connecting to WiFi on the plane is impossible. forces you to download their app, then you click to connect to the WiFi and if just gets stuck loading. try going online, "go to the app", rinse repeat. Even Delta has free wifi without all this nonsense to connect. all these hoops just to have your data likely stolen. don't bother downloading, hope you have music or podcasts pre downloaded. uninstalling and never flying this airline again.
The airline is fabulous. I love traveling with them. Happy, helpful people, great prices, and clean, comfortable planes. The app, on the other hand, is absolutely the worst app ever in the history of apps. It hardly ever opens, when it does it doesn't remember me, doesn't have my flights, points, or preferences. Nearly anytime I want to do anything, I have to go to the website instead. Sure wish they would fix it.
Very stupid. They tell you to download the app (which isn't necessary) instead of navigating to the website. But then the app literally tells you to go to the website. You can't sign in on the app while on the plane, and the website doesn't work because the stupid on-board Wi-Fi blocks their own website. Like, how do they actually manage to sell Wi-Fi on these planes? Stupid. Also, please partner with T-Mobile with their free onboard Wi-Fi deal. That's much more straightforward.
I could create an account and link my trip using the confirmation code. but then when I tried to purchase wifi I was told I couldn't because they couldn't "find a matching reservation." But they were able to find it an link it to the "My Trips" part of the app. so bizarre to make people have to jump through this many hoops. you shouldn't require a confirmation number to get wi-fi and IF you are then you should make sure this system actually works.
If I could give no stars I would. I haven't been able to use the app since the day I downloaded it. The login button is broken. No matter how many times I delete and redownload it I can't select the login button. No matter how many times they've updated it (not many). I've emailed many times and just get a nonresponse pointing me to a support page on how to login. Frustrating doesn't describe it.
This app worked well for a few months, now for weeks I can't even book another trip. Have re installed this app several times. Web site is not any better. How's this possible? Loved flying them from Tampa to Maine but might have to book elsewhere 🤔. No tech respond after emailing them. Can't even find my return trip, flight on home site. Constantly getting emails from them to book a flight, but that link doesn't work either 😒.
Laughable. Apps works very poorly on Android. I have a Samsung S22, about as advanced phone as you can buy. Can't click thru. Can't see radio buttons. Can't select seats and finish a booking. Do yourself a favor, just fly United or Delta. If they can't get an app to work, I'm sure their admin also cuts corners on aircraft maintenance. It pretty funny considering most 6 graders can build an app that work on Android. Very sad.
I had to cancel a flight and they wouldnt refund the money. Worst of all, the customer service is 100% texting only. I think it is AI agents. So difficult to explain a complicated issue in a text to an AI agent. Yeah, Breeze is cheap, but every time I look, the prices are up. There are better alternatives out there. There are many hidden frustrations, esp the complete lack of a person you can call if any questions. I do NOT recommend!
Customer service is essentially nonexistent. There is absolutely no one to talk to about problems. Contrary to their marketing, I was charged $100 to change my reservation. With being charged for a carry-on, and what I thought was a regular seat, my total round trip from Charleston to Orlando was over $300.00. I seriously doubt I will ever use Breeze again.
Never have had an issue with this airline. Comfortable seats, pleasant and responsive customer service. Direct flights with no hassle booking. I do wish the prices would quit going up, and the perks would quit going away. It used to be nice when I could book my last-minute ticket for a fraction of the cost now with no risk if I needed to cancel. But as in all things, it was too good to be true for very long. Still, right now, I choose Breeze first before every other airline.
The app is great. This seems to be a newer airline service and my experience has been mostly good. Their baggage people about sizes are quite strict and the size for carry on is smaller than most. For some reason, I also cannot get a flight out of Orlando Florida ON TIME except once in four flights over this past month. Being as I was on their inaugural flight and one each week since, that not a great track record for starting. That said, the seats and attendants are great. Headrest poorly set!!
Terrible!! Yesterday, I had to literally go to the airport and have a counter manager who was able to credit the trip; the change function on the app and online was broken. Today, it took 1/2 hr to rebook a simple one-way trip using yesterday's credit. would not accept Breeze Points on a PC. After several attempts, using the same booking method, it took the Breeze Points. Whew!!! I am on the fence with Breeze Airways, unfortunately.
Feedback: Your website is completely annoying to book, it's why I no longer fly with Breeze At checkout, after selecting seats, the pull up menu will not keep the check out to bags button option up, it won't pull up AND STAY to click it- it disappears. This happened previously, about 6 months ago. I thought it had been fixed by now, but it hasn't. Do they not have someone who oversees this? I have no other option than to book other than mobile. shame.
Incessant with the app updates. Just updated the app less than 2 weeks ago and it won't let me open it until I've installed yet another "serious" update. That's what they said two last time. I'm trying to check flights quickly, not waste my life away dealing with the fact you can't put an app out that does business. Your pulling this when your rates haven't even been competitive since you initially launched.
Pretty easy to locate and book a flight. Initially, the site leads you to believe that you were booking a round trip (both ways) at a really good rate, when in fact, you are booking two flights separately at that price X2. Would have been nice if that had been clear up front.
Problem after updating v2.119.2. When I'm logged in, and go to "my trips" if I try to add my flight using the confirmation number, it doesn't work. But if i go via my email confirmation from Breeze, it opens the app with the correct flight I was trying to add under "my trips". NOTE: I did do a copy/paste when inserting the confirmation number, so it's not a typo issue.
there's a problem every time I reservation is made and tried to access after paid for. this is the third time this has happened with this airline. they may be cheaper than other flights, unfortunately their services aren't any better! considering another airline and dropping breeze all together. ~V.
I've had about 6 flights on Breeze & been enjoying the Airline experience their team beings to the industry. ❤️ Booking flights is easy on their software app. However, personnel is only available at the counter 2 hrs before the flight and only on certain flight days.
I booked through Expedia and paid for bags and seats for my family of 4, then when I had to check in though a breeze account I had to pay again. I reached out to both Expedia and Breeze and no one could help me.
Good airline, fly often for business. New equipment, flight crew responsive, gate agents much more customer service oriented than Allegiant! Close to Legacy carriers across the board. Wifi is pretty strong, upload and download 400-500 Meg files while working on flights, no issue just a lag vs. office.
