I've had my scale for at least 2 years now and the app was able to sync up my weight. now for the past 2 or 3 days it's not syncing. also when trying to relay myself within a couple of minutes to make sure I get an accurate reading it gives me a totally different weight entirely. so now I'm not even sure if I should trust this scale

At first, the app worked well BUT annoyingly always went to the application page. I would have to hit the back button to get back to weight. Now, it doesn't work at all. If I hit start weight, it goes to the app page, after the back button it goes to the weight page but the start weigh button is gone and it is not actively gathering info. Seems to have lost bluetooth. Faulty aPP.

This is a great app, but I wish we were able to habe a food journal in it as well. I'd like to keep track of what I eat, and how many calories each food is, but I don't want to use separate apps to do this. If there were a food journal, I would rate 5 stars. The journal should be able to scan barcodes of items purchased, and log the nutrition content for us, or we could enter from the package or lookup of fresh foods.

I have had the Smart Scale, Blood Pressure, Forehead Temperature, and Finger Tip Pulse Oximeter for about 3 weeks. So far they appear to work well. The associated app seems to collect the measurements fairly quickly. But there are two significant problems: 1) There is no apparent way to export the collected data to use it with other apps, for presentation to medical staff, or for archival purposes. The iPhone version of the app seems to allow integration, if I recall correctly, with Apple Health and Google Fit - there is no such integration on Android as far as I've found. 2) For the app to work at all to collect the data from the sensors, it must have working internet so it can connect to a server somewhere. The Blood Pressure, Pulse Oxi, and Temperature devices work without the app and present all the data they collect, and I can record it with pen and paper. But the Smart Scale will only present the weight and one other metric (Body Fat%?). Very annoying! Not recommended unless you can live with these limitations.

It worked ONCE, and now will not connect. It took multiple tries to get it paired the first time and I hoped once it was paired that it would work. But no. It worked ONE TIME! I have gone through every item on the troubleshooting list even taking a wet towel and rubbing on my feet...yes that is on the list. My suggestion spend a little more get a better scale. This one will give you your weight only.

When I first got the scale and the app I loved it. It was a 5 out of 5 and I was super happy with it. However I use this app for the scale and scale only. I have no idea why it is demanding access to my camera and photos to work. I weigh myself naked to get an accurate measurement and I really don't want to allow it to have access to those. However they made it that it won't work without it. Soon as I can replace the scale with a different one I will be. Very disappointed and hope they change.

It worked once and never again. No matter what I do, it won't connect. I am driving myself crazy standing on the scale with my phone for 15 minutes trying to get it to connect to no avail. That makes the body fat function of the scale unavailable, Also, the app asks for permission to see you contacts, photos, videos and more and if you say no, every time you try to pair with the device it takes you back to your permissions settings as if it's not going to work unless you give it full access.

The app is worthless. It connected the first time I used it, but the 2nd time it wouldn't connect. I tried unpairing and pairing again but now it won't even pair. On top of that, everytime I click on something new in the app, it opens to App Info, which is super annoying. It also didn't save my info such as height and birthday like others have mentioned. I was also disappointed it wouldn't share my info with Google Fit, but I should've checked before buying. The scale itself seems to work ok.

Managed to get everything set up relatively easily, but there's definitely room for improvement: blood pressure graph is in reverse chronological order with no way to change it, no graph option for the pulse oximeter, the results from the temperature scanner are duplicated under wall thermometer, no way to set forehead temp as default for graph, results for temp say "cerrent" instead of "current," and there is no way to export data as far as I can tell. No sharing results with my PCP I guess 🤷‍

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCALE. Everyone say the same thing. It will only connect to your phone once if at all. Returned my first one for a replacement. It wouldn't even connect one time. It says it is and shows the Bluetooth icon on the screen but it will not allow you to record results. App will not allow you to manually enter weight either. Terrible terrible terrible. Bwell should be ashamed of themselves. Most users have the same issue. JUNK scale and terrible app.

Reviews are accurate. Worked fine for a month but now it won't pair. No matter what we try it will not connect. It won't let us click on 'start measuring" or anything. Have unpaired and tried to repair and it won't even pick it up. I even laid my phone on the scale and tried to pair and still nothing. My husband is a tech professional and spent hours messing it and still couldn't get it to work. Total waste of money if you want to track more than just your weight.

Bwell app doesn't connect with scale consistently. Have tried multiple ways to make it work, can't find any pattern to when it decides it wants to connect and update. The app and scale will show a bluetooth emblem with or without an x, which I assumed is the connection status. However, that doesn't seem to matter because it still doesn't update. It's ridiculously garbage.

The app paired with my Bluetooth a couple of times, and then after that, it would not pair anymore. I would not get my weight on the app. I try unpairing it, then pair it again, still nothing. I even uninstall it and reinstall the app. Still no weight on the app. This needs to be fixed so people can get their weight on the app. The whole reason I brought this scale.

Update: I noticed the historical list view in top right hand corner so adding 1 star. Rec: Devs, pls allow exports. Orig: -1 star each for camera permissions + bug described below. Fix these and I'll update my score. App works pretty well for me. I noticed a bug under the Trend tab where when you check the last few weigh-in days it shows the accurate number you just got and then quickly adds a few pounds on and stays like that unless you restart the app. It would be great if this didn't happen.

Don't understand what's happening now!! In the beginning everything worked fine. All of my info was stored properly and when I stepped on the scale, "Start Measuring" lit up. Now it hasn't lit up scine November 5th, so I don't know anything but my weight from the scale and I really need to know my BMI for an upcoming surgery without going to the doctor. I was able to keep up very well, but now I can't. I've removed/ reinstalled app, changed batteries and nothing has changed 😑 PLEASE fix this🙏

Too many permissions required with no explanation. Very rude to sell a product with such an app as part of the appeal. They count on most people to just give in. I thought apps were starting to be required to explain why they need certain permissions. It's certainly a good idea and if they explained, I would maybe use this. As it stands I'm considering even to return the scale I bought.

Setup once. Won't connect. I cleared the cookies etc...go to connect and it won't. Keeps showing last weight input. I touch the start measuring and its still stuck on weigh in from Sept 2022. Is there something y'all gotta fix? This is ridiculous for real. These items aren't cheap so if it uses an app, the app should work correctly. Sad part there is no number to contact support either. I'll never buy another product from this company again.

Does not update weight in app. No way to manually add weight, either. Yes, I've checked: Bluetooth connection, wireless connection, shutting app down & reopening, even rereading the manual & checking online for answers. Without a solution, I would absolutely NOT recommend this scale/app to anyone. As a matter of fact, I may just return it.

Not very happy. I hope there will be an update to fix the bugs in the app. I spent a lot of money for the scale, thermometer, oxometer and blood pressure machine to not have the app work completely. I would like to set my true height and birthday instead of being forced into being almost a foot shorter and many years younger with a recommended weight that would kill me. 🤔

The app does not work what's the point of the scale of I can't use it for its purpose. It won't record anything. I can only take my weight. I can't see any body composition info because you meet the app to see all that. I would not recommend any of their products because the app is so inept. Please fix this issue and upgrade the app. This is disgraceful. I emailed the company, and they never even contacted me back 😡
