Absolutely terrible experience logging in, need to get sent verification codes 2 times as app would just sit there after putting them in for long periods and this was for both email and phone numbers. Also has issue with copying and pasting my number.

UPDATE 3: connectivity issues. This app has problems almost every time I go to use it. UPDATE 2: Oops it happened again. Sort it out BWS. I even spent ages on the phone to your tech support the other week, this app is unusable like this. UPDATE: 4 days later, the app is still not working. App isn't working. 'traffic jam' on the app. Sort your servers out, I've been trying for 3 hours. I can't access my cart or check out. I'm hoping my cart isn't empty because i added what I wanted hours ago.

The app doesn't list even half the varieties available. When looking for something specific, it will only bring up some flavours, not all or only individual cans and not 4 or 10 packs and then when closed and refreshed it will bring up totally different options such as only 10 packs and not lesser amounts. It also won't let me change my payment method. My old card expired so now can't even the app. The deals on the app aren't even worth it. Save your money, shop elsewhere. It'll be cheaper!

Mid-end of Dec2025; Not good, terribly laggy & slow👎, the "hide unavailable items" filter only works occasionally & U have to un-toggle then re-toggle it multiple times for it to work & wait up to 30secs each time!! Overall is REALLY frustrating to use this app lately therefore I've find myself spending more with an alternate outlet🤔... hope you find a fast fix BWS!

I've gone back to just using my Woolies Reward card in store as I am DONE with linking it over and over again! During the past 3mths (possibly 4) I have been asked to link my card again EVERY time I've gone to use this app!! Wasn't an issue before that... please fix it!!!

cant even buy anything transaction always fails! started 2weeks ago. definitely software issue!!! try elsewhere if u want drinks delivered like Dan's least they accept payment!!!!

this company misuses person details and it's email password reset doesn't work. I've been prevented from being a customer. I've uninstalled I think everyone else should aswell. don't shop here ever!

App is okay though clunky. linking everyday rewards fails over and over with "Error loading page". Needs a lot more work to improve search results and overall function.

same issues as mentioned. can't add to cart. just say Add Item Failed. I try to see if anything is in cart... TRAFFIC JAM... TRY AGAIN LATER . it keeps unlinking my rewards card too. Have tried calling, sent endless messages.... nothing. staff in store have no idea either. only started these issues recently. Edit.... just tried logging out and using as a guest and it works fine. can someone please fix it.

Used to love this app but this week I've tried to check out so many times and just coming up with an error. My local doesnt have the products I want so getting someone to collect from another store so this is the only way I can purchase and now ill miss out on all the awesome deals. Wasted too much time on this already....

the app is generally slow and unreliable. at the same time when trying to deliver something that is a 2 minute drive away I just can't go get it because I've had a few, it gets delayed, an hour. I don't know what company bws is partnering with for delivery but whoever authorised that partnership needs to be fired and banned from working in company relations ever again.

its okay app to dio click and collect my issue mainly it wont let you use your points balance as part if the purchase, on the card part will say discounted price but the payment will say another and wont let me proceed with the payments 😡 I like to use app deals and not have to gi in-store

the buy online cart does not work and there is no way of contacting anyone to fix it.

Ordered a few times. Not bad tbh. I'd rate higher, but the app itself has a few problems. Sometimes, it glitches and tells you you can't order something, and then you close and open, and you can. Also, when processing payment, I get stuck on a screen telling me it's being checked and not to close the app. Then, like 20 minutes later, I get a text from a third-party delivery service. It could definitely integrate that into the app a little better or be clearer on what's happening.

The website works better than the app. Clicking on items often says "Something went wrong. Please try again." More than 90% of the time currently, this was not occurring yesterday. App doesn't allow easy option to check stock availability at nearby stores. You need to manually change store, go back to the product and check. 10% off (a current offer) does not activate at checkout. Tried for both pick up and delivery.

WAY TOO PREDICTABLE. Every single time I've won SipCoin one day, nothing the next, something else the next day, nothing the next, and so on. Can't you make the programming in your app more random? Also, it's a bit unfair to have all prizes unavailable at all stores... then time runs out before you can ever redeem. Like it is set up this way on purpose!

never works - and I mean NEVER! I have deleted_reloaded amd everything in between but I always get the " technical error" message. BWS are losing almost all our business because of their in operative App

I need to reset my password. I have selected the link that was sent to my email to reset..... takes me back to the home page of the app without giving me a chance to reset. Tried clearing the app cache with no success

trying to order is next to impossible, keeps coming up with failed transaction. Have deleted and reinstalled the app etc its still bad.

I have had the same "offer" for the last 7 days. $2 bluey's. We claimed the blueys and it is nothing the rave about. You advertise it for 100 days of summer and giving the same offer day after day after day. Haven't "won" a single prize... It's always an offer. After reading all the reviews, it's happening to everyone and I am losing interest quick smart. Something need to change or the app is being deleted.
