Scammed. bought a key with fob for car. paired using instructions. car won't start. told by support that key needs to be re-cut. called again and told fob needs to be programmed by third party. calls to support are now placed on hold and ignored. been on hold 30 mins now after providing my order # to support. DO NOT PURCHASE A KEY FROM CAR KEYS EXPRESS.

Bait and switch pricing. Offer a key at $12.95 (reasonable) but then only after you sign up and add it to the cart do they reveal that they'll charge $45 on top to cut the (no chip) key! Outrageous. Got it locally for $7.95 instead.

Useless to me. No option to take a photo of your key to DIY, as advertised. Can only select on site service, and there are no techs in my area.

This was really great in the time of I really lost my key, I could not find one anywhere so with this little car key thing I had no trouble getting the key;an it took just 24 hours to get everything done and it was in my hands! really a good idea.

I lost my original car key with a chip in it and needed a replacement. I ordered one from these guys at a discount, and this app made it so they could cut the key for me, saving me a trip somewhere.

App does not open when I called support, they said I should use another phone. I have an android and all the other apps I have download work. Why not this one? I don't have two phones so I will have to return the Car Express EZ Installer.

Answer your phones...Placed an order for a chevy equinox key fob we put in our credit card info you then proceeded to lose our order on line and and cutting application never showed up, trying google app which is absolutely no help without ordering another fob...what's going on???

Lol, like everybody else this app closes as soon as it opens. I have a Google pixel 7 pro. This is not an old phone.

You have to have the actual key in order to make a key in this app. I don't even know if they cut it for you because I'm not going to pay for a blank key. I would give it one star but for some reason I didn't.

Fantastic! Been trying to replace my key fob forever. Now it's done easy peasy.

App had the option for them to cut my key and mail it to me already cut... saved me a ton of money there, took it to get programmed by a locksmith ezpz

Key arrived cut and worked with my 2007 Jeep Compass locks first try! Once I found someone to program the key to the car it started without a problem!

Not as advertised, they said they will provide a device to pair your key but all key options for my car **requires professional locksmith or dealership** whats the point.

Won't open, makes the device inoperable. No solution to the problem.

Had a fantastic experience getting key made but the key fob wasn't available at the time

Waste of time. They can't do VWs. I also checked for my dads jeep renegade, they can cut a blank but can't program keyfobs

Un-installed and reinstalled. Crashes. S23 ultra

The app only works for iPhone. It's quite disappointing 😞

Useless to me, don't have any vehicles new enough great idea though

Don't have the key I'm needing and they said that they have every key you need hmmhmm ok wouldn't download it at all
