Camy — Live Video CCTV

Absolutely horrible! So many ads!! And as soon as you can actually get through the ads, there's even MORE BUGS! This thing is the worst. I even thought paying would help, but it made things worse. Every time it would glitch I'd ALWAYS be told by support the same thing... Uninstall and reinstall and every time I did it never restored my subscription so I had to cancel it and resubscribe, this is the worst purchase I ever made I only got it at first cz it had a clearer picture than others.

When you record a video after only a few minutes of watching the video back it freezes so if you recorded a 10 minute long video after a minute or two watching the video the video freezes and all you hear is sound other than that the app I feel is really good and would get five stars if that could be fixed! Please look into this, this is a huge problem with the app! I've missed a lot of important recordings because of it! Thank You

The beginning connection as well as many multiple reconnections are most always quick and dependable. Most (though very random and occasional) issues that I have encountered with connection, have been due to service network area connectivity of (the viewer device) my cellphone. Unlike most similar apps I have tried, both devices do not have to be on the same network or same account to work. I use Camy daily as part of both my home, and business, security systems and recommend giving it a try.

I'm giving you 5 but if anyone reads these like I do you will see my opinion. I installed on three phones. one of the phones I didn't have any problems with the app. But the other two phones I had the same experience as I had read in more than one review. take those damn adds and stick them up someone else's nose. I mean right from the start. I couldn't even get to the settings because that's all they were. it's not like everyone doesn't already know about Temu. other than that I liked it

I really dodged a bullet with this app good idea but if you have Samsung device don't pay for this app they advertising you can use multiple devices but the min you do that it will only view one device that feature only works temporary I'm guessing long enough to get you to pay for it then all of a sudden it only lets you view one camera I'm glad something told me to not pay for this app Alfred is a joke too their home camera only works on 24 old wifi doesn't work on no 4g 5g no g

its reliable when you need to watch your animals for sure. you can talk to them and rotate and zoom in on the free version... its a few ads here and there but nothing like watching your home while you're not able to!

immediately uninstalled after clicking through multiple simultaneous ads. Don't keep wasting time with people like these.

Second testing. Works great except it is incredibly heavy on battery power constant recording over 4g. That's understandable. But could I suggest that constant recording video be also available to be stored on the camera phone? That would solve a lot of issues. Ie battery and 4g data. Have same issues with Alfred, so your not the only one. I prefer your app but neither are suitable at this stage because of the storage issue.

*Contains ads with sound and no volume adjustment. I have used the free version of this app for years but it quit working for a long time on devices it previously ran fine on. Thought I would try it again tonight before installing something else and hey, it worked again... Then it gave me a heart attack twice with max volume ads. Really rendering the whole free version of the app useless for me personally but if you enjoy cheap jump scares this is the app for you.

Works like it said. Not absolutely feature complete and it is defeatable any number of ways by a patient, determined opponent of average intelligence if you're trying to record proof or evidence of wrong-doing but in all, a good start. Easy to use. Best way to connect cameras by far among these kind of apps. Also, works cross platform between iOS and Android clients. Woot.

This is a great camera for your home surveillance needs. The features alone are worth the yearly fee. By far the best night vision compared to a few of the top downloads. I'm not one to ever leave a review but I feel like they deserve one. You can tell a lot of time and effort was put into creating this app. The zoom feature is a plus considering most don't give you this option or it's minimal at best. Don't hesitate, just download and start enjoying the peace of mind Camy will give you.

I have used this for a few months now and it has gotten steadily worse and unreliable. Also i am no longer getting any response from tech support after numerous emails in and outside the app. Yes...you contacted me.. but only after i changed my review here. Prior to that I had sent 5 seperate emails to which you never responded. How DARE you call me a liar??? The only "tech support " you ever offered was a screen shot of battery setting options 3 different times.

Had to go for my exam for day and a night away and asked my friend to come over to give my cats food and slend time with them. I had this instant moment when I realised hey I want to be able to see my babies from another city. Found this app. Installation and use was so easy. Speaker setting did beep loudly at times. I was using it for only a few hours but may purchase it for future. Free features helped me watch over them and talk to them. My app does crashe if i keep viewer on within mins.

dont buy q subscription. as soon as you do you will have nothing but problems. this app is a scam it works very well until you decide to pay for extra features then you're lucky if you can even update the app when needed and extra lucky if the extra features even work a day or 2! if I could give it less than one star I surely would!

Not happy. Downloaded app to two phones, as required during set up, got as far as the QR code on the 'camera' phone, and the in-app scanner on the 'viewer' phone, but there is no button to initiate the scan. I can clearly see the QR code through the scanner on the screen of the 'viewer' phone, but nothing happens, and there the setup process stalls. Edit: Scan does NOT happen automatically, even though the QR code is clearly visible on the screen of the 'viewer' phone during setup!

This app is pretty badass never seen an app like it even my husband was impressed. Night vision is better than any other camera that I've seen on the Play store with the ability to swap The view on the camera and the zoom is amazeballs. Definitely worth the $25 a year. We use it to watch our front yard in our car the only thing we've had problems with is that it's an old phone we use to monitor and it struggles to connect to the Wi-Fi in our home other than that the app is effing amazing!!!

Absolutely fantastic app! ♥️ Turns old (or current) phones into surveillance cameras. Runs silently when the camera is on, and doesn't take control of the screen (allows other apps to run). In our case, we have 3 G7 ThinQ's that we monitor and we placed a digital clock app so it looks like the phone is simply running as a clock. The app has been a godsend!

Works like a charm love having the ability to zoom even without premium easily connects between camara and viewer with the QR code. Like the 2 way with being able to talk or just listen to what's going on. Seamless app much and cheaper if u have a pile or even just 1 phone lying around collecting dust than a survelance system.

Waste of money, paid a subscription for the last 2 years, over the last year I haven't had premium features and it constantly crashes, absolutely useless app, not happy atall, I want refunded for the last 12 months yous have taken a payment from me when I can't even use the app, screen on the viewer goes blank all the time, constantly trying to reconnect amd never does,

They are not working? And by the way there aren't any version 4.0.8.. Mine is the latest in 4.0.7.. btw in the previous version, if I connect to the camera.. The cam site, didn't have to be ON. The previous version didn't have eco mode and it's battery saving because the screen didn't have to be on. Please revert to the previous version. Thx
