BusMap - Transit & Bus Ticket

Horríble UI. Defaults to a useless home screen rather than navigation. Once in navigation, you have to constantly do extra clicks.

after being updated to the new name GoMo, the app just stops working. It doesn't work anymore even after trying to uninstall and reinstall it again. What's an update!!!!

old app worked great. New improved app crashes, doesn't actually show any live bus information, and is less user friendly. great work

Edit 2: Once again lowering this from 3 to 1 star. App is basically unusable now, can't update map data even after reinstall. Edit: I have to change this from 4 to 3 stars. I don't mind the banner ads, but the number of popup ones are ridiculous. 1 every 2-4 mins, and every time the app is opened? That's mobile games' level of ads. Unacceptable. (Still a useful app tho, can't deny that) Orginal review: great app

Perfect program for bus passengers with some minor flaw. Sometime there is still some bus stop not appearing or some major destinations (park, station, school ....) not listed. Walking path is kind of hilariuous and need to be as detailed as car path. I would suggest adding more of the destinations to the map and made them searchable, so basically more map features. This BusMap is going to more and more function as an offline map to me (the function Google Map doesn't have). Love.

This app does help me a lot with planning for my daily commute. The bus line, the estimated time are good (with acceptable deviation). The walking route is questionable though, because it keeps suggesting me with options based on bird fly distansce so unless I am one of those avian creatures, I need to double-check with Google Maps to be sure.

This used to be a great app but some months ago the bus distances and timings all stared to go wrong. The app now is a spam fest of popup ads and sometimes I have to close the app to use it again. The screen also often refreshes which is really annoying when I am trying to use the 'Direction' function and have to enter the start and destination points all over again. UPDATE 2025. IT LOOKS LIKE THE DEV HAS ABANDONED THIS APP AS LIVE TRACKING OF BUSES STOPPED SOME MONTHS AGO.

Now all you can do with it is for track bus route I don't see any reason for continur using this app over Google map anymore. What a shame, it's always money that kill ideas. Edit:28/10/2024 again all the bus gps are gone are gone and this time the bus estimate time also gone along with them too.??!?! What's even the point of using this map anymore? Fix your app for god sake

Why we cant use this apps now? nowadays very difficult to read the maps, still showing in Vietnam map & not loading at all. please fix asap

Some bus are not available and some bus line are missing. GRP3 is missing

This app has made it so easy to go around HCM city especially for tourists. It's very user friendly, provides real time information, makes it easy to track the bus and know where to get off the bus and where to catch the next bus. My only suggestion for improvement is that if they provided information on the bus fares for each route, that'll make this app perfect.

Super useful for my trip to HCMC! Was able to try riding the bus especially when it got too hot to walk. Layout was easy to understand and the bus lines and routes are also correct when i checked it on the map posted on the bus stops/waitng stations.

this app used to be extremely functional, but in the last several updates, all the most basic functions now sit behind the "premium" feature, like locating the next bus on the map or viewing the route. I did not give a bad review even when the app became loaded with ads that made it annoying to use. but now the app ceases to have any function but to load dozens of ads onto my phone. I will delete the app after this review.

quite a good app. works most of the time but there was once it recommended a bus that did not come and was not shown on that bus stop's sign. In addition, there is no time-related function (estimated time of the trip, for example)

new update gomo is worse than older..cannot use all maps navigation for bus..fix this!!!

The busmap hn crashes when I tapped the upper left menu, but I could still check the route by number. Now the new upgraded version fixed the menu problem but crashes when ever I try to check a route by number. I think the previous version was more helpful.

It's very useful for me when i would like travel by bus in Vietnam. You can track the bus, get advise the routes baseon the location, check estimation time, know the price,... I hope team can add new funtion to update traffic situation sothat we can select suitable bus.

The bus routes on this app are all wrong. I took the 07 bus from the airport and it took an entirely different route than the one shown, and brought me nowhere near where I needed to be. Utterly useless app.

Hanoi - the 5th route buses charge 7K. Correct the info, please. - why do you call the share button "a feedback button"?

This app makes travelling around Hanoi by bus super easy. The map of stops and routes with GPS is perfect! If it had real-time information about bus schedules/times it would be a 5 star app (I have to go to Google maps for that). Well done to the developers!
