Game is great, App is Rubbish. They really need to sort this app out for Android at least, For other phones like mine it just never loads up seemingly, unacceptable for a modern day application. I've had every single video declined by them, so the system needs to be looked at because whatever process they use to track and count the number of hits, its rubbish.

thr software is weak and glitchy. I have a few friends who say the same. We just play the game on our phones. It's just easier. The game itself is awesome. It's a very rewarding to see how fast you progress in your focus and attention. Not to mention your motor skills I would definitely recommend. I started out by only being able to do 4 and now Im over 500.

I don't rate apps often. Even when they suck, I usually just let it slide and don't use it. This app is absolutely great... at being worthless. Counter starts randomly. I can be ina dead quiet room and it will just go wild. Other times, it's right the opposite. I can hit the ball, snap, yell and nothing. No secondary camera tracking, mic adjustment, etc. Just awful.

The boxbollen app is not very good I have to wait a long time for the app to load games and chat and it constantly crashes and I have to uninstall and re-install sometimes even but the actual boxbollen ball and headband is pretty good although it whips your face sometimes

the microphone reviews are correct, it Dosent track very good, my record is 21 in 5 seconds though(correctly tracked), I wish they would verify your videos faster though.

This is a joke. Basically a headband with string and ball attached. I can't believe how cheap it is. And the software they say is included is a piece of paper with a UPC symbol on it that doesn't even work!

Really wanted to use this but the app doesn't work at all. I've restarted my phone restarted the app and reinstalled the app. When I open the app all it does is tell me 503 online and that's it.

I love the excersize and its fun to battle with others but I don't like how it's not connected to the headband so it makes some people cheat by tapping the floor or clapping but otherwise I recommend it

cannot login to the app. When I use my regular email address it prompts me to add a new password twice. then it says somethinglike "username in use". if I use any other email it says the account can't be found.

would be a fun app if I could ever connect to it. huge connectivity issues for some reason. customer service is a 10/10 though!

App does not calculate the proper amount of hits (ie. I hit is 20 times it says you hit it 3 times).

Ball and headband are cheap but work well on their own. When I bought it, I thought there was some electronic component in the ball but it's just a phone microphone used to count the hits - which is garbage. Even in total silence in the room, it miscounts almost every single time. Not worth the money - could easily make the hardware at home for $5

When I bought the ball, I expected there to be some kind of electronic in the ball to count the hits. But the ball is just a regular box ball which you can get for a lot less money. With the ball you get the licence for this app. The app just counts the hits over the microphone of your phone. And that is the big problem, this works only in complete silence and even then the counter is not really accurate. If you have any background noise like cars, TV, washing machine it counts random hits.

App won't let me login anymore. Uninstalled the app and now it won't install for me anymore.

I logged in with my emailI made a password, and now it's telling me to log in over and over again.It's not it's not recognizing me

Very disappointed son on Christmas day. Like most people I've seen all the ads of the counter on the TV behind as you play. The app doesn't seem to register hits so that's completely useless. The ball itself can be quite fun but the app doesn't work at all. If I knew in advance I would have bought a much cheaper alternative without the app.
