit away from you even if you pay your bills on time! They took my credit card, line of credit and reduced my overdraft and all within one month of each other with no warning of it happening! All this just in time for Christmas I would love to leave them but now I owe all the money and have my pay and payments going thru them so I'm stuck! I recommend nobody to BMO ever!!!

This is infuriating. I've tried logging into my account on the application. It doesn't work, then it locked my account for attempting too many times. I've try resetting the password by calling the number on the back but the application doesn't let me. I have tried the online one to see if the problem was just the application. The website works, but the application is broken. I will stop using the app until the problem is fixed. Updated: Thank you Josie for fixing my problem in a timely manner

this app has been fine until recently. when I first downloaded it the interface was modern and easy to use. A few months later they changed the UI to look like it was made in the 80/90s again. but here is the real issue. i no longer have access to any of my accounts through this app because I got a new phone for Christmas and apparently the app will not send the 2FA (it forces you to have this) to a phone with an ESIM. BMOs lack of insight on this issue is forcing me to change banks.

I'm always shocked at how inept the major Canadian banks are at making functional and intuitive banking apps. I only use this app to manage my one BMO credit card, and the app has put me off using BMO for anything else. Biometric login sounds nice, if it ever worked at all. The app is also pretty unintuitive, and lacks the ability to even authorize adding a credit card to Google Wallet without calling the bank. And no dark mode? Really? 2 stars for being functional, but that's about it.

I have a huge beef with whatever update may have just happened. I shouldn't need to verify myself every freakin time I login. especially when I use the biometric scanner to login. Plus I click the "TRUST THIS DIVICE" check mark... But still I have to verify every freakin time. it's annoying especially when I'm in a hurry. FIX IT PLEASE!!!!!!!

Verification system to add to digital wallet does not work in app. You have to call the bank and they are still sending codes by text which you have to repeat over the phone to a customer service rep but this is a tactic used by scammers so don't feel like bmo system is secure. Not impressed. Update 15 Jan - App has not worked for 2 days ! what is going on

Okay, instead of giving me a response from some robot is there any chance an actual real living breathing human being could read this? That big annoying pop-up asking me to turn on notifications AGAIN when they are already turned on is back AGAIN.What exactly is the problem? Is there any chance you could hire someone with more than one brain cell to work on this app? This is a banking app, it should work 100% 100% of the time.
