exactly the same experience as previous reviewer tried to order on the website in various browsers, no blockers or extensions enabled and can only add a burger, can't modify it like you used to. If you click any burger, you get a popup with no image or content, or working buttons. Thought I'd try the app. Go to "Order" and it's stuck on the location screen and won't even let me type. Both the App and the website in chrome are broken to the point that you can't order.. Great work!

Not sure if Burgerfuel is paying attention to these reviews. I continually see the same review for the same problem and all the reviewer gets is asking them to send an email. Well I'm sure a lot of emails have been sent but I do not see any fixes. I too have updated my app, uninstalled it and reloaded and get the same problem - telling me that something went wrong and to reload in a few minutes and of course it stays broken. Come on Burgerfuel, fix your app, you're losing patronage!

Guess I'm not having Burgerfuel for lunch today 🤷‍♂️. And tbh, probably won't until it's fixed as I only ever order online and then pickup.

No way to login. It's been this way for a month or 2, both in app and in browser. You never receive a verification code by text and there is no way to receive one via email. It seriously shouldn't be this difficult.

I'm so tired of this app. The old app was great. Since downloading the new one a couple of years ago we've only been able to claim one reward and we've had to call the store for most of our orders. I've just gone to order now and the app isn't working - I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still getting a failed to load message. Time to fix it or replace it.

Fine, could be better. Not having any of the problems anyone else is having, only reason it's a 4 and not 5 stars is because it doesn't have the option to add a fried egg to your burger, yet apps that support BurgerFuel like deliver easy do have this option available. Let us add eggs to burgers in the customization, I don't care if there's a bigger charge for it than any other add ons.

Received an email today for my birthday, saying I had a free burger, but had to download the app. Downloaded it and tried to log in but it won't send me a text verification code, after trying multiple times, and even trying to re-sign-up. Very annoying. Hopefully Burger Fuel staff will honour the email!

The app and their website is trash, I have a free burger on my dashboard but no way to order in the app or online. When I try to select the correct store the screen says it's "searching" but it never progresses further. I'm unable to select from a list and I have allowed location sharing both through my browser and the app.

Downloaded the app at the restaurant...and decided to signup there and then. I'm on a S23 Ultra, so a pretty new phone. The UI of the signup form wasn't working as it should do, (input labels not moving away from the text added - check Material M3 guidelines guys) the check box to receive newsletters couldn't be checked, and after pressing sign up...nothing happened. No email, no acknowledgement....nada. Tried via the website, via the phone, on Chrome....just as bad.

The app is garbage. Tried multiple times to order via phone, it won't get past the "finding store near you" screen. Location permission is enabled. When it finally got past it, and I selected a store, selected the first item, then the app took me back to "finding store near you" screen. I have a S23 Ultra, no issues with other fast food restaurants apps like McDonald's. Only issue with this app. Tried to order via website, same garbage experience, couldn't order.

Tried to use this app repeatedly over many months, through multiple app version updates. Each time, I never received the verification SMS. Finally cracked it today, the steps were: create a new account (even if one already exists) > enter phone number > get told account exists > ignore the warning > click the verify phone number button that comes up.

Nothing like what others are saying, this app is beautiful, order in app, VIB code is ready go. All locations are there. Very easy, order In the app, not taken to the website, yes you can modify, you just need to click on the right area, so go to checkout to see your order and then click on the price next to the burger, youll be taken to the customization menu. This app is gorgeous and the burgers are equally as gorgeous.

Downloaded this app yesterday. After trying to get onto my account a number 9f times, it does not send the SMS codes to my cell phone or email properly. It has sent some to both but is not doing it each time. I can't trust using this to order or use in store if I can't get into my account. They have said we must update on the new system but its simply not working. I'm not impressed at all unfortunately.

Unable to open app on my phone or tablet for some time now. Unable to claim my rewards, what's the point of emailing your customers about the available rewards when no one can ise the app. Terrible service from such a big company. You can do better!

Everytime your app is not working correctly you lost an order cart. Multiply that with thousands of customers in one day and you lost at least hundreds of thousands in one single day, just because of a bad QoS that should have never been happening, especially this frequently. This low app quality is not acceptable.

Cheers for replying (gives reminder to update)! Whatever was going on only happened that particular week. app been working fine since. still a mystery what was going on but if an update had snuck in between then and now, clearly fixed it.

App is buggy, constantly "reloads" at random times While i was inputting payment, the app reloaded, then when i went back to order, it gives an error message "checking for payment, please try again in a few minutes" Except... few minutes becomes hours

Can not even get past the start up screen. S22 ultra and the app won't even start. Somethings very wrong here. I've lost the opportunity to redeem my rewards, log any new rewards or access the gifts in my emails all because I can't sign in to This app. Very disappointed is putting it lightly

Can't be more honest and direct than this. The app and customer loyalty points is an utter joke! Burgerfuel standards has dropped too, not worth the cost to quality ratio. Twice recently have not received loyalty points etc. Staff keep advising to contact support to have points allocated and situation fixed. Again that's utter rubbish..a confirmation email each time stating we are a small team and be patient as someone will be in contact. Never happens! Time to stop going to Burgerfuel!

The Mpb's are a sham.They auto-create a voucher with deliberately short 4 week expiry and don't tell you that you have a voucher. I logged in a day after expiry and complained but they say I've opted out of email notifications even though in the app i have a box ticked telling them to notify me and my inbox in the ap is empty. **no positive resolution despite below response by app developer. they just told me to sign up for genetic promotion emails outside the app i still can't use my voucher**
