Seems to have constant glitches, can't clock in, can't clock out, can't change or add case notes. Using the availability is painfully slow, and why can't you just edit a time for either available or not available? It just deletes and you have to start again. If you go back to the dates it doesn't always save all the changes either. Wouldn't use brevity if it wasn't a requirement for my job.

Terrible. I'm very suspicious of the 5 star reviews, as most of them mention something along the lines of "I had some issues but the update fixed all the glitches. Very happy!". Feels like damage control. I'm having to constantly uninstall and reinstall, sometimes the biometric scanner just stops working to log me in, then my password doesn't work, then the link to change my password rarely works and I have to tap "send email" countless times before it actually sends me an email to reset.

Omg! This app is terrible! I couldn't clock in to a shift because I hadn't closed it off completely the last time I used it. Has a lot of issues with not loading correctly if not closed off completely. If I didn't NEED this app for work, I would have deleted it the day I downloaded it. DO NOT USE THIS APP FOR YOUR BUSINESS!

I wouldn't rate it at all, I most certainly wouldn't use it if I didn't have to for work. It rarely works. Sometimes I have shifts showing that are coming up, but then the disappear, or I have no option to log on or off. If I put notes in they don't save, or it freezers & I can't do anything else with it. Then it will give me log in or out access to previous shifts that it didn't work for me. It is very frustrating & time consuming. I have uninstalled & reinstalled this app more times then

TERRIBLE! Error 20, so many other problems.. I work for a large NDIS provider and I have recommended they look for a different software. Constant issues with Brevity, always bad feedback from support workers. Even when I do shifts, I can't upload photos, won't let you edit notes. Shifts disappear. If you're looking for software for your staff. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

When doing a sleepover can't log into the am shift at 6am everytime untill 6 15am. This needs fixing. Also putting in unavailability for the next month you can get into it but if you want to take it out you can't go from December to January to delete it only add. You should be able to access to remove things from future months. There always seems to be issues with brevity. So frustrating even for our office staff

Doesn't work 80 percent of the time. You constantly can't log in or out, reports aren't always saved and often can't do them all or you have to constantly go in and out of the app to do the next report. Often can't fill in incident reports and when you can often can't put in much information. Alot of the plans don't open when u need them etc

Okay listen, the app will work 85-90% of the time, but it's that 15-10% that will have you pulling your hair out. Often you can't share data properly between the network or it will just wipe that data clean, imagine doing an hour of work and having it wiped clean when you hit save! Or my personal favourite when the app will clock you off as if you had never came to a shift 10 MINUTES BEFORE THE END OF THE SHIFT. You will need multiple other apps to fill shortfall and keep data stored properly.

We paid Brevity to ensure SCHADS award accuracy, but had repeated incorrect rates, invoices and payruns. Issues were never properly resolved... responses were surface level and didn’t fix anything. We were even locked out without warning, disrupting service delivery. We’ve now left the platform and incurred financial loss. Not recommended.

And now the latest update means that I can't mark availability for shifts. What a disgrace. This app is how we get paid. The developers should be ashamed of themselves for this app. Also can no longer use finger print to log in, welcome back to 2004. I just finished discussing the new update with a colleague and we agreed that it was probably from Wish or temu because the dictation feature no longer works either It was time apps only worthwhile thing.

Since I updated the other day it has been terrible. Can't find shifts I still need to do notes for. When I do notes it doesn't save. Two shifts but with the one person rolls in to one which it should because it's two different line items. So here we are again November 2024 and have updated yet again installed uninstalled as advised and it's worse then ever.

Unfortunately I have to use it for my work. It was okay till they apparently updated it. First it kept losing clients signatures. Now it won't even let me log in. If I can't log into my shifts, I can't get paid. I have re installed it twice in the last 24 hours. Nothing fixes these glitches. So extremely unhappy.

Problem when completing clients notes at the end of shift and saving them. Only to find it hasn't saved the complete notes entered. I double check my notes and find half of the notes entered are missing and carnt be rectified. Tried several times re entering the notes and saving. Same issue over and over again.

This app is abysmal, when I'm clocked on I can't check upcoming shift or past shifts cause the menu for both flash. I've had numerous problems clocking off with the app not registering my button press. I've had some shifts not show up at all. Please fix these problems and I might change my review but at present if I could give it less then one star I would. The recent update has made it worse.

The app does not work on my phone at all. Correct software update & model, plenty of space on my phone. I use the website to log in. The new update with the dates across the top is terrible. So annoying to see future shifts. Only able to see the next week's then have to scroll back to the top to see the next week's. Can't you just revert to how it was previously, or better yet, a calendar view to see the whole month?

Used to work well on my old pixel 3. Since updating to Pixel 6 however, the UI is so glitchy i can't read supports. For some reason every support blends into the next and looks like a copy of itself. For example if I have 10 supports of different clients, they all show up as the same support, updating to the next as I scroll. Seems like an overlay issue. Please fix this.

Worst shift management app I've ever used. Bugs are constant and disruptive, user interface is both poorly designed and executed (elements on the main page aren't even centred properly!). Shifts are displayed as a % without indicating the amount of hours total - making the % pointless. Shifts are displayed in a schedule format without a "weekly" or "monthy" view - seriously hurting readability. No integration with other calendars (essential). Limited features for availability management. Awful.

You cannot scroll to see your list of invoices - the whole pages refreshes everytime you try. All entries appear twice making it even harder to view your invoices. No response from support on how to fix this issue. I will avoid any manager who uses this app.

It worked on my old phone but since getting a Samsung galaxy a13 the app won't let me log in. Customer service from Brevity was grudging, unfriendly and ultimately unhelpful. I now have to log all my shifts via Web browser on my computer, so the app is useless.
