new update has logged me out and forced me to reset my password but upon doing so, I still can't log in. The wishlist was finally working even though it cleared out everything that was in it previously. I was excited for the update but if I can't access my account on the app or the website, then what's the point. The prices have gone up significantly too. For what you are charging, you should be able to provide better detailed descriptions of each item instead of generic garment descriptions.

Really frustrating user experience on the app... cart keeps getting emptied at checkout and you're basically forced to start all over again. Happened to me 3 times! I noticed this happens when trying to buy items that are almost sold out (I.e. only 1 or 2 left in stock). I would have called it quits and not bought anything but I really wanted a specific shirt so I re-did the process 4 times before I could finally get a successful purchase. Total pain! Please fix this, devs. Thanks!

I made an order and went to purchase but for whatever reason I could not complete the order. I didn't get a payment error or a signal error or any type of error at all, the order simply would not go through. Somehow, my card was still charged the $153 amount of my order. I didn't get an email notification that my order was completed. On the app, as well as the website I have no past, or pending orders so there's no tracking number. I've emailed customer service about this but no response.

I am so unhappy with this app. The first time I ordered something from the app. It was telling me the items were in stock then I got an email telling me they messed up, and the items are not in stock. Ok cool, they give me a refund. I ordered again different items I liked. Now these items are in stock, I have been waiting for the delivery and tracking the package, All the way out for delivery only to get a text telling me insufficient address and my package is being returned to sender. Horrible!

continuously get error messages when trying to pay for something, when I know for sure there's nothing wrong with my card, I even tried multiple cards just to be sure. still won't let me check out amd it keeps deleting my cart. there's no way to contact customer service about it. this was a waste of a download. I've never had any concerns about any apps until now.

While the clothes look nice and they have a great variety of items. Your app and website are garbage. It's like it doesn't want to run. It couldn't view my wishlist, it took forever for the interface to pop up and it's annoying to keep closing it out and opening back up JUST for it to keep doing it. You guys have MULTIPLE people saying the same thing. There's no reason you haven't fixed or updated it. Edit: I changed it to 1 star bc I thought switching devices would magically change it but NOPE

I've made many orders with this app and have never NOT received my items and NEVER had to contact customer until now. The only way to reach them is through the messenger app. They basically said let us look at a video to see if your items were packaged, which took 2 business days (no weekends replies) and basically called me a liar and that my missing items were packaged. Out of all the money I've spent with this company, I'd lie about not receiving two pair of pants??? I'm DONE!!!

Gift cards have stopped working. I was given a refund via a gift card which I'm unable to use. Spent a month going back and forth with customer service, trying to get them to understand the problem, they are totally unaware that gift cards are currently unavailable. I just want my refund. Seriously won't be ordering from here again, customer service is terrible and keeps requesting the same details over and over again. The app keeps logging you out. The clothes sizes aren't accurate.

Very disappointing experience with BoohooMAN. I placed a bulk order and some items never arrived. Customer service was almost impossible to reach, and the responses were unhelpful. It feels like you’re forced to pay extra for delivery protection, otherwise you’re left without proper support if something goes wrong. The whole process was frustrating, and I’ve lost trust in the brand. I would be very careful before placing large orders with them.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. My parcel was stolen on the delivery date, containing 2 items. I proceeded with a refund, and after 1 month, I received a refund for 1 item. And when I tried to request a refund for 2 items, I didn't get a response. I recommend never buying something from boohooman. never

Used this app a lot, but it has been so problematic, never again. I used this app so much I even bought shares of boohoo stock now Debenhams. However,the app experience has gotten so bad now. can't log in, codes are not working, charging for delivery even when I'm premier. I took a refund as cash back worst decision. if anyone is using this app. never take your refund as a gift card or cashback.

horrible, garbage, and terrible are all words too describe this horrible clothing brand. it has been over 3 weeks since I purchased 100 dollars worth of clothes and when I go to see the shipping progress, it says "error parcel could not be found." When I try to go to the help pages it just says "page could not be found." Just to add to everything, they have all their clothes made by slave labor shops. Garbage web page, horrible customer service, and poor construction of the clothing (researched)

New update just made things worse. No prompt custmore service response, no chat, no direct email, no response on Twitter..... Nothing!! My refund began processing in the ice age and till date it's still not here. You can do better I think.... And by the way, cheaper to free delivery fees is always better even if it takes longer.

app is completely unusable since beginning of February 2026. if it does manage to load it constantly logs out. continuous error messages while trying to login. the only way to access the site is to uninstall the app and use the web browser.

received a store credit for a partial return - when trying to redeem it, you also have to enter a pin code which hasn't been provided. I have emailed customer services twice requesting this and still absolutely zero response. give me access to my credit or refund me!!

only 3 star because every time I add something to my wishlist it says it's out of stock. it's been like it for months even though before I add it to the list it says it's available or has a certain amount of numbers left.

It's ok, but not all features work on the app like saved products, and it's very slow. Also, not all product links on third-party sites that are supposed to redirect you to the app work.

The app is terrible, when searching through items it will glitch and loop the same items over and again several times. Sometimes I click to search it will just hang at a blank screen. Also sometimes I will click on. a thumbnail of an item i want to view, the it will load up with no picture of the item just blank with the description and price underneath.

DO NOT ORDER FROM BOOHOOMAN! Not only did I have to pay shipping to receive item they charge $7.99 to return so im paying more for shipping than I paid for product! im going to write review as many places as I can!

downloaded the app and placed an order and paid for premium for a year. since that i havent been able to log in, had no update on my order. didnt get the next day delivery i was supposed to get and have contacted them twice and had no help. paid for premium and cant even get on the app to use it.
