pretty good app. probably the visuals could be improved

I problems is that the app don't want to capture my ID which is an Extranjero one but when I try my wife ID card it works prefectly. So that's my issue and this make me upsets because I can't create an acount to view my previaje amount! Can you please find a solution for me or I fix this?

I wish qualifications were optional. I haven't used the service but keeps asking me for a review. Just so annoying
