I got really worried that my army bomb (MOT7 ver) was broken or something but based on the reviews, it just doesn't work for Android phones. I have an s9 and it only connects for 30 secs and then it stops. Sometimes it doesn't disconnect, but thats after the 2nd try. My only concern is about going to a concert and it disconnecting, aside from that, it doesnt really matter to me. Also i put new batteries in it and it tells me that my battery life is half way down.

I have the most recent version of this app and am as still experiencing the same problem. The bluetooth function is not connecting my ARMY BOMB Ver. 3 to the app on my phone (HTC U11). I keep getting a message saying "BLE disconnect" and when I try to reconnect the same message appears repeatedly. I have emailed about this issue and would appreciate assistance. Thank you!

Didn't think I'd be able to buy one for my first concert ever, but I brought some extra cash to the concert. They had multiple merch stands, so I had the chance to get one! I think it ended up cheaper than trying to buy it online (by like, 100 dollars, guys!!) The lightstick has bluetooth controlled options, and if you link it at the concert, it flashes along with everyone else's, so you get the full BTS concert experience. It was a great show, & I hope all ARMYs get the chance to experienceit2!

I had an incredibly hard time connecting my lightstick to the app via Bluetooth. It was also hard to get my phone to give it all of the required permission for functioning. It wouldn't indicate when I had succeeded, told me it was disconnected constantly, and didn't perform consistently during the concert in Newark, NJ. I was really disappointed after spending so much in the light stick, I wanted it to work perfectly during the concert, since that is part of the overall experience. Any tips for how I can fix this?

I know it works, But the problem is that it does not connect well with my Samsung Galaxy S9. I have to do a complete reset to factory settings, which deletes everything from my phone. Then, I have to redownload the app. It connects the one time. After it disconnects, it won't connect again. My phone's bluetooth is paired to the light stick, but the app won't seem to connect. Very frustrating. Works fine on iPhones, but I'm an Android person. Please fix! I do love it when it works!

Android users who are having trouble, if you're unable to proceed on the app and turning on your location doesn't work, I HAVE FOUND A WAY TO WORK. I have a Samsung Note 8, to get this to work you need to go to Setting> Connection> Location, slide to turn ON, then click, depending on your phone wording select Location Method, Location Mode or some variation of that, select HIGH ACCURACY, BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) for app to work it needs high accuracy location to locate your lightstick

well I updated the app and my army bomb won't connect anymore 😅 now I have an expensive emergency light during black out. it will pair on your phone but the Bluetooth won't connect idk what kind of sorcery is happening. I just can't figure out how to connect the Ami bomb. read a lot of forums and tutorials but none of those work.

I have a problem, the app won't display the self mode anymore. It connects because the army bomb stops blinking blue like it did when it connects to my phone but it doesn't display the options to change colours, now it just displays the same image that tells you how you should connect your lightstick "Slide down the button on your light stick to switch to Bluetooth mode" and I do it over and over again and it keeps happening. I don't know what to do anymore, it was working okay before

It's an okay app for connecting the ABV3 and getting colors but more often than not it doesn't connect to the Bluetooth no matter how hard I try (turning the LS on/off; turning the Bluetooth on/off, etc.). It also can't change the color if you drag the point around the color wheel and just gets stuck on white... I hope you can fix these problems, thank you 💜

Guys, my phone is Samsung A31s. Try to turn on both bluetooth and location, so that your armybomb can connect to the app (makesure to allow the app to access phone location). After successfull connection, can turn off the location to save your phone's battery, armybomb will still connected with the apps. It depends on the phone model i guess. Glad it works for me.

it was fantastic. I went to the MetLife concert and it worked in both concert mode and self mode. recent I got bored and just wanted to play with the light stick to see all the colors. now it wont even connect to my phone. I've tried everything deleting and downloading the app it still doesnt work. it keeps saying my army bomb is disconnected and I need to reconnect it. it's just not working! WHAT CAN I DO TO SEE THE PRETTY COLORS AGAIN. :(

well, i can use it pretty easily. sometimes it takes time to be connecter with my army bomb but it still works. i haven't tried the concert mode cuz they're not going to my country, yet. but this app is pretty simple, understandable, and to the point. Oh i tried to connect my armybomb with weverse for BangBangCon and it turned out great!

The app was working fine and very easy to load and connect to the lightstick at first, but after the updates the app has difficulty loading and connecting. Otherwise, even when the lightstick was connected to the app it would flicker in and out of concert mode. It was really a downer when I couldn't take part in the silver and rainbow sea.

Guys, If it doesn't work then maybe the army bomb you have isn't official. I tried connecting my army bomb ver 3 to my oppo A83 (after the update) and it works perfectly fine for me. I read before that even if you have a fake one, it can still connect to the bluetooth (back then). I don't know about now though.

It works just fine when connecting my MOTS AB, even changes colors just right. But the battery said it was low even when I put in freshly taken out of the box batteries. Also it disconnects while using camera even when I enabled bluetooth to work over the camera app. Which would suck in a concert. I see it sucks for android phones, but I hope they fix this. I don't really have access to an iphone :/

My army bomb can be connected to this app properly. But one time I connected the army bomb to the BTS Official Lightstick, an error occurred which was very disturbing. I put it in red, and accidentally I closed the application. When connected to weveres in the middle of the MV the blinking stops all red. Then I changed the battery, and thank goodness it worked as usual. I don't want to try again, it scares me... hihihi....

app worked well enough at the MetLife concert. however, it kept on getting disconnected which did piss me off a bit. anytime i try to check my army bomb stats in the top right corner, it crashes. the self mode also doesn't work. the app itself is very buggy. edit: forgot to say but just connecting the army bomb takes ages for me :((

It is not working at all. I connected my army bomb SE with my phone and it said I need an app. So I installed this one, when I selected the SE army bomb, it always said that I should hold my phone near the device. So I did. Turns out it either takes far too long or it doesn't work at all. I kindly ask you to fix this, atleast before BTS goes on tour again. Update: I now installed the version 1.2.9 of this app (found it on the internet) and it works perfectly! Pls fix the latest version :)

It works. For those that aren't working, make sure you push ALL the way down for the Bluetooth function so that the army bomb starts blinking BLUE. Then try to connect it. It doesn't have anything to do with what type of phone you're using, I'm using an android btw. If it still doesn't connect then the actual army bomb is the problem, you might have a fake or unofficial army bomb.

This honestly was working perfectly fine before the update. Now i can't even connect my lightstick on Self mode anymore. I have a Galaxy J7 Star and its been fine for the 3 years I've had it. Bluetooth and location is on, i even reset the settings, my Lighstick is working with new batteries, everything is working perfectly fine but it just will not connect. Please fix it!
