When I installed and paid for the subscription, sending images on WhatsApp and Messenger worked fine, but now it doesn't allow it, neither in groups nor individually. I've already contacted Boards several times over the past few months and haven't received a response. I've updated and reinstalled the app, but it's still the same, and that doesn't help. Does anyone know how to fix this or has anyone else experienced the same problem?

It started a little rough. I felt like the help videos were all just talk and no walk (through) real scenarios. You just have to jump in and try it. Figure the thing out. Now. I use it nearly every day. I LOVE BOARDS! The Pages feature is so helpful. I'm looking forward to the improvements coming, like having check out subsections instead of all at the end.

I had this app for over a year, with a free subscription. I had only 1 board that I used. Then with no notice, it changed to a paid subscription only. I could not even see the information that I entered in the first place! So, in order to get those notes I typed, I had to pay for a month subscription, just to copy MY info and immediately cancel. Sketchy business practices at best. It was nice to have things in one place, but not nice enough I'd pay for it.

I used the app for less than 5 days. I thought it worked differently and just wasn't set up for what I needed. I asked to cancel the subscription, delete my account, and for a refund AFTER 5 DAYS! First, it was frustrating to use the chat bot and not get customer support, and then I finally had to send an email. Was told to cancel through the Play Store, and REFUNDS CAN'T BE ISSUED and "Sorry for the inconvenience." What a rip-off. I am so pissed.

We have had a very tough time using boards on our android platform. Honestly it is very clunky. Here lately I am having trouble using it at all and we have a professional account. It has been down for days now and the customer service is non-existent! They do not have a phone number and WILL NOT call you when you request a work around. We put in emails to their support and nothing. We are disappointed with this app on this platform. I'm not looking for haters just stating an experience.

I used the app for a yer then all of a sudden I had to pay for it. I paid for a month just to get my info and now I can't cancel and it keeps charging me. They say go to the subscriptions and do it there but it doesn't show up so how can I cancel it!! Had to send them an email to talk to anyone. I guess we will see how long that takes. Do not recommend!

This app *was* amazing. I recommended it to everyone I know. Literally a game-changer for my business. Now... With the limit of 100 shares lifetime OR having to pay $10/month to be able to share after that, is RIDICULOUS. I loved the app enough, even as an android user, to not be too worried when they announced a coming upgrade. But when I looked at the price, I was DISGUSTED. I could understand paying $2-5/month for this app. But $10 a MONTH?! come on. 🙄 At least give a "with ads" mid option.

I USED to love AND recommend this app, but since it's gone from 3 free boards down to 1 SHARED board, it's completely USELESS for me. Before it went down to 3 boards, I went through the dozens of shared ones that I had in order to combine them as best I could. I don't use any of the shared boards anymore (only the one that I created) and it's so frustrating. At least my phone has an option to lock clipboard info... FOR FREE... so I guess I'll use that now instead.

company does not respond to help requests, or fulfill what they said they would do to help me. Cancellation instructions in the help don't match what you see. really feel ripped off. I cant find how to cancel, which is what led me to ask for help in the first place. Jan 25th, and I've been trying to solve this since early December!

I really like boards as far as the organization of the folders and being able to share with my team. The cost is just a bit much.

I am with two companies, and it Will not let me in one account. I've logged out, I've got through email specific to my other account, chat specific to that account. There are no answers on help.

I had 2 accounts. a free one and a business one. I reached out in October to fix the phone number issue to attach it with my BUSINESS ACCOUNT I PAID A YEAR IN ADVANCE FOR. It took WEEKS to get a response and then they STILL fixed it WRONG!-I have now lost access to my PAID business Boards App!! I am utterly devastated. I want my business app account that I paid a full year subscription for. And I think a refund is in order if I dont get that account back.

My work uses boards for ONE folder. ONE. In the beginning, this app was great! you could go in, get the photos or info you needed and add your own. Then last year, no more downloading. This year, no more screenshots. For one folder, you want me to pay 99 bucks a year? and what exactly is it that is worth that when all I do is download a photo my work puts in there? Boards used to be great. Now just wants all of your money.

Customer service is almost impossible to get hold of. A week later I receive an email with a slight suggestion that is in no way helpful. There is no way to upgrade from free account and no way to get help to fix the issue. It's a neat app but if you need help CUSTOMER SERVICE is NONEXISTENT.... that needs to be addressed in my opinion. I'm still flipping aggervated and still have no solution. 😡🤬

So far I love the app! Great tool for my team. There are just a few things we are finding that need to be fixed to make it 100% perfect. Still, so much better than the way we were doing things before. I have several of my leaders trying it out too so that we can train our team to use Boards!
