Calendly Mobile

The app is great for looking at your current bookings, but when it comes to making changes to your booking page, it falls short. Every time I try to change date specific hours or make a day unavailable, it says it's changed and saved, but then when I close the app and get back in, the day is available again. I have to go onto the website in order to make the changes, which defeats the purpose of getting the app. Please fix it :(

Needs the capability to set recurring appointments. And the availability that is done one the phone does not translate overall. It has to be done on the computer for it to work. And there are times that the availability that you update does not work. Also, on days that you are slated as unavailable, the system should automatically cancel appointments set for that day when the day was unavailable in the first place, but the system made a mistake and allowed an appointment to be booked anyway.

I've been using Calendly for 8 years. There are constant upgrades, and I love every one of them. Calendly makes life easy for my clients to schedule. I keep all details and instructions within the system so that my clients can have all of the information at their disposal without multiple check-ins with me. It saves me a ton of time. Automation is the way of the world. And, I'd highly recommend Calendly. I'm a loyal member for life.

I originally would have given it 5 stars, but after the trial expires it gets glitchy and has stopped syncing with my calendar which defeats the main purpose for me to stay organized. I'd rather sign up for the free/lite version and then be given the option to upgrade. If it's not fixed soon I'll probably delete because again what's the point if it's not synced??

App UI is pretty bad, there's way too many clicks to get to basic commands. Dates I override as "unavailable" are still available for clients to book. Also, clients are complaining about the new calendar format, saying it's too hard to find available days, they have to click on each day to check for availability on the Android app.

This app has changed my life. So much of my time was spent scheduling meetings and checking 2-3 calendars for my availability several times a day. Calendly has eliminated all of that. It's easy to set up, and I love the individual links where people can set up the type of meeting you want them to attend. I hate that I waited so long to sign up!!!

I love the app, but found that some features aren't available when using calendly in a mobile browser. Also when using the app, selecting a 15 minute slot that's between existing appointments isn't possible even if that's the increment you set up. There's something off with tapping in such a small area even if you zoom in on the phone.

I love calendly. It integrates with my wix website. Now customers can book with me without calling or texting. The appointments go straight to my calender. It also integrates with Stripe so I can accept a deposit. Also, it has workflows so every booking gets an email and a text. The app is basic. You'll want to have access to a computer to set everything up.

I LOVE THIS APP!! I have told all my photography friends about this, and everyone else I know! So easy to schedule sessions and share my availability with like one click! And they can pay me through the app when they book! So easy I wish I found this a year ago. I love getting real.time notifications when sessions are scheduled or rebooked (or cancelled). This app is a lifesaver!

I don't know why the app is so limited currently. It doesn't save or show current events or one offs. I just created the same even 4 times & cannot see it at all. This is a bad user experience I want to be able to know my events are saved and view and edit them when I need to like if I have typos. The app at least for me makes it harder to schedule an event openings and time slots and detail information. Facebook messenger already does this much better and simplier with polls. Fix these issues!

I wouldn't be able to do my job without this app. I have to schedule dozens of meetings every week and Calendly make the process quick and easy. It works better with Gmail than Microsoft Outlook

calendly is good but now unfortunately one time links are not synced with any modifications or updates in thebuser schedule, means you sent a client a link and then updated your schedule, he will book on the outdated schedule.

Can't do business without Calendly. Easy and saves a ton of time arranging meetings. Set it up (simple to do) and don't think about it again.

The app is missing key features. You can't use the "offer time slot," option to schedule appointments despite it being the most intuitive method. I've also had syncing issues that were easy to troubleshoot on the webpage, but only showed as error messages in the app.

Worth the price and so helpful for scheduling and with Stripe attached it makes receiving payments hassle free!

Calendly has made arranging times for introductory chats so much easier! It's free and super easy to set up. I even managed to install the link on my website without any problems, with no tech ability on my part. If you're not sure if it's for you, give it a try! Or might surprise you. Worst App for the Best Product I love Calendly and use it daily. However it is a bit nightmarish to use the app. My most common mobile use case is I'm not at the laptop, and I found someone I need to send my link to. If I want to check whether my calendar is reflecting correctly or not, I have to find the right event, copy the link, open the browser window then put it in. No easy way to view live calendars in the app. Amending availability is too clunky and hard to find. Please improve!

Calendly was simple to set up in 2023. The 'upgrades' have complicated the presentation of it. This is annoying and unnecessarily frustrating. A reports feature to generate reports on bookings and cancellations would be useful. It is useful and easy to create a hyperlink to the bookings page. The syncing to calendars is very useful and handy, once set up.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. After the latest update, my availability will not sync, I can't get my appointments to show up, I can't get into my settings. All I get are errors. It's been like this for over a week. It used to be good, the update broke it all to hell. I have to use Calendly for my job. I will change my ratings once these problems are addressed.
