Worst App I've ever used. Varies in the problem, but will not allow me to checkout. varies between nothing loading at all once you click the checkout button or previously it would not accept my address. I've asked for solutions in amending problems and no reasonable solution has been recommended. it's disappointing that they offer online vouchers which can only be spent online and then provide such a poor service

Very slow. Sometimes I do not see what there is in my basket. Other times I see the price in eur then it switch to the UK part and the prices are in pounds. Weeks ago wanted to place an order and I couldn't because the app didn't work! updates of 2026, it got smoother, but still I cannot link the loyalty card to my phone app, while in my tablet was linked without issue, which is odd as it is the same account I should see it automatically. this is a big issue as I cannot activate offers!

points offers which are loaded onto my boots card are regularly not applied at checkout. Received emails advising double points offer during birthday month, never received the offer. Often have issues during checkout and have to call customer service, who usually have no idea how to rectify...

I feel the app itself is fine. However every single time there is an update, i cannot just update the app normally and continue using it. Every time after updating it here on Google play the pop up in the app telling me to upgrade STILL shows up (yes, even if i try again later), effectively making me have to reinstall it EVERY SINGLE TIME and it's very frustrating. I had the same issue on my previous phone too so it isn't just this current one.

placed an order, paid for it and half an hour later I'm informed order was cancelled. Told a hold on my money will be in place for up to 7 business days. Tried to place the order a second time, same thing happened. so now I'm out the money twice for up to 7 business days. Ridiculous. App is useless.

Awful!!! Both the app and the website are not good!!! I keep trying to put through orders and every time they are cancelled even though the money has been taken from the bank, thankfully revolut are very good at returning the money but the point is that I want the goods I'm trying to order not my money back. It's an absolute disgrace Boots, ye really need to get this sorted because it's happened SEVERAL times at this stage!

I rarely can use the app as it asks to get updated half the time (when it is already updated) so I just jump between "update" and "open" buttons and then just give up. And warning "please update" just doesn't allow to use the app at all.

The app is fun, Tuesday €12 is amazing. It's sometimes difficult to move around site and sometimes difficult to check out .

poor app, lots of bugs. keeps asking to sign up for advantage card even though I have one. can't see existing card. links to track packages don't work

The app keeps saying it needs to be updated, go to the app store, it's already updated. I've uninstalled and installed multiple times and it keeps happening. very annoying not being able to use it.

The app never works. Everytime I open it, a table pops up saying the app needs to be updated. Once it's updated it still continues to do the same, therefore I can never use the app and I miss out on offers.

App is easy to use and manoeuvre around. You can find everything you require on the app and lots, lots of more fantastic offers tailored to what you like. You can easily and clearly see your how many points you have to use. Highly recommended as you even get more special offers and reductions based on what you have previously bought. Always great deals on products for you. Easy to add to your card and see how much points you have to spend.

Works great now!! Updated: 03/2023: much better now that card remains registered. The app does still have a bit of a delay, but generally works well, once on the go. 09/ 2022 Can not get the card to 'stay' registered. The app, if it works, is OK but it is absolutely impossible to add my card and use the benefits. I have even had two very professional ladies try and assist in store, but if I had to be asked if the app is worth it, absolutely NOT

It constantly crashes, fails to load or says cart is empty. it's a nightmare to browse, specially if going back to where I was browsing after selecting something. it's just not great and from boots I would expect the best Disappointed but still use it to buy online.

I cant even open the app. Whenever I open it, a pop-up asks to update the app on google play store and on the playstore it shows its already updated and it goes on..

Constantly crashing or showing error messages. It's a visual eyesore and difficult to navigate. Why would I want to see items that are out of stock

The Boots app is an excellent app, it is very easy to use! Always great offers and love the points system,as I can buy more and be rewarded.

I find the app very glitchy. I sometimes cannot access my basket or need to sign in again mid-purchase.

Worst app ever. Really bad, never leave me complete my purchase. Have to go into the shop and order there to be delivered. Doesn't deserve one star.
