If you have an option to pay cash on delivery, use that. I ordered food, the rider was unreachable, tried calling several times to give instructions. I placed my phone down for a few minutes, I came back, two missed calls 3 minutes back. I called, unreachable. I checked the app only to see they wrote it was delivered. I msged bolt, they claimed they cancelled but still didn't refund at least for the FOOD! It was written as delivered. How can a whole Bolt rip off its clients! Who are you serving?
There's no support! They mention it everywhere in the "help" section and it's nowhere to be found. Like what is the actual heck with you? I get delivered botched food and I complain about it in the review and they specifically ask to go to support section, but it's not there! There are a lot of good things to be said about the app, with shiny interface and all, but get the basic functionality first, and add the bells and whistles later. This is how it's done in any proper development environment
Just uninstalled forever. The delivery guys usually take orders from several other apps at the same time. In the GPS map, you see them taking order from other places and delivering, all while they have your food. I guess the other apps pay better or something so they give them the priority. The support never fully reimburse you, just 2 EUR. Last time they didn't even reimburse me because I didn't want to receive a order that was already traveling for 1 hr with the delivery guy thru the city.
The app is good, but the delivery situation is not great. Now, every time you order, you play a lottery to see how many stops the courier will make before bringing your food, even though it says they are driving to you. Most of the time, it's a 5-minute drive for the courier, but they are taking 30 minutes; one time, it took 2 hours. Orders were made at night, so there was no traffic, etc.
Support system online is completely useless. You don't even reply on time when the food is delayed. I didn't receive the food at all yesterday because there was no rider at all. But they didn't inform me until 2 hours and I had to contact the restaurant directly just to know that there were no any riders who had arrived. Please keep a customer care service number so that we can call you directly to resolve this issues. Otherwise I don't recommend this app to anyone
In Tbilisi Georgia just don't use it! I ordered food a few times and it was always cold and disappointing. not the delivery person's fault but the app. They don't cooperate with the pictures and complaining I sent, called me liar and ignored everything. I gave the screenshots of long waiting time and pictures of food that arrived not as ordered. you can check my profile I never give anyone a low review but this time I couldn't hold myself. just use WOLT!!! thank you.
The app is ok, however I had a bad experience with the customer support: I had two missing items one from a 3 piece menu and one an upgraded one from a 3 piece menu, at first they offered only the upgrade price, then 20% of one of the menus plus the upgrade price, then after 2 hours 20% of both the menus and the upgrade which was about in total 70% percent of the value of the missing items so they wasted my time and I lost some money. I will not use it anymore.
Bought some articles from Penny through the app,it showed 30 % discount and just updated to full price upon buying.In the app the promotion was still on. contacted the service provider,at first said it did not understand the prob,after i screenshot the promo and the price update and send them on the chat . just answered i should keep an eye on the app as their partners can change prices!Not even an apology that there app does not update that the price was changed and on top put the blame on you!
Bolt Plus offers no real service priority. My order was accepted and prepared, but after over 30 minutes of waiting for a courier, it was cancelled late at night due to “no courier found”, with no warning about courier unavailability or shortage at the time of ordering. Support provided only template replies and no service recovery beyond an automatic refund. Disappointing experience for a paid subscription.
Actually zero star. Found a metal wire on my food—a serious choking hazard. Bolt support was useless. The agent kept repeating that the "only solution" was a refund for just one item, as if the rest of the meal was safe! I pointed out their own terms (Section 13.6) allow a full refund for safety breaches, but they ignored me, pushed a tiny 5 € credit, and closed the chat. Use a different app.
if I could do 0 i would. good meant to be delivered 30-45 mins. had message from driver saying on way and he'd call when near as the tracker wasn't working. 1.5hr later turns out food didn't turn up and it was because restaurant had closed for the night after accepting the order and the driver had messaged to say he picked up the order and was on his way. no compensation, no apologies, just we'll revert payment and you'll get it back in 14 days.
restaurants I was previously able to order from, now say they don't deliver to my address even though they appear like they would be able to. I contacted support where after waiting multiple days for a resolve I was told the issue is on my end and they didn't see any issues on theirs, to do the steps they suggested (which I confirmed multiple times I tried and didn't fix the issue), and to just try ordering from a laptop where I am having the same issue and I informed them of it. Awful service.
Bad service in case of (common) issues, i.e. unhelpful bots at support center instead of humans. And what's even more frustrating - the prices are shown with "discounts", for example NOW 40pln INSTEAD OF 50pln, but when you look at the lowest price in the last 30 days, it's often around 28pln. So the app tries to decive you about 20% discount, while the real situation is that the product is 40% more expensive!! How do you feel about dishonesty and when someone makes a fool out of you?
first time using your app and this is going to be the last time I'm going to use your app because not only is your customer service very rude because they catch you off because before you can even say this helped you in any way you have to start a new ticket another thing is the fact you don't deliver on time how can I wait 2 hours for food to be delivered and be told that I can make another case in the food comes cold and I can't even cancel after the food is being prepared which honestly I get
Trapped to thinking that by selecting monthly no or low cost courier applies to all distances, like Wolt. I found that there are distance limitations. After going through the ordering process.
The app is great, but I have two things that I find inconvenient: 1. No option to tip the courier after the delivery (?). Why would I tip before experiencing the service? Doesn't make sense. 2. No option to rate either food, or delivery. There is only an option to rate both, and sometimes, I only want to rate one of these two.
This app is getting worse 9/10 times I encounter some sort of problem with this app, either delays of 1 hour, cold food, courier just wandering around the town and wasting time, missing items and no refunds for these cases, bad customer support.
A lot of order delays, support like robots they have a standard answer. I had the same problem twice with the same restaurant, my order was delayed for almost 2h and it was just a croissant. I called the delivery guy he said it's the restaurant problem, I called the restaurant they said it's the app's problem, I contacted the support they said it's the restaurant problem. What a frustrating experience. Horrible experience very horrible. I'm so disappointed.
allways when I subscribe bolt plus I regret. faking offers and after buy the subscription those are useless. to get their offers need to buy above minimum fee of free or less delivery price not like in wolt. the subscription price is also higher than wolt subscription. after using wolt plus and move to bolt plus feels limited offers for subscribers and no speciality. very tricky. restaurant also need to buy the subscription to deliver free. they are trying to trick both sides
The problem is still there. I ordered 2 soups, received half of each. It's not a general issue with the portion sizes, it's an issue with this particular order, as I received half of the ordered items. Support told me to complain to the restaurant and refused to do anything. poor experience.
