CaptionCall

The calls constantly drops or those on other end say they can't hear you or call is breaking up. Script says .. "repeated lines" and doesn't transcribe the calls, although they're speaking. I can not hear on phone. I rely on this service and it's been beyond frustrating for me with all the issues. When it decides to work, it works great but not as often as it should. Not sure if someone is on other end typing or if it's auto voice call transcribed. 🤔

Olelo is amazing . Haven't been able to use the phone for almost 4 years now. Have tried other similar apps without success-missed calls, unintelligible transcripts, etc etc. After a week of use, Olelo has performed almost flawlessly for both outbound and inbound calls. Very very nice. Can't seem to get it to add directly to contacts, but that is a small matter to me.

Game changer for those who are hearing impaired. It finally lets my hearing impaired family be able to call & communicate with me, doctors, family/friends, and anyone else! Even something as simple as ordering a pizza was impossible before this app, but now they are able to communicate again! Plus, the captions are automatic, so you know there is no one listening in on your conversations. Captions are mostly accurate and very helpful!!

Back to terrible connections and calls breaking up. So sad that this keeps happening. I'm not able to make needed calls right now. I deleted one star. Why is this not working correctly? Some calls are ok, but most don't go through or captioning is delayed. So frustrating when I need to rely on the app to make important calls.

This app is lacking features or at least one feature. I would like to sort my contacts by last name then first name but there is no way to do that. The contacts in my phone were set up last name then first name but in your app it is first name and then last name. Other than that the contacts are set up just as they are in my phone and I really like that. If you make it possible for us to sort by last name first then I will increase my rating. Thanks much!!

Error message saying "your account is experiencing issues, please contact customer service," yet ironically customer service is not 24 hours while I work night shift and rely on this app for work calls. The following afternoon when I'm getting ready for work, it seems the customer service got my complaint and fixed it. Now it's "after hours" again, and the same error message is back. This is unacceptable. I am Deaf. If this persists, I'm going to have to delete this app and find another app.

Excellent IF you have trouble understanding. Types in real time and the accuracy is pretty good.

not even worth the download which I was only doing because the text call app i downloaded doesn't work but this one isn't even worth the download because it wants you to verify a phone number no I'm trying to make an emergency phone call to the FBI & other international entities and this doesn't even work as an actual life line - payphones would have been. better than the for profit worthlessness that Epstein Island voters love to simp for ad revenue like creating millions problems for profit

ok for years. now cc are missing in call. My specs : Galaxy S23 SM-S911u versions: kernel 5.15.178, One UI 8.0, Android 16 2025 update. Before days ago the closed captions worked fine. But now after a phone boot CC shows on first call, then all next calls have NO closed captions. Help I need a job so please fix

The app is a huge battery drain. I didn't use the app at all today, yet it consumed 5.4% battery utilization. If this continues, I will have to consider uninstalling the app. NOTE: If you remove and Re-install the app, all your blocked number WILL disappear. Grrr. However it picks up deleted transcripts from months ago. Samsung S23 Ultra running Android 16.

please add a way to translate in person conversations and receive text messages! right now I have 3 phone numbers to keep straight, that would knock it down to 1! so far this app is pretty good that suggestion would put it over the top!!

absolutely GREEEEAAAATT! I had a few problems, just Uninstall and reinstall.

Started using sloppy AI for their captioning. The AI cannot caption accents, other languages, or even certain words. Please keep the workers you have, otherwise I am not using this app ever. AI slop.

Great service for a person hard of hearing and it does not miss a word. There is no cost to use it. No advertising at or ads at all.

When it works, it works well, accurate and fast. However, I cannot rely on my incoming calls connecting to the app, or it will ring for them once, then hang-up. I also get calls, there is no reply when I answer, then there us no indication of any recent calls. I had to uninstall, but I still need this kind of service.
