I like very much the way this app has been set up. However, they could have done a little bit more to accommodate fractions in their measurements of individual ingredients. One other major problem with the app Is that, intentional or not, There is a major bug with regards to entering a new form of measurement, once done, causes all the nutrients that have been pre-entered by the user to be reset to zero. This basically makes the app inaccurate in its calculations.

I have used several food tracking apps, but now need to tracks carbs due to being pre-diabetes. It is easy to use the scanner to find foods. It was easy to use and i like the total of calories, proteins, carbs at the top of the page. I will try it for a week and then decide to keep or find another food tracking app. A negative is I can't delete an item from me daily intake if added incorrectly.

The app is good and stable. It's been more hit than miss with finding items with barcode. So, it's cool! With said though, it still stumps me that there isn't a bookmark/flag products from the food list. I mean, most of us eat the same thing often in a week; It would make sense that we can just bookmark and enter them very fast instead of having to search them daily over and over. I'm not sure if that function exist in the Pro version but yea, that alone makes me want to switch to another app.

Nice interface, but the database is a terrible mess. When I search for a food there are dozens of entries for the exact same thing and 90% of them have wildly different calorie data that are flat out wrong. They clearly are relying on crowd sourcing data from idiots who don't understand numbers or units. The app would otherwise be quick and convenient. Works much faster than the FitBit app. I'll have to spend a lot of up front creating my own food entries with accurate numbers.

One of the things I like best about this app is that I can make my own foods. I have a recipe site and make certain items that would not be on the list, for example, White Chicken Chili with Corn. I have another program on my desktop that has nutritional values for ingredients, so it's just a matter of naming the food and inputting the values from my other program. I keep track, I know if I'm about to go over or not. It's nice seeing how I'm doing as far as Carbs, Protein and Fats. Am I on a diet? Yes. But, it doesn't feel that way. I record what I ate and then I can see how much I have left so I know whether I can splurge or not. It's nice that it also records how many calories you burned during the day. Having a fitness tracker that talks to Google Fit which talks to the Virtual Gym makes it even nicer. The only change I would make to the app is for it to show sugar intake as well, but other than that it's a great app.

I would like to see calorie, carb and fats on items at the same time instead of having to switch back and forth. Also when looking up a food item sometimes it brings up the correct item but gives no nutritional values. It should be easier to find items used for a second time rather than having to hunt for it all over. There is a wide range of values for the same item. Otherwise it is pretty easy to navagate. I do like it.

The database is pretty well populated, but there are some mismatched amounts to nutritional information. Entering your own info works only for 100 grams. It looks like it works, but the values are not proportional. A workaround that I figured out is to enter the label information for the portion size on the label. The app will scale it to 100 grams. Go back to the entry in my foods list and retype the values that the app computed for 100 grams and then the information will scale properly.

The internal math this thing is doing is wrong. I added a new food: one jumbo egg as 90 calories. When I put this on my diary x 3, it displayed 170 calories. This is very cumbersome to use. When you add a new food, you can enter the new food's weight in grams. The default weight is 100 grams. But when you add the new food to the diary, you find that the weight you entered has reverted back to the default. Then you have to edit the new food. That done, its math is wrong, as stated above.

Great app for keeping track of your calories and macronutrients. Long list of food info available making it easy to find what you need, plus time of day when consumed. Charts, progress, body measurements and can be paired with exercise app for calorie expenditures. Also allows user to build an exercise program or follow their suggestions. More to utilize than even all this, so give it a try.

Love the idea and the interface is nice, however the data for carbs is so far wrong it's ludicrous. All the information is in metric, which isn't a problem but the options are so limited that it's very difficult to get accurate measurements. Uninstalled after entering one meal. If you are diabetic or just trying to manage your carb intake, accurately, this is definitely not the app for you.

Terrible food options/incorrect data. This app's food choices are all incorrect and this app doesn't allow you to manually input your own food or data. I used the barcode scanner to input my food for the day so far and each time it was wrong. All of the nutritional info was wrong, EVEN the name of the product was wrong! Don't waste your time with this app!!!

The app functionally tracks what you eat very well, it produced beautiful summary charts showing percent carbs, proteins, and fats, and it integrates well with the virtual gym app to help you reach target goals for both dietary nutrition and exercise, BUT UNFORTUNATELY, the food database is grossly inaccurate. It incorrectly lists calories, fats, proteins, carbs per serving size for most of the items in the database. It is useless unless you program your own data using the my foods function.

I change my review from 5 to 4 stars because I cannot figure out how to manually enter a food without scanning a barcode. Many foods do not have bar codes and accurate info can be found through an internet search. However, can't manually enter data for non-packaged foods. I had used the previous version last year when I was getting in shape and you COULD enter food manually without scanning codes. PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO DO IT!Also, many foods have incorrect data that cannot be edited.

Would give this app 5 stars if there were no adds or a way to opt out of them. The app is excellent and I have lost a good bit of weight. The adds are located near the search button and I hit it quite a bit. App was definitely a 5+ before adds were added, however if this problem can't be fixed I will most likely uninstall this app and that would be a shame.

Been many years and there's still no desktop access. Remade an account to try this app again only to discover that some of the app (like Settings, Reminders) can't even be clicked. Ridiculous waste of time! I also hate that the sync hasn't been improved in years or made automatic. I can't waste any more time on this app in the future.

I want to love this app, but it keeps deleting the previous day when I edit today. Not all of it, just random parts. I fixed it.. and then it edited the day prior as well. Usable but frustrating. Doesn't allow for any trend analysis or history. Fix this and it does everything I need. 3 stars for this until it's fixed 4.5 if it's fixed (5 if there weren't different apps for food and activity tracking)...Dropping because if you log out EVERYTHING (even saved meals) is gone. 75% broken.

My go to calorie tracking app. Have used it for years (intermittently of course) but what's great about it is that it's simple, easy to adjust and u can add ur own food entries. In the last year I've lost over 25kgs/55lbs w this apps help. Just makes it so much easier to get insight in ur intake. It could use some love, I don't think it has changed much over the years.

I have been using the app and all of a sudden it is telling me my login attempts have exceeded the maximum attempts. I have tried resetting my password but it does not send an email to my address. I have checked the spam folder and there is nothing. Extremely disappointed.

Wish I had read the reviews before I signed up. I find this app very difficult to use. One piece of bacon isn't 476 calories and I can't figure out how to change it. I can't even figure out how to add my own foods by looking at the labels and manually entering. Now I wish I could get a refund and I don't know how to get a hold of these people.

The app for food tracking is great. My only frustration is that there doesn't seem to be any way to sync it up with any sort of health app. I tried downloading their other app for exercises, and it wont sync at all and there's no way to manually add anything from the looks of it. Would be great if we could just manually add the calories that were burned so it takes that into account.
