The problem here is that when you return an item, the process takes a long time and they are also very difficult to contact their customer service from their phone number and email. This is not a good experience. So if you order, make sure it is correct because when you return an item, the process takes a long time. I would not using this apps anymore and order any item. this make me disappointed. I will pay the item even i returned already.

1 missing and 1 damaged order. The worst possible customer service. And this happened with my last 2 orders. The first order got missing and it is the third week when it is still missing. Customer service said that refund for it was issued last week, when in reality it wasn't and it will be issued when the order reappears. The second order arrived today and 2 glasses and 2 cups are broken. It is impossible to reach customer support - in the app they don't answer and my emails are being ignored.

Don't recommend! They have lost some returned items and refunded the invoice incorrectly.

I have more than 10 orders and everything related to the company is legit (good products, great customer service, return and shipping policy). Having said that, since the last couple of months, the app on my mobile phone has become unusable. I get a "something went wrong. please try again" message when clicking on links, trying to view products, applying filters etc. No such problem with the online version on my laptop, so seems to be an issue with the Android app.

Great! Extremely fast delivery, only 1-2 days until package arrives. Large variety of items, user friendly interface. Quick and easy to get familiar with the app. Just wish you were able to switch the language - or, make it easier to switch the language, as I can't seem to find the option to do so. App assumes you speak whatever language is spoken in the country you're in. A better system would be if the app applied the language that your device uses. Other than that, 10/10!

Making an order is smooth, but customer service is non existent. Took me 15 min to find contact information on the website, then no one answered my calls. It's impossible to receive customer service, only a dumb bot you can chat with.

fake discounts, as trying to buy something, it makes it full price, at end saying you need to buy two things with a price more than 70€

Under delivery option, first time clicked on home delivery to the door, then the page was updated, asked me to fill in address for invoice, the text for home delivery was moved up and covered by some other text, became impossible to chose anymore. Tried so many times to log in, off, refresh. Didn't work.

The app has been working fine. All of sudden, start having a problem. When I click open a product and back to the last page, i would normally go back to where I was viewing, but now the page goes all the way back to the first product. The problem is not solved even the app has been uninstalled and installed again and updated. Hope this problem can be fixed soon. Or I can't do shopping there.

i LOVE boozt but your app is worthless. I go through products and click on something I like then when I go back it takes me to the top of the page. So if I have gone through 50 items, I need to go through them again! This makes me give up on the whole thing! It's also impossible to change your password in the app

Dissapointed! I have my ordered delivered on other pick up place..and because I cannot pick up on that place they have send the items back to Boozt. Suddenly they emailed me & i could order the items again but unfortunately the item that I want is no longer available on the site. Just dissappointed that delivery address that I declared on the form was not followed.

Good shopping app, has multiple different choices unavailable in othrr apps. However the back button doesn't work as supposed to. Always after viewing a product it backs back to the beginning of the list, so you have to scroll down all over again...

I enjoy buying things from this app when they do discounts. One thing that this app doesn't have is that there is no picture of models wearing the clothes or shoes. I need to see the product on a model so I can see if it looks good when someone is wearing it. Over all, it is a good app and the delivery is fast.

Filters doesn't work properly and every time you pick an item an subsequently go back, browsing starts from the top again. Really annoying. And also when browsing the same items seem to pop up several times. The app needs an overhaul.

First time ordering from Boozt and made 2 orders, one on 26th Nov and one 27th. It says 3-5 working days for delivery. UPS was meant to deliver one order today but is now showing as delayed and the other is not going to be here till 12th. Really disappointed so far as it will mean if I have to change any sizes I won't have them for Christmas. I spent a lot of money so I would have expected delivery time to be better!

Useless app/shop. Got blocked from ordering because i sent back the suit that was not fit. Customer service told me it is fine and i can send it back and get the right size. After i returned the package i cannot order because of some fair use policy. Stay away or just use somewhere else that wont block you for not fitting in clothes.

Even though the products are nice but around 50% of orders (from my experience) are not being delivered or delayed for month or so. Edit: servicing team was kind to offer additional discount for inconveniences caused. And they are claiming that my experience is exceptional. So I hope it's true and I correct my rating.

I had been a monthly user of boozt but after a poor customer support experience, I lost all faith in the company and haven't shopped with them for 6 months. They lost a loyal customer who could have been retained with a decent discount code or something similar but they were happy to do nothing and just make excuses. Deleted the app now.

Bloody test your god damn creation before release. I just updated your god damn app a couple of hours ago and now we need even more updates. Stop with "fix later attitude", and instead do your bloody testing BEFORE release. If you need to rush updates due to errors, and do not include info regarding what the bloody reason it was released for, it's even more clear it should not have been released im the first place. This mass release of fixes for the fixes happens EVERY time. Hopeless!!!
