You can't buy anything on the app. They can get you to all your account info if you have their card. If you would like to use said card in order to shop you're redirected to the website. BS. On top of that the app has NO SALES section EVER. Why worry abt updating sales when you can eliminate it altogether?! 😂 In order to see their sales, again, you have to log in to the website. This whole setup is disappointing. If im using chrome so much why is there even an app?

Waste of storage, I originally downloaded the app so that I could purchase items but i wanst able to pull up the website, but on the app I couldn't get past the set up page due to bad internet connection while I had full bars and 5G, if I didn't love their clothes and shopping there I wouldn't even fuss with going to a store although the closest one to me is over an hour away

Application is a complete waste of time. All it does is redirect you to the buckle website to make purchases and lets you view how many points you have. I have this feeling that after installing this app my local store will be calling me nonstop about all their little promotions trying to get their commissions. Honestly buckle this is one of many reasons why I stopped shopping in your stores. Sales tactics and pressure like buying a car but clothes instead.

This app sucks. You cant shop the website with it. Only your specific store. So basically you miss out on everything on the website because its not all sold in one store. They should really change things. I'm uninstalling. Many other apps give you the opportunity to shop online with the app and not just one specific store of your choosing. Very annoying. Good website tho. Cute clothes, but inconvenient.

Cant order from the app, have to go through the website, seems like it dont show much on app. Wish they would show all they have from all of there stores. Spend on average 2,200 a year there. Plus side military discount is very nice and stacks with other promotions. Love that!

I do not recommend getting the app at all. What's the point in having an app when you can't buy anything from it and all you can see is your local store? If you want to buy anything it sends you to the website, why not just go there to begin with? At least on the site you'll be able to see their entire inventory, have it shipped to you, and not have to waste gas to drive an hour or more to pick your order up. Complete waste of time and space on your phone.

I am uninstalling this app! I am very disappointed with your app. Cannot load, says I do not have internet! Not true! After reading other reviews it would be a waste of my time. My "local" store is over 2 hours away and they never carry my size. Your clothes are exactly what I look for when shopping but I will find a different shop.

You're better off going to the store because their item sizes run so differently, you don't know what is actually going to fit. They should at least let you know if the item runs small...fir example, A Large isn't really a Large, it's more like a medium which is extremely depressing. I am not fat by any means(5'5" 160lbs), if I try a Large shirt, it will fit perfectly. However, if I try a large dress, it should fit me. XL dresses run really small. So sad because they have beautiful dresses.🥴

I have loved and used this app for a good 5 years. Within the last 3 weeks, it has changed/crashed. It says I don't have internet connection and proceeds to not work. I uninstalled and reinstalled tonight, it didnt help. I literally use this 1-2 times a week.. please fix this! ps. I've NEVER left a review on an app, until now...

Just started using the app. I will edit my review as I learn more about this store. EDIT: I'm trying to reserve 4 different items because I live an hour away from the store. And every time I click reserve on an item it kicks me out of the app. 😂

Love it. Keeps you updated with eveery new piece of clothing your local store gets in per shipment and you can easily reserve it for pick up and purchase when you get there or you can buy online and have it ready when you arrive. It makes shopping 50X easier.

I'd give zero stars if that was an option. What good is a clothing store app if you can't buy anything from it? The closest Buckle store is 80 miles away. It's not convenient for me to swing on by and pick my order up. I just find this app so ridiculous. Uninstalling.

This app is useless. There's nowhere for your orders to be listed so you can buy stuff but then you have to log into the actual website to check on orders, points, etc. No thanks. It's just one more thing to take up space on my phone that I don't need.

Exceptional Customer Service,I ordered online 2 pair of pants with the afterpay option in the app,(great option by the way) but there was only one pair of pants in the store, the manager handled it very well calling customer service ,and went above and beyond for my needs,then Nikki with the customer service on Email also was exceptional with the whole process 👏👍👌

I love Buckle and Buckle and Rock Revival jeans. However, their app sucks. Doesn't seem like everything is on there. When I go to the actual website in my browser I get like 3x more inventory. The navigation is much better than on the app also.

Shopping online easy however when I need to make a payment my account can't be found even though all information entered is correct I have found that this is a common occurrence with commenity bank/bread financial. very disappointing 😞

Who's idea was it to make it so this app only shows what's available at your local store!? The website shows everything but all this gives me is the option to shop the few pairs of jeans at my nearest store. And why do you have to go online to buy? What's the point of having this instead of just going to the website if that's the case?

I regret even getting a Buckle credit card! $55 for a top is ridiculous!! They Never have sales!!! I can't think of 1 reason to continue to use the app!

App is pointless for shopping. You only shop your store on the app. If buying online it redirects you to the website. So basically don't waste your time installing this just shop in a web browser. Very inconvenient.

I had a ton of favorites selected and now it says I don't have any. The credit card company is a joke, do not get this credit card. You can "reserve" items in store but they are NEVER reserved.
