They are sneaky when you try to cancel. After I got an email confirming my cancellation, they billed me not once, but twice! Do not download this app. I have emailed support requesting a refund with the cancellation email and have gotten no response. I reached out to Google Play support, and they can't help because it's a "third party app". Avoid at all costs, literally. Going through a lot to get my money back!

They are scammers disguised as people that pretend to care dont fall for it, they will upgrade you account without asking and then tell you everything is final, it also doesnt work when you try to cancel your subscription through google play store but it doesnt say that you have to go through the app also so they can try to charge you more and say you didnt cancel you trial. they charged me $45 total for it being on my phone for 1 week

Very scammy. Wish I had read the reviews before signing up for a "free trial". I was instantly charged 14.99. They claimed I purchased some guides that were sent to my email. I never selected to purchase anything else and I didn't receive them until I asked them to validate the charge. Immediately canceled and had to jump through hoops to do so. I will be disputing the charge if they don't refund.

shady billing options. charged more than what was made clear in the sugn up process. website and app really muddy the water. I never got into the use of the program because of the shady billing practices. they will object saying its clear but it really isn't. youll see if you do it. then when you want to cancel. they require a password you never even set up to begin with.. you have to do forgot password to set one up thrn cancel, and then they ask you over and over again to stay. Do not download this app. When I tried to sign up, it forced me into a ‘7‑day free trial’ for 14.99 with no option to skip and no clear info about any ‘detailed report.’ I was charged 14.99 immediately. All I got was a short, generic paragraph and a basic calendar. The app is useless, they refused to refund me, and in my opinion this app is a scam.”

I will likely not update this later - was pretty disgusted that after I started a trial which allows for 7 days to see if this is a good fit for me - simply pressing continue automatically charges an additional $14.99 without confirming that I was okay with that. predatory subscription practice when I'm just trying to feel better? that's pretty low and incredibly disappointing.

Kevin Miller posted on 4/1/25 about cancelling subscription not working, nearly a year later and you still haven't fixed the issue? I don't want money taken from my account but I cannot cancel! Fix this! Edited to add since it won't let me reply to your comment - just because you're "not experiencing any issues" doesn't mean a customer isn't! I clicked to cancel and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING happens! Fix Your Issues!!!!!

UNABLE TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION The ad takes you right to a link to download the app, says no need to login, get started, however it does create a password for you, one that you can't see or change. I requested a password reset email, and one never came. The FAQ and links all send you in circle back to login.... and you can't.

I was shown an advertisement on Facebook. I took the "test' and it said that you need to give your email to get the results. I go to my email to get the results and it says you have to download the app and you do not need a password. The app made me create a password and sign up for a 7 day trial. For results, it asked for a monetary payment to cover costs. I agreed to pay and then they double charged me. It TOOK 14.99!! BEWARE

took test and then was automatically charged for subscription, a few months later! I can not find anywhere where, I can cancel this, I have been trying since I found the charge. I live on every penny I have no extras, your charge has cost me almost $100 in fees now since you overdrew my account. I plan to seek attorney advice on this.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Absolutely predatory company. Makes it very difficult to cancel. Can easily accidentally not unsubscribe when trying to. Very limited amount of tests, no new ones posted often. Adding insult to injury, they offer premium for only 4.99/mo if you click unsubscribe, a mere fraction of what you pay otherwise. Could be a good app if the price were lower, the company were less predatory, and more tests were added often (making an ongoing subscription worth it).

Horrible app , it's a total scam !! Even when you cancel your subscription they take money out of your account. Don't connect your Google account!! That's how they do it ! took $30 from me plus some $1 fees . I had to get a new card in order to stop it . Never had this problem just looking at an app. If they charge you dispute it they will refund you

I saw an ad on YouTube for the test and was curious. it's nothing like it shows you on the ad. plus it comes with all this extra stuff I don't need as I already have a therapist. somehow along the way I ended up subbing, probably to see my results which were nothing exciting or like I say, at all like the ad. it charged me $30! I thought I cancelled right away and deleted the app. which I did. But still being billed. can't find the sub at all in playstore. don't sub, don't waste your time or $.

Do not take the quiz! It will automatically sign you up and you will be charged monthly. I have tried canceling through the app several times and I sent an email about the issue and was told 'I dont see where you have previously tried to cancel your membership." I know you dont need my 2 cents because go look at the hundreds of other reviews that say the same

My daughter signed up for this app without my knowledge. First week they charged us a $1, next week $14.99, Following week $29.99. When I tried to cancel the service it took me 5 minutes of clicking through a dozen screens (several of which were very misleading; making you think you were cancelled when you weren't). When I contacted them asking for some kind of reimbursement I got an AI response telling me essentially, "tough luck." Also, you can't see your billing history on their website.

As many people have said, I was also charged for a subscription after already cancelling my subscription. I was charged THIRTY DOLLARS. $30!! they have a separate subscription on their website than on the app store. This is an ongoing issue that so many people have experienced that when you send an email to support saying you were charged after cancelling they will send back an automated reply about how it's you're fault. Shady and predatory

Not very impressed, in fact very disappointed. This app doesn't provide a plan to get you on track - sure it has quizzes to explain your behavior and a relaxing game, but there is no set of exercises or prompts to get you to change. Furthermore I agree with previous posters that you cannot find the 'cancel subscription' option, which is very frustrating.

I attempted the seven day trial, then opted out of the monthly subscription and un-installed the app... Two months later and I am STILL stuck paying for something I don't want nor use because there is no easy way to cancel the subscription... That's $60 I will NEVER see again, and for absolutely nothing but more stress! Here is a quick little update! Apparently I don't even have an account still... Yet I am continuing to have to pay for this service! How wonderful!

After I signed up for the free trial to Breeze Mental Health, the app never allowed me to login to it. Every time I tried to, it kept acting like I had never made an account in the first place. But I am still getting charged for a subscription to the services. It has been insanely difficult to cancel my subscription, I have had to literally research how to do so. It seems from the other reviews that I am far from the only person having this problem. I have just emailed support, so ig we'll see.

I'll be honest. I didn't get more than 15 minutes in. I saw three lessons, all on the same basic conversation. I saw 5+ ads with a manipulative "special offer" for premium that went away when I said no after the first lesson and ads in between anythibg substantial. I deleted the app after one of the odd cartoon heads told me "It's too bad you didn't buy premium." Perhaps it gets better? But they are trying so hard to get you to buy something without actually showing you the product, more scammy.
