Bucks & Fiserv Forum App

The app is poorly laid out, and doesnt take into effect what device it is on. I cannot access the transfer or sell buttons on my device because they are shown in the same area as the home/back/apps buttons on my device. Accessing tickets is also extremely frustrating. You have to go to Ticketmaster first, then be brought to the app. However, once there, you are stuck on the screen that asks for location access. Even with allowing access the app does not progress.

Terrible app, does not open. I have season tickets and parking. can not get into parking ramp with prepaid season parking. Will not open, it spins and closes. Reinstalled app several times. Phone upgraded and no one for the Bucks can help. Extremely upset after having season tickets for over 25 years and having problems. You should not gave to pay twice to park in the garage because the app does not work when you click on manage tickets feature in the app!

It's a good app. I love having it for listening to the games, but I can't keep it installed on my phone. I don't plug my phone in overnight. With this app off my phone, I lose about 5% battery overnight. With it installed, I lose about 30%. I have tested this over multiple nights with no other changes to my phone. It's an LG G2 on lollipop if it matters.

Look, it has Bucks scores and I can find upcoming events at Fiserv and I can order food when I'm there. For that, it's perfect. HOWEVER, when I have all notifications turned off in the app, I should not be getting notifications from the app. Yes, I can turn that off in system settings, but it shouldn't be a problem at all.

Absolutely horrific app. You need it to buy any food, and it requires so much of your information that it really doesn't need (even an ID, even if you're not buying alcohol, and a full name, phone number, email). Not to mention you have to manually input your card. All for overpriced stadium food. I'll eat when I get home, thanks!

I love the idea of this app, but there's a lot of bugs that need to be worked out. Videos wont play, didn't like how I had to reenter my card info everytime for the beer me app, and constantly have to resign in twice to see my tickets. Last year I had an issue where my tickets wouldn't even let me sign in and I was standing right in front of the arena. I hope this year it works a little better. But I sure wish I could watch all the videos now!

Has the app creator considered what it feels like to purchase tickets, be redirected to this "partner" app -- only to be informed there are no tickets? Imagine arriving at the Fiserv, opening this app on Game Day only to find no tickets -- again, despite having purchased same?

I constantly get kicked out of the app while in the process of viewing my tickets. Also it will not allow me to sign in unless I allow it to know my location, and even after I do that it comes up continuously and I can't skip it. This app is the worst app on my phone and I have no choice but to use it

"Beer Me" charges you but doesn't deliver. I ordered a Miller Lite tallboy during the 1st quarter, entered my seat information for delivery, input my credit card info, and added my phone number and email as required. I even gave a tip for delivery. I never got a receipt of my purchase or a text to let me know where my order was. With any app purchase you should immediately get a receipt. I checked my credit card and the purchase went through. But the beer never arrived. At least the Bucks won.

Have to install the app to look at any food menu in the whole building. Really dumb would rate zero if possible. Why can't I buy food with cash. Stupid idea to have a QR code to buy anything. And then it makes me walk around the stadium to a different consession stand instead of the one I scanned. Not coming back here.

Horrible app. Zero stars. Does not work for managing your tickets at all. It is slow and locks up when trying to sell tickets. It's either broken or they are purposely blocking sale of tickets through the app. I am not going to buy season tickets next year as a result of my frustration with this app for over 6 months now.

Core app is fine but the My Tickets feature for season ticket holders is very buggy. For unknown reasons & at random frequency, the ability to list tickets suddenly stops. Also the ability to transfer tickets via a mobile number seems to work or not work whenever it wants.

Worked great until the All-Star break, now I get constant notifications it's searching for a beacon. I don't get the notifications I signed up for but get constant notifications during a game that the app stopped working. 1st rate team, 1st rate facility, horrible app!

The app is frustrating and has too many hurdles. I don't think it's necessary to be FORCED to order food through the app (we're not frequent attendees of Bucks games) and it hurt my family's experience at the Fiserv Forum since we were not made aware of the policy to stop selling food after the 3rd quarter.

Constantly logs you out of your ticketmaster account. Oftentimes, you need to uninstall and reinstall to get the tickets to load. Absolute garbage of an app. Make sure to download your tickets to your phone the day before a game so you don't have to troubleshoot this app while you're in line. Bucks ownership is constantly skimping on the fans. Greed has taken over for them. From the league worst concessions, all the down to this joke of an app.

Crashes constantly, consistently unusable. Sometimes cant access tickets or get into the game, transfer to friends etc... They want you to conform to an all digital platform they should hold up their end of tha bargain and give you a decent platform.

Prompts me to give it permissions every time I opened the app but I used to be able to skip through them. Now it won't let me open the app at all unless I give it permission to access my location. No thanks. Uninstalling.

Play a video in the app: Looks like a video trying to go through a 56k modem. Tide ad that runs at the end of the video? 1080p. Want tickets to the game? Good luck figuring out the Bucks app/Ticketmaster puzzle. Hours of fun!

Please fix or update! I get notices every day that this app crashes on my phone, and I didn't even open it! Its installed until I need to use it again. Irritating and not matching the good customer satisfaction for the great venue you have
