Edit: This new update is terrible. You used to be able to click on the item in the ad and go right to where you need to order it. Now the ad is near impossible to shop. Overall, not a very user-friendly setup. Very easy to use. The only downside is there are products I know are available in-store (example Morning Star veggie dogs) and they don't show on the app.

Pickup time and date automatically changed when I added items to my order. When scheduling when to pick it up it gives 2 options (notify me when ready and schedule it). I used notify me when ready and I assumed it meant the same as ASAP (just let me know when you have it done). The store had to call me to schedule a time. The apps code didn't prompt me for a time before placing an order. The app has an awful search function. Unless you know the exact words, it is hard to find items.

They have a poor buyer either for the River Styx branch or regional. They constantly turn over their products for different things so u can never get used to brands u like. The app also only lists 50% of the in-store inventory, which stinks especially for organic buys where this chain is already significantly limited on a selection compared to other grocers. It needs a comment section for additional products not listed like Target and giant eagle online shopping.

This app crashes every single time I try to use it anymore. It's very frustrating. I was halfway through an order, it just crashed, and when I signed in again, it just sat there and stared at me. Wouldn't move at all. I'm home sick today and it would have been great to still get my groceries purchased. Editing to add: do they even look at these reviews? Not a single response. No helpful suggestions. Not great!

Am I missing something? When I click on the "ad" it brings up one page and I cannot see the rest of it. Update: The ad still will not work correctly on Android phones, but found out it will work on Apple phones. Still waiting for this to be fixed for Android phones. Getting frustrated and just going over to Giant Eagle's ad.

I would love to try their curbside, but the app literally never works. I've been trying on and off for a year to use it and it constantly freezes, is glitchy, takes you back to the wrong page, etc. Just overall doesn't work. I wish I could use it to order!

Cannot navigate the updated version. Not a good app for shopping. Giving 10k choices for groceries and no way to narrow it down is bad. I don't think I'll ever use it again. I even tried to type in each individual item. no results.

The app is impossible to use don't even try it, they even charge you for ordering online. If online shopping is your only choice, I recommend Walmart otherwise just go to the store yourself and shop. Buehler's is very family friendly anyhow and not as crowded as Walmart, and you don't even have to take your groceries to your car either unlike Walmart.

This app worked great 2 weeks ago. Now when i try to checkout with a pick up order and choose the time to.pick up, it gives me a "cannot deliver to that address" error. I have been trying for two weeks to put this order in.

when you try to enter your buehlers card rewards number upon initially signing up, it tells you it's not the right length. However, it says it's 12 numbers which mine is. I enter it and it still says it's wrong.

Bueller's is a quality grocery store, but if you order the curbside pickup make sure you double check your order. Sometimes on line shopping is an easy way to get rid off aging product....

App worked fine until a couple days ago when I took the update. Now it just runs in an endless loop of sign in screen to another sign in screen.

I love being able to order my groceries and go pick them up. But this app keeps crashing. It's very frustrating. Can't you fix it?

WalMart doesn't have alot of stuff so you go with who's got product to sell. Buehlers needs to work on there app though, it doesn't work very well, really slow 🐌.

Are you ever going to fix the app or will it forever crash when I'm looking for nutritional facts or bring up the map when I use the back arrow.

New weekly add shop- on -line is a nightmare. Was so much easier looking at pictured sale adds & just clicking" on sale add "- weekly flyer pics .☹️

Sucks! For ever closes and if you can't find something and search for it although you know they have it, it always says they don't have it.

Crashes repeatedly. Horrible app. Cant log in. Changed password still can't log in. Worthless to have on your phone.

this store never has answers i have tried repeatedly to usE my OTC HEALTH CARD, YOU ADVERTISE YOU ACCEPT IT BUT WHEN YOU TRY TO USE IT. THEY THROW THEIR HANDS UP AND BLAME IT, TOLD ME A SUNDAY NIGHT IT WOULD BE REPORTED AND FIXED I WAITED TILL WEDNESDAY AND I ASK AFTER CALLING WITH NO ANSWERS, THEY SAY JUST PICK SOMETHING AND TRY IT. DOESNT WORK, AGAIN THROW THEIR HANDS UP EMBARRASING ME INFRONT OF CUSTOMERS. IM TELLING EVERYONE I TALK TO TO STAY AWAY FROM BUEHLERS IN GALION OHIO! figun39@ya

Best thing EVER!! Super easy to use, the personal shoppers are awesome! I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
