BOSS Money: Send Cash Fast

The apps looks great but it doesn't do the job that I hired it to do. Mobile top-up! I entered all the info required and it returned a payment processing error. Then I noticed that my bank account was debited with the amount I selected for the top-up, and then I was credited back. I tried a different card and got the same outcome as previous transaction. So what's the point??? Do the job I hire you to do successfully! Otherwise, you are taking space on my phone.

I have been trying to complete my first money transfer for three days now. I got all the way to the final step and after I hit the dollar amount and submit, I keep getting an error message that says "sorry, your transaction has failed. Please try again." I have spoken with Boss Money Customer service numerous times but the issue has not been resolved. Very frustrating!

I've given this app high marks. I'm having major issues with it now. I send money to friends in different places and different banks. First I thought it was the bank. But lately the app says paid but the banks don't see the money. Starting to look shady as hell. I can't get my money back and receiver can't pick it up if the bank sees nothing. Boss said they would get conformations from the banks. No time frame given. You have to be patient. Searching for a new way to send.

Great app. The app allows me to focus on my form rather than checking my watch for time. The ability to move through different cycles is also another great feature.

After sharing my adversary review here, was asked by the app mngt to email them. 4 days later, still not reply via email. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I have used this app for years. now that I need to send money for a medical emergency, it is making it near impossible to send money after I provided all documents to prove my income

Terrible experience! I completed biometric and ID verification and still cant get verified. Called the number..zero help. Emailed support and got "sorry cant help you." Whats the point of a service you cant use for its only purpose..? lol

this is the worst app to use in sending money. they're big scam. they hold your money for days or weeks and use it to trade crypto and only refund part of the money when they make a profit. please do not advise anybody to use this scam call boss money. NALA and remitly are the best. these people have been holding my Aunty hospital bill, and she's dying in the hospital in Africa . they don't want to send nor refund my money.

good luck trying to get support from these scammers... this company sucks. it's impossible to get an answer from them and their chat always crash or shut down. garbage. 0 stars!

Shows better rates when sending the conversion rate reduces. Poor strategy 👎

Very bad experience.Sent money and it was hanging gor 48 hours. To request cancelation, couldn't get someone on the phone for 3 days. Requested for a call back, it took more than 36 hours. Finally canceled the transaction with someone that couldn't speak English, and it's going to take another 3 days to get my money back. I will not recommend this App to anyone.

the app is good to send money,but when yiu refer a friend they give you 25 dollars I collect 50 and cant have access or expend that money,on that part is a scam.
