There is no undo button. Once you hit done, you're screwed without support. There is no window of time to fix your selections. Booking through the companies directly allows you to avoid the service fee charged. Considering the lack of support provided, it makes more sense to book directly with a service provider rather than use this app.
Horrible experience with an inconsiderate bus driver and the quality of the app reflects this overall mediocrity for a transportation service. They do not explicitly state if a purchase is refundable until you find out for yourself by trying to cancel it. I would never use again and rather walk until my feet bleed than dare use megabus again.
I just place my Booking but I haven't received any confirmation email that says I booked. and my money in my account is gone I don't know this app is scam or what, they can't find any of my details in the bus that book .
This app is a ripoff. I tried using it in Brasil, because the website told me I would save money, by using it. Installed it and booked a trip, assuming the $ sign were brasilian Reais (as it is commonly used here as acurrency sign). Turns out it was actually US dollars and ended up paying three times the amount, I would have payed on the website. It doesn't seem like I can cancel. There is just a button to call operator to cancel which does not work. I am fuming. Do not use this app.
Email verification doesn't actually work, keeps sending me emails in a loop. Also, bus operator information is out of date - both phone # and email - while the only way to cancel a ticket is through the bus operator. Poor experience.

I am very disappointed with your service. I booked a bus time that appeared on your system, but when I arrived at the station I was told that no such time exists and that all buses had already left. I was also informed that there is no 4:00 PM bus. Despite this being an error on your side, I was told that I could not receive a refund because the refund time had passed—even though I was still at the bus offices lodging my complaint.
Worst App...they don't have any option of re booking or edit your bookings without charges. they charge almost full even before 24 hours. I booked a ticket for 48 euros and on rebooking they were giving back only 9.
worst possible service to use I booked a ticket for same day and because this system books it 2 days in advance after changing it to the current day I paid for a ticket that was nonrefundable and guess what why would I want to pay another $15 for a cancellation policy for the same day travel. I don't think I want to use the service because they don't have a support team you can reach out and phone when you are standing in a bus terminal without Wi-Fi without any means of getting in around

Took an hour and two different phones to complete a booking, was extremely user unfriendly to iphones and barely got it done with my android instead. Errors should say what they are for on the iPhone, so they can be fixed rather than me having to guess.
I use it and it sometimes gets the job done but later find out it's not the best option in the end. Busbud just misses way too many travel options, case in point, it says there's one bus a day going to Chitza itza from Vallolodid and 4 buses that come back and they are all with ADO. Totally disregards the existance of Oriente buses.You can do better buying bus tickets at the stations in Mexico then on here also going to be in a long line, with an impatient non-helpful person at the ticket office

I don't like that I can't call directly. Like today, Hope Diamond (H.D.) who I'd booked for my return trip (JHB > DBN) just cancelled on me and said to contact you to get my refund. And I quickly needed that to pay for my return but no concise communication as yet, outside of a bot response. Also on Monday night, I also overslept and missed my 21:30 DBN > JHB w/ H.D., at 22:30 I frantically tried to contact you to hear what I can do about the issue but nothing quick came to my dismay, even H.D..

I like the app, it's easy to use and when trying to buy bus tickets in Argentina online rather than in person at the bus station has proved to be the easiest option. Not being able to pay in local currency is a real drawback however, the exchange rate offered when I have to pay in sterling is the "official rate" and not the "blue" rate so bus tickets generally end up costing more than twice the quoted price.
I bought 2 tickets, somehow only received the return ticket (the departure ticket had the wrong ticket number apparently), missed my bus, lost an entire day of an already short weekend due to this mess. how does an automated system even manage to fumble something that basic that badly?
Easy to understand have busses ready, understandable, no lines , no hackers , You can compare prices to choose which experience you want date time everything. I would 100% recommend.
