I love that there is a free version, how it talks to you and gives you plenty of rest time, and a couple of cool down exercises. Fabulous workout app! 👏🏻 (review from 1/14/24) ...back to it in 2026! I noticed improvements after just a week of doing this a couple of years back, and a month later was amazed. So am getting back into it after exactly 2 years, and it is still an amazing app I recommend to anyone who struggles with getting started with a workout routine. :)
So far I love this app! I like the many different workout routines they have and you have the option to target your butt, legs, abs, or full body workout. I use the free version because I'm not going to pay a subscription for something I'm just working out at home for with no equipment. I prefer it with no equipment. I like how the app also tracks your progress and gives you a rest day and let's you customize your schedule and time to workout however many days a week.
Love it. It is so much fun to use especially if you feel uncomfortable with your body . For me this app is teaching me that no matter how, or what your body looks like believe in yourself and keep moving. This app also gives you an idea of what you can add into you daily, weekly ,or monthly workout. I have also found other apps that have daily work out routine like for any extra wate you want to lose or if you just want to stay fit apps like these are perfect to use. Keep pushing to do whatever.
I wish it was a longer training period. It's only 30 days and 1/3 of them are cool down days. But it's amazing for beginners. You can take it anywhere you go and the visuals and counting help you go at a steady pace. Also wish it could connect with Garmin app. not sure if it was a glitch or what but I completed my workout for the day just before midnight with 3 mins to spare but then the unskipable ad at the end of the workout made my completion at 12:01 and I lost my streak. 😭
Guided excercises that keep you going. It's not too intense, but provides strong workouts that don't take much time. I'm only on day 7, so I don't know if it gets more intense. Excercises vary so you're not doing the same thing every day, and you get rest days, so follow the program! I myself am using the app only on days I can take time, so I'm not following the program, but I'll skip "rest days" and move on to the next workout. It gives me structure when I want to work out.
It's definitely a good way to keep you motivated and keep track of your progress. I also like that there's other exercises combined with this app if you want to focus on other targets on your body, as well as daily tips for better results. I took one star off, because for some reason I wasn't able to get 100% after finishing my 30 days. I was stuck at 96% for some reason. I'm gonna assume once "finished", you restart the progress on your own, which stinks. Still awesome app
I downloaded this app a while back and never used it. I decided since I been on a self care journey to finally try it out and it was cool. I won't lie and say the exercises are easy because they aren't but they are beginner friendly. I completed my first workout today and thinking of adding more to the routine. I should've done this a long time ago. I'm also physically disabled (legs aren't normal) and this was pretty easy given the fact that I have mobility issues. I will continue to use!
the layout of this app is amazing, the vocal coaching is great, the visual aids are awesome. The only complaint I have is The exercises just aren't challenging enough. I have absolutely zero experience in fitness/exercising and to be quite honest I'm about 30lbs over weight & have a very low activity level overall, yet these exercises don't challenge me.. Give us the option to choose the ' Intensity Level' of our workouts.. like Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced! Other than that, its GREAT!
This is a very great workout app! I love how structured it is and the workout vary somewhat from day to day. I've never been one to stick to a workout routine, but this routine only takes between 6 to 10 minutes a day so it's very easy to stick it & that I absolutely love! There Is also a voice coach and she helps you throughout every workout you do. After my 30 day workout is complete, I will definitely continue to use this app!
This is my second time coming back to this app due to moving constantly and not being able to always have a gym and honestly I love it. You do see the results but you HAVE TO BE CONSTANT with it. Just like working out in general. You won't see progress unless it's done consecutively. And this is good for new people that want to work out. You can take these exercises to the gym or anywhere really. It's great!
It gives a very user-friendly, pleasing and crisp look to any downloader. There are additional workouts you can choose, the tips are amazing, it tracks everything so well, and there are so many levels of experience! It motivates me with quick, easy workouts and keeps me excited to workout. I can FEEL the results. I love this app.
Love this super quick and easy to follow work out app. It's got everything you could possibly need from videos to help you understand how to work out, breaks built-in that you can adjust, and multiple work outs that keep you entertained without being too repetitive. My favorite part is it only takes a few mins every day and you instantly feel results.
I love this app! Its super helpful and has many different cool exercises to do. You can actually see some results after a few days. It is 5 stars however, is there a way to maybe pay so you don't have to watch anymore ads when you start a workout? There used to not be ads, but it just takes more time and there's not always a lot of that to give when trying to workout. But that could just be me. Other than that, amazing app. I use the abs one too! (The ads part isn't super bad though)
I totally love the app. The voice guide helps you know what do to and all. On top of that, it illustrates a workout graphically which is quite useful if you dont know what youre supposed to do. It also tells you what muscles each workout targets, and i can definitely see the change in my body. I totally love the app. However, you need internet connection to download other workouts besides the daily training challenge. Otherwise its a good app, totally recomend it.
I've been using this app for at least 2 years - it's a great app with tons of different home work outs (ranging from 7 min to like 20 min), built in notifications, and workout tracking! Love the graphics and "coach" voice, countdowns, and tips. It is very user friendly too. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for quick home workouts that keep you fit and are fun.
Really enjoyable, makes exercise fun. Just the right amount of exercise for someone who is starting again after a long time of not exercising! I'm slim but not fit. Works great for me! Would recommend! I tend to add my own exercises to it afterwards for another 5 mins or so (which I don't think I'd do if I hadn't already got in the zone with this app). Gets you motivated and enthused!
Big fan of my new big booty. I love how easy this app is to use! It's for all levels of exercise, if you feel it's too easy, just double the work outs to make it more effective. The workouts change daily to help challenge muscle memory and work all the muscles. There's daily reminders that can turn on/off, there's a work out guide that explains how to do the skills, keeps you on track so you do the exercises at an effective rate, & intermittent tips to remind you to fix your posture /position. ❤

This is one of the most helpful apps, and what I love is that it doesn't have a lot of ads like all these other ones. It's a good app because it records your progress and all that but the reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is because their fitness routines only last 30 days and the problem is that even if after 30 days you want to continue working out,you can't because the app wouldn't be giving you workouts to do why because their workouts are only for 30 days I think they should make it longer
I really really like this app honestly!! It has very little ads as apposed to other apps that run off advertisements every 2 minutes... And it's got a super good variety of different workouts that are actually pretty stimulating and I break a tiny sweat but DEF not too hard to where I can't do them in my little RV... I would def try this one out for size. I really enjoy it. And find that I actually push myself to work out more due to enjoying this app and how easy it makes it. Thanks developers
