Bonami – Your distinctive home

Overall a good app, and nice past experiences with this website. However, the following points could use some more work: Can't see the contents of my orders in the app (the functionality is there, it just doesn't seem to work) No sorting option for search results (interestingly, this is most annoying for their best stocked categories of products). For instance, I was looking for a specific product in just one color. I tried searching for "product name" plus "color", but then I had to manually look for the right size. That's when I gave up on the app and used a computer instead. Would be awesome to receive less push notifications, too. I like their products, but seeing a new product or a "not to be missed" offer every day is just bad marketing in my opinion.

There are several things which I don't like about Bonami (both app version and online site): 1. the products are very expensive compared to similar sites, e.g. Vivre 2. the return policy is complicated: you have to write them e-mails, attach photos, waste a lot of time with unnecessary steps 3. when giving them feedback about their return policy and experience, the reply of the employee was that I should've read their policy before buying and this is it. In conclusion, I will never buy again!

I like the products but the application needs to be improved. Filters are not enough and especially filtering by size sometimes is not working, but I also can't use the size I want. I want to edit the size i want to filter by, but I don't have this option

Just 1 star because my order dates from June 30, it supposed to arrive on July 7-11 but nothing. Contact them and only then they said we are sorry blablabla it will arrive on 15-17. Saw in the email that they passed the pack to the currier so I've tried to follow the AWB, on the currier app I got: the pack was never deliverd to us. But dang, they were fast in taking the money.

The apps' button are in Czech for some reason while the rest of the text is in my selected local language. Really annoying. The prices,compared to Vivre for example are significantly higher.

It is very difficult to find a product without the options of filtering and sorting. Scrolling is just time wasting.

Bonami has an amazing corporate culture and a very creative team behind the scene. I do not know much about their business practice but they went more than out of their way today to help return lost property to a complete stranger (me), and as far as I am concerned that is the type of people you want to do business with. When you download the app is in a different language.It should be an option to be available in Romanian or at list in English.

You are faster to harvest data than to set application language. I clicked on the Hungarian site and got a Czech version installed.

I love bonami and this app makes it easier to scroll through all the beautiful things bonami has to offer :)

The application is not in my language!!!

Is there any english version? Mine installed directly in czech and can.t change it!

Site degeaba! Desi produsele sunt ok, nu se poate efectua plata cu card, nu retine datele cardului desi le salveaza ceea ce nu e ok, plus ca nu ai cum sa efectuezi plata online nici sa vrei..apoi direct comanda anulata! Asa ceva eu nu am intalnit in nici o aplicatie. Chiar daca suni la ei nu se mai poate, sunt degeaba ca firma..pacat de produse!

Mult inferioara site-ului. Site-ul Bonami e excelent, aplicatia e frustrant de folosit: imposibilitatea de a mari imaginile, informatiile despre produse incomplete (mult mai putine decat pe site). Pacat! Ati face bine sa o revizuiti si sa ii aplicati un update semnificativ.

Navigatie greoaie, preturi mai mari decat in alte magazine online, unele produse sunt de calitate indoielnica.

Este f utila si ma ajuta cu lucruri pentru care n.am timp sa strabat magazinele! Recomand !
