Bridebook - Wedding Planner

II love this app. It's making it easy to stay on task. I would like to see a feature that would allow the user to edit the items on their shortlist and I would also like to see the name be the main requirement to save and not the email as some venues don't have an email and only a number. Overall, a great app. I definitely would recommend.

I was put off by the name which implied the bride planning it all, but was pleased I tried it as it has relatively queer-friendly language and collaborative planning. Inviting your partner is free. Pros: nice UI and easy to set up, I liked the vision quiz. Searchable nearby venues. The scrapbook and advice columns are nice additions. Can bulk add guests, export to csv, link guests as groups, assign to tables, dietaries etc. Cons: can't search vendors other than venues? UK-focused (I'm in Aus)

Lifesaver. What an easy app to use. So helpful and useful. Didn't know where to start looking for a venue out of my home area but this made it so easy. Everything you need to plan your special day, in one place

It could be better, the venue information is out dated. Deals seem to be at least a year behind and some times its missing information. The app is also very buggy. It constantly crashes, downloads dont actually down load and when trying to fill out certain information on your profile, it doesn't save.. I've had to uninstall and reinstall a couple of times. Developers please look into this and whom ever is responsible for venue information please, please get it updated.

I'm loving this app! I don't stick to the timings suggested and it would be great if timings could be amended however they can be marked off in advance so not a major issue. We found our perfect reception venue through the app and I honestly don't think we would have done without it as the venue wasn't know to us before hand. Very easy to use and I'm no longer worried I'm going to miss something 😀

Great for starting wedding planning but becomes less useful as time goes on. Loads of advice a budget estimate to get you started. However, I now find the app too rigid. Checklist tasks are grouped under one big task and you cannot change around their due dates. The budget is too simplistic and you cannot add a cost to a group without it being counted as the full amount. Good app but needs a couple of fundamental features to make it useful.

This app has been so useful to get our wedding planning off the ground. The search feature for venues and suppliers is great, but the budget tool is definitely the most useful. When I put in our total budget and saw the suggested breakdowns it was really enlightening and showed me where I should aim to spend less and where I had underestimated and therefore need to expect to pay more. I would like the guestlist to sort itself alphabetically as that would make it easier to find people.

I couldn't have been without it! This app has been an absolute god sent for planning and keeping everything in one place. I have never felt so informed and relaxed with planning before, definitely better and more indepth than any book you can get. You may not be able to find all suppliers you want but you can easily add their details in yourself. Fully work the app! Check list, scrapbook, guest list organising. Will have to download and use to believe for yourself how helpful this app is

From the day we got engaged we have both had bridebook. The process of planning a wedding was made so easy in those first few days that we decided on a date less than 6 months later! We are half way there and we don't regret it at all. With bridebook, it helps us manage all our budget, has its own checklist, and we haven't had to go through trawling through Google for suppliers. It's super easy to share (ignore reviews!) and can update each other during our busy day! I could say so much more!

Honestly June last year I discovered this app. It was and has been so helpful. Using it this week and today especially, It's terrible. It's not loading its not deleting it can't find things. It's not updating. After digging around I realise it's now a £4.99 a month app. I will spend the next few days transfering all our detail off the app onto a spreadsheet. Sadly disappointed. I have put a lot of time and effort into this app. Freezing and bugging out. Fix did not fix.

Overall it's a good app. I like the check list so I can keep track of what I should be doing and when. It does suggest some rather expensive venue's when you specify a small budget. Also once you've looked at something you end up back at the top of your options list rather than where you were looking, the filter options aren't the best either. Sometimes the notifications can get a but much especially when we hadn't actually booked a venue, like it was trying to rush us to pick somewhere.

I find this app absolutely amazing for wedding planning. There is a bit for guestlists, venues, a countdown to wedding day, loads of advice, and so much more. Its so easy to shortlist vendors and suppliers and send off for brochures and information for anything. This has taken so much stress off wedding planning so far and easy to have everything in one place. Highly recommend, not just for brides and grooms but for anyone involved.

Great app, I like that I can have everything in one place and make notes when necessary. Wish it didn't have to log me in each time and had more vendors available for food, makeup/hair artists (for different ethnicities) and transport within London, to name a few. Sometimes it seems as though it is only venues which has an extensive list.

Since using this app I have not felt overwhelmed planning our wedding as without a checklist in place I'd imagine myself to be a bit of a mess ensuring I haven't missed anything. It is easy to use in term of search for venues (found our perfect venue on bridebook and is booked) YAY! I would highly advise this to my wonderful friends when they decide to get married! Love love love!!!! Xxx

Good app for when you are first starting out in wedding planning. Overall very useful, has links to the local area that you input and we found a few of our vendors this way. Only thing I would say is typing up the guest list proved quite difficult, there's lots of extra bits such as adding a plus one and are they in the bride or groom party which was quite overwhelming. I think it would benefit from having a simpler layout on the guest list part. overall I love the app and will continue to use

First time bride-to-be here 🙋🏻 fab app, love the way it automatically helps allocate your budget to what you need, I didn't know where to start! The check list is brilliant for helping you keep on track. Would definitely recommend using this app if like me, you have no clue what you're doing! Even if you are great at organising it's great to have everything all in one place and on your phone for easy access.

Great app, super handy to have everything from budget planning, guest list and vendors all in one place. Unfortunately it appears that not all of the information in the app is up to date, particularly for some of our local venues, resulting in much high quotes than expected and discovering that some venues have changed to a minimum guest requirement, which isn't noted on venue information in app. Aside from that, it is a very helpful tool

App seems to be all over the place! If I've booked a supplier not all of them are showing in my list which is rather annoying - But is showing elsewhere on the app. Just doesn't make sense. At this point it's not useful as it was to help keep track of what is booked and what money has went into it but if suppliers already booked aren't showing in the 'booked list' then there isn't really a point anymore. Disappointing

App was helpful at first, but very limited in what it can do. The idea is great and it has amazing potential. However, the limitations are quite frustrating. One example is if you're planning a wedding at the border between 2 countries in Europe, but you can only select a single country to look for venues and you are stuck with that, unable to select a different one once you've created an account with one country.

I was sent the link to this app by my partner who saw an add on fb for it. All I can say is it's amazing, makes planning so much easier. Everything is in one place and it's easy to keep track of everything. The app is full of help tips and ideas to help bring your perfect day to live. Would 100% recommend this app to anyone who is planning their wedding.
