Test drive was confirmed, but when I reached Jebel Ali from Sharjah, the car was not available and had been moved to another branch. Total waste of time. Very poor experience.

dont use this company they will offer 1/3 of the market price of your car they just call back to back asking for money to list your car on their app or for do an inspection. the guy who checked the car very nice.... but the company indeed is pathetic 🙄

No response for the last 3 days over a simple ask for my service payment. Promise a callback in 24 hours and have not received a single call over my issue. Reached out via emails, calls, whatsapp everything.

I had a very bad experience with Car24 Dubai. I bought a Nissan X-Trail from them about 9 months ago, and now the CVT (automatic transmission) is already damaged. This is a serious issue that should not happen in such a short time if the car was properly inspected before sale. What makes it worse is the after-sales service. I have been calling them for the last three days to arrange pickup of my car for repair, and no one has responded. I even had to beg for someone to call me back on WhatsApp

Worst experience ever! We only had our car for a little over one month. And the brakes are already thudding and and the belt gives an annoying screeching sound. Even worse, they would not cover it because it is less than 10KM. We even complained about the undercover during release, but the guy said it is normal for a Chevrolet captiva to have a hanging undercover!!!

NEVER USE THEM MAKE SURE TO request all info and reports and quality check results they conduct on the car before you sign the delivery as they might hide/change it OR HIDE ITS DATE. examine the car you test & take its identification number and examine it again before you sign. my car went to maintenance day1 after sale and they refused to share the return policy or any report till the 7days are over and when they shared the reports turned out the car has malfunctions they didn't declare before

I'm writing this review after constantly trying to get in touch to them. It has been almost 10 to 12 days i booked my car with them and also paid cash amount within two days. I requested them to kindly delivere the car in a week as i needed to travel this week. But the customer care and as well as the RM doesn't even care. They aren't even providing me with the old mulkya of the car for insurance. what kinda pathetic behaviour is that. I'm sick of constantly running after u guys even after payin

be carfull ,,, this company is cheating, very bad dealing , they get 1000 from me for booking a car , they said they sure will get approval from the bank , but if I cancel the 1000 not refunded , now they deduct 999 for cancelation because the bank rejected . this is not informed me about if the bank rejected that they will deduct .

Don't book cars after test drive without thinking through. Waste of money as it won't be refunded. They'll urge you to book on the spot, they even select add-ons for you saying it can be cancelled later. But the insurance cannot be cancelled. And then ask you to rate their app on the spot. Even if you don't want to. WHAT A SCAM!!!

It's really really bad experience, I paid for inspection fees, they fixed date and time but nobody showed up, their chat agents are useless, they provided contact number of the inspector who doesn't pickup calls. I'm fighting with them to get my money back Not recommend at all, and I highly recommend Car switch as they are a bit expensive but they are way more professional and respect date and time.

Cars24 reserves cars even before buyers decide, and often lists poor-quality cars at inflated prices. They also hold selected cars for their own clients, which is unfair to genuine buyers.

Worst experience ever ! They are very good till you buy the car, then, they will disappear. My car was having an issue which I discovered 2 days later, they took the car and for 4 days they didn't give me a proper report about the issue. I returned the car within 7 days, and had a bad experience in processing, they didn't care about the money they make me lose, although the problem was from their side. they were asking me to go to the closest branch to them of tasjeel and the bank. Not trusted.
