Firstly, I resent being forced to download an app & enable permissions. However, it would be something if it actually served its purpose. I set everything up pre concert as instructed. But when I tried to access my tickets for entry, the app wouldn't go beyond the landing page. I was forced to walk 10min outside the park to get sufficient phone coverage to allow me reinstall the app & go through the tedious set up process. I missed the first song as a result of the delay. A mess.
Terrible experience with the app this year, so far. I've had no issues in previous years, so not sure what's going on now. At some point I will need to transfer tickets to friends, so let's hope the bugs get ironed out quickly! EDIT : after the update on 24/04, I can now at least login. The app still isn't pulling my tickets through though, as not purchased via AXS.
Awful app. Every time I enter my email address to get my tickets it says there is an error even though it is the correct email address. If this is the only way to access tickets and gain entry to the event, there's going to be a lot of problems. The O2 app is exactly the same and both apps are completely unnecessary. Don't understand having to download a different app to get into different gigs.
IF YOU ARE GOING KINGS OF LEON, DOWNLOAD AXS APP INSTEAD. Stupid concept that you need to download an app to use tickets that you bought on a different service. Then despite uninstalling the app and reinstalling as well as trying on different devices, no verification code. Want customer service? Nope. Gives you an incorrect phone number and be charges by the minute. Hope all involved are embarrassed. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.
Awful app. Took ages to verify account and eveytime I try to view tickets it just crashes and closes. Who do we call to get our tickets as the app doesn't work and Ticketmaster say they can't help. Awful service. I have contacted Ticketmaster who have said there is nothing they can do as I opted for the app option but I didn't, I had no choice. I'd always pick paper to avoid such problems. When is the app company going to respond to all these reviews. How on earth do we get our tickets.
This is one of the worst apps I've ever used. It's impossible to access my tickets. It crashes, it says I haven't purchased anything, the customer service email bounces back. How am I supposed to get my tickets? And why does no-one acknowledge these complaints? I've paid a lot of money for Pink tickets and am panicking that I won't be able to get in. Can someone please address this!!! If I could give zero stars I would.
Can't login/sign up, bad UI design. there is no way to login or sign up to see your account/tickets. hopefully that changes since this is the only way to view purchased tickets! also the UI on my android device is terrible. the nav icons are completely hidden, couldn't tell there were any others than the home. also the notification icon is behind my clock/battery/etc device icons in the top right corner of my screen. horrible design clearly didn't do any proper QA testing on this. please fix!
Very poor app considering we have to rely on it for tickets and 99% of the practical information about the events. Ticket transfer process doesn't work as it says it should - no email confirmation of successful transfer. Site map for the event is so small and low resolution that it is illegible, even for people who aren't partially-sighted. Way too many notifications most of which are trivial and unnecessary. Will uninstall ASAP.
Absolute utter rubbish. I transferred a ticket to a friend, following the video of the process only to find that her phone is too old to be able to download the app. That part of the procedure was not shown in the video, otherwise I would not have tried to transfer the ticket. Meanwhile, I've phoned the 'helpline' (which was closed when it was supposed to be open) and left a message but not been called back, and going to 'Live chat' is a waste of time as that this page isn't available.
It seems to work ok, but then I got a message to update the app. That seemed normal, except the update opens inside the app itself... It is literally loading the Google Play Store inside the app and asking me to log in to my Google account from within their app! No thanks! Why don't you just do updates the same way every other app does it and not look like an account hacking tool? I'm starting to lose faith that this app is going to work on the day!
Terrible. Would leave 0 stars if possible. When paying hundreds of pounds for concert tickets, to be forced to download this terrible app is really not on. Cant get access to my ticket. App just crashes/force-closes every time I try to log in. No way of reporting it to app provider. Abysmal.
After logging in and downloading my tickets, I kept getting new email verification codes when I wasn't using the app, and there wasn't an option to report it. I've deleted the app and will only reinstall it last minute for entry to the event. I don't trust that it's secure.
I just downloaded this app only to access my tickets. The app seems to be more focused on trying to send me marketing emails and subscribing me to newsletters versus trying to get me to access my tickets. Whenever I input my email it just shows there is an error and that's the end of it. So the sole purpose why I downloaded this app for is not working. I wish I could give it zero stars
Not the best app where you cant have the tickets download The app keeps asking to verify my email everytime i was logging in, and yesterday i had an email issue so i had to go at the customer centre to ask and change to another email to be able to login. My tickets were supposodly VIP but when i got there i was told it was a system error. What a great app with all these IT problems, said no one ever....
So this app is apparently the only way to get the tickets I've paid for, but when I go to My Tickets it just crashes, every time. Not sure what I'm supposed to do now. If you're going to force people to use an app, at least make it work. Unbelievable. Update: luckily my tickets have appeared in the standard AXS app. Don't waste your time with this rubbish, just get the AXS app instead.
What a horrible app. First of all, the tickets that I bought via AXS (another horrible app) were transferred to this one without my consent, forcing me to install this on my phone. Second, the timetable is only available on the app and not on the website (a deliberate choice by the organisers to force more installs). Customer service is a joke: 40 min on the phone, only for the connection to be cut abruptly. To make matters worse, it won't let me log in (yes, my credentials are correct).
Just like other people are saying. As soon as you need to enter the gate and want to get your ticket the BST app starts sending you confirmation codes to the email, and then not accepting the code it sent you, and then not willing to resend the code etc etc. 10 minutes of fun. Yet the night before I checked that I have access to the tickets. Restarting the app helps, but man, what the hell? And of course I would prefer not to be forced to install the app in the first place.
Great concept if it actually worked. Have had to reinstall now 3 times. If it happens on the day of the event as well I'm not going to be best pleased. Don't see why I can't just have my tickets via email like everywhere else, simple and effective. This app on the other hand is glitchy and defective.
Complete rubbish, as others have said. And not just the ticketing issues. It doesn't even have any useful information about the event you are attending. I had to use the Timeout site for set times, etc. This app should be withdrawn as completely unfit for purpose.
Pointless. Didn't have any issues with access to tickets, but I already had access to them via AXS app. Map of Hyde Park site is terrible; cannot expand map and have to click through to a bigger map. I have had to uninstall the app today because it continued sending me notifications for shows I am not attending!
