Data Logging

Provides manual input for systolic, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate.

Balanced Perspectives

While the core functionality is present, some users may find the app lacking in advanced features such as automatic data synchronization with external devices or comprehensive reporting. The absence of these features could be a drawback for users seeking a more integrated and data-rich experience.

  • Simple and intuitive interface
  • Easy to log readings
  • Lacks advanced features
  • Limited reporting capabilities

Mindful Observations

Consider the user's digital well-being. The app should provide clear and concise information without overwhelming the user with unnecessary data or complex visualizations. Encouraging regular monitoring without inducing anxiety is key.

A clean design can reduce anxiety associated with health monitoring.

Thoughtful Reflections

The design choices reflect a focus on practicality and ease of use. However, there's room for improvement in terms of visual appeal and user engagement. A more modern and engaging interface could encourage more consistent use.

it records the blood pressure, pulse and time of day. However, power is in the way it crunches the data into easy to read, colorful charts and graphs so that your doctor can see in an instant what's been going on with your blood pressure. Very helpful!😀👍 In fact this app is so good that I don't mind having to put up with watching an ad after each entry. I'm glad that the ads are paying for this app, because I probably couldn't afford to buy an app this good 👍😊

This app is great! Have a long history of hypertension. Could never find a mobile spreadsheet that was not a complicated mess to update etc. For years I did it manually until I just couldn't deal with it. Even tried doctor recommended bp monitors with Bluetooth. That too was cumbersome to say the least. Then came along the BP Journal. Unbelievably easy to access and the data calculations are way beyond any expectations I may have had. It tracks everything.

This app is real easy to use. You can quickly enter your data, and go about with your day. It has a wonderful set of charts. The resultant graphs give my doctor a time based look at my data in one place. Really helpful to him and me. I used to keep manual written charts for my appointments. Now I don't keep a paper trail, as it's always available for recall. It has space for notes that I include location, temperature and pulse ox. I'm very glad that I purchased this app.
