I couldn't even register with non Spain phone numbers from different counties including European despite that countries are available in the list. In response to the developer’s reply: this restriction does not exist in competing apps. I was visiting Spain for a short trip and had no intention of buying a Spanish SIM card. I used different app. As a result, you lost revenue from about 20 trips. Multiply this by tourists in a similar situation — many of whom may visit several times per year.

Really THE worst. Pretty much every time I use this app, there is a problem. The latest was that I booked a ride but the app informed me there was a problem, so I flagged down a taxi instead. 10 minutes later the poor driver apparently showed up and I had to pay 10 euro to cancel. (a ride I had not even been able to book). Per Cabify's comment, here is their message after I explained Cabify's error: "we want to clarify that the cancellation fee charge is correct in this case, as you canceled...

Terrible experience using this app. Have to wait 15 minutes after first install to book. Why? After a couple of trips couldn't book any more trips. App was blocked from making bookings. No explanation. Reported the issue to Customer service and tried to connect with them several times. No luck. Customer service non existent, never reverted or solved the issue. Easier to hail a cab on the streets. Unreliable.

After updating this week, the app is so buggy that it took me half an hour to input my destination and my home address (already saved) wouldn't load. The driver took more than twice the time they said it would take, the price more than doubled because after all the struggle, it wanted me to go to a different district. So exasperating!!

App is good enough to call a ride or send a delivery within the city. It is simple and easy to use. Only thing is you have to get used to the drag & drop style list to specify where to go, but it is actually useful (I have used Uber, Bolt, and Lyft) once you get the hang of it. You have the option to modify that list. Also, I wish the app has a "custom" option for tips. Current option only provides 1, 2 or 5 in whatever currency you are located on. BTW, my driver was awesome!

Deceitful company. Use Uber or a taxi instead. When we signed up we received a coupon for $80 off of three trips. We took the trips, but they didn't discount the money. When we contacted them, they said "oh, no, that only applied in certain country." It sure didn't say that in the big print. After the very-not-helpful customer "service," we tried to look up our coupon to see if we had missed the small print. They had deleted the coupon from our account, covering the evidence it seems. That's weird way to run a company, so we will get our rides elsewhere and spread the word. Update -- Well, that's not helpful. Their response below about my complaint about skeezy, dishonest customer service is to tell me to take my complaint to customer service. Maybe my next contact will be the one to find relief? Wow!

I don't recommend, it charges you when the drivers mess up and miss the pickup. We tried it in Barcelona, needed to make an event. The pickup time was 4 minutes. We waited and watched as the driver flew past us on a 1 way construction zone, and the pickup time instantly jumped to 18 minutes. We had to cancel, and the app charged us 10euro for canceling on the driver's mistake. Hailed a taxi, and made the event on time. I deleted this app after that experience. The regular taxis are much better.

Downloaded this app for use in Spain, as uber and bolt didn't show much availability. This app usually shows as an ad from Google maps, with prices for the trip and car availability alongside of directions. The car availability is actually arbitrary/not based on reality. The first time I ordered a ride, the app spent about 15 min looking for a driver, until I gave up and just walked. Next time I booked a car to go the airport a full day ahead. I thought it meant I had it reserved, but it didn't.

I used to prefer this app to other ride-sharing apps because the drivers cancelled less frequently. But lately, cancellations seem to be on the rise. But the worst part is the app periodically rejects my US visa card as a payment method. They say it's a problem with my bank rejecting their pre-authorization, but my bank says they're receiving no attempts to charge the card from cabify. It's happened to me twice in the past month, and it's too unreliable to use anymore

Terrible app. It is often buggy, particularly during peak hours. During rain or other high demand it will collapse. It also often not allow let you input street numbers just the street names which is quite frustrating. Poor customer service as well. Uber has comparable if now lower prices (except during surges) and has much more reliable service.

Very poor customer service. The app has an error for years where certain phone country codes (e.g. +1 or +7) just won't receive the verification sms, but there's no error message at all. Worst of all is I took the time to report this and explain exactly what's happening, and they just ignore me or deny something so obvious. Shame on this incompetence.

First of all. There's nothing executive about the executive type of vehicle choice which costs a little bit more. Clearly they do not inspect the vehicles that go in that category. 80% of the time you will end up getting picked up buy a piece of junk as if you ordered the cheaper option. When I want to be picked up in a nicer vehicle I use Uber's Comfort option. Uber actually screens the vehicles that go into that category and you get what you paid extra for.

Quite a convenient application, normal drivers. But a big but! I had payment via Google Pay and they took advantage of it! They first took payment for the trip. Then, two hours later they cancel this payment and withdraw a larger amount! The recipe has tips for an unknown reason! I consider this to be fraud. Now the support is unsubscribed, yes, the final amount may be larger. Why then in two hours did you decide to withdraw a larger amount without my knowledge? Did you want coffee? Horror!

I was offered an initial discount, then I entered the app to see how much it'll cost my ride, and the app launched the request for the ride without my requesting (by itself), then I canceled the ride, and then later (when I was ready for the ride) I requested the ride for the 1st time, and then the app gave me only the full price. I've attempted to reach their chat support, but it was fruitless. WORTHLESS, CATASTROPHIC & EXPENSIVE!!

I ma experiencing many problems with this app. I have to pay a trip I did not request, the one that was requested was cancelled, I am not able to get an operator to discuss the situation, and now the app does not work. it is sickening. it doesn't work not even after my complaint. more of the same indifference.

Warning to all, they have a waiting time charge so basically if you keep the driver waiting (2 minutes). Drivers purposely say they have arrived before they really do or wait on the wrong street to waste time and then make circles to get to you so they can make extra money. Beware this scam, Cabify support is also pretty useless.

Extra charges are not shown on the ride price. Only after the ride I was charged for "Procesamiento de servicio, seguridad y sostenibilidad" and "High demand" fees. This is so unfair, they should be honest and transparent with the final price people play BEFORE the ride. Will not use this app again. Uber forever

Unable to register at all. It doesn't allow me to send their WhatsApp verification to my international number. Also no alternative to receive the code through a local number by sms

Very dependable. Sugestions: New feature offering very quick pick up is outstanding. New feature where label with car details stays fixed covering car position should be smaller. I prefer seeing car position until pick up

Won't work with Malaysia mobile number can't send the code to sign up. So dumb Update: One shouldn't have to fill in a form that's not on the app to sign up an account for the app I'll just use Uber 😂 What a total joke this app
