I love this app. Exercises are short so I don't mind doing them and I'm sure i will be motivated to increase from beginning to intermediate level after next week and I get this into a routine. The reminder is what i need and it allows you to track and monitor your weight as well as has a water tracker and reminder pop up! 5 star!! Free and limited ads. Not invasive at all while working out!
I absolutely LOVE this app and for so many reasons. I've been battling my weight for years. My highest weight was 238lbs. This app keeps you motivated, let's you choose your level of exercise from beginner level to advanced (I chose advanced.. probably not my smartest choice 🙈😂 BUT after just a few days I already could feel and see improvements). & option at end of every workout to check off if it was too easy, perfect or too hard. ALL these exercises work! This app is great!!!!!!
I downloaded this app to get me started after a long break from exercising and to help me build a routine. I like this app because it makes exercising approachable. To my surprise, even when all the breaks I've taken I can 100% feel a difference in my lower body and I haven't even finished the beginner levels. My muscles feel stronger! I haven't been dieting or doing other exercises so I don't think it physically shows but it feels good to feel stronger!
I'm in my late 40s & starting menopause. Having surgery 5 mos ago, I realized just how out of shape I had become. What I like--it's free, it has multiple intensities to make it usable for the beginner like me and also for someone that has more endurance. Each workout ranges from 3-9 mins total & limits the excuse of not having enough time to workout. Voice instructions/counts are nice and not annoying. Ads are minimal. Muscles toning already after 9 days. Just what I needed to get me exercising.
I just started this 2 days ago but I already like it a lot. I like being able to decide if I feel like a beginner, intermediate or advance for the workouts and what my goals are. The water tracker is great because I'm afwul at drinking enough in a day and the notification helps. I feel the work outs in the area it says it's helping and can decide after each day if it was to hard, just right, or to easy. I'll update my review after the 30 days of work outs are over.
A decent start, but far from perfect. I did level2 for over a month and I don't think there is any visible difference. Some of the sets are very awkward (like 50 backward lunges as a single set...) and there is no warmup. The exercises also don't tell you how to make sure you feel it in the glutes, and lots of the exercises can accidentally be done with the quads (most of us are quad dominant). It's nice to get into a daily routine, but now I need more if I want to see visible results.
More than 30 days available here. There's 3 levels, all with 30 days. So if you're a beginner and start at level one day one, there is 90 days worth of work outs here. You select a day, alter the amount of reps if you want to, and press start. There is day by day records of what exercises you've completed, and you can do them again if you wish. It also tracks how many calories burnt over a exercise/day/week Over all a great app, will be continuing to use and would definitely recommend
While the app is good, I've noticed that when the text to speech starts reading off, it's jumbled, and occasionally won't read anything at all. My only other issue besides that, is the repetitiveness of the exercises. If I had the option to swap out exercises I've done ad nauseam, for something else, that'd be awesome. Overall, it's okay.
Full of ads, when the exercise is supposed to start u get an ad and u have to grab the phone and remove it (its not immediately possible), this is super annoying specially when u are already in position of the exercise. Also, exercises are super light, I have tried it for few days already and i don't think it would do much with such low impact "warm-ups" and in such a short time.
I think this is a great app for women of all sizes! I'm 5"4 and I weigh 122 lbs and I'm just trying to get toned and stay in shape and this app is perfect for that. I like how the app tracks your progress and tells you how many calories you've lost and it also let's you choose what area of your body you want to target and work out the most. I like how it has different exercises for different areas of the body you need improvement. I like how its easy to understand and you can play your music.
This app has suitable exercises for beginners, intermediate and advanced individuals. I've been using the intermediate exercises and it has done wonders for my legs, thighs and buttocks. I feel energized and fresh after a workout. Would recommend this app for individuals who has never been an active/sporty person like myself. So far my experience has been good 👍
I've been over weight all my life and since im pushing 40 I finally decided to get it under control. I wanted to find a app that was so simple that even a lazy person like me wouldn't mind doing it.this app does just that. They are easy to do, simple,and doesn't take much time to do. Being a person that was a 300 plus lb child and a almost 400 lb adult if I can do it anyone can do it. My tip is go at your own pace and set your goal and don't let nothing or anyone stop you. Needs to be on TV
Love EVERYTHING about this app. Very nice to be able to change music, rest time and counting. Graphics are easily showing you how to do each exercize. I won't use another exercise app ever again. Thank you very much. Love the water counter also. I needed something to encourage my water intake. App keeps my interest and involvement in my well-being.
A very good app when you don't have any gym equipment and especially for beginners who don't want to invest in bands etc and/or are unfit or someone with an injury who wants to strengthen slowly I like that you can view the workout ahead of time and click on any of them for a further explanation on how to execute them properly or even watch a video clip.
I am quite an active person myself and I just wanted to tone up a bit so I decided to take an advance level of these exercise. And I must admit - even if only 15 min per day, I can feel the muscles working out & unexpectedly I can see some results after only a few days. Exercises are also slightly different to what I was used to which is a welcomed change.
Good excercises but for what when you almost cannot do them? I understand that you need money from advertisment but then I need to close it - but there is nothing like close button or something and you need to restart the app...great option when you are in the end and prepared to finish. So then do again everything without any recording in app for how many times? Three, four repeating? And maybe it let you go for the next day...
Midway through the Beginner Level and I'm beginning to see great results. Also, the animation is perfect, I find the voice instructor's voice very soothing and not mechanical like some other apps. Overall, best app if you want to work out fast and at the same time get quicker results.
I like that there are 3 different levels so that you can get a 90 day work out. But I don't like how repeatative the exercises are. Seem to do the same exercises every day and also repeat the same exercises twice in a session. Also one big flaw, in most of the exercises the time counter skips at least one count!
I've stuck with it every day with the help of reminders , just a little annoying when your asked to hold the move for couple of seconds but he's already counted the next rep, when doing some exercises such was side leg left ,I feel he counts the reps too quickly, they should be done slowly to feel the burn, one last thing, I'd like to do the butt and leg exercises, but there is only an option to pick one
App is quite easy to use,my only problem that there isn't a notification sound goes off whenever it's time for you to workout even when set, but 3 days in already and i'm definitely feeling the burn!🔥 can't wait to see and update my progress.
