The app is great and the buying experience simple, fast, and convenient. Nara was very helpful on the phone, as were the front office staff onsite. Aftersales experience was appalling, unfortunately. It can be hard to get an email/call response for warranty concerns, and when you do, some of the staff (not all!) are condescending, and have ABSOLUTELY ZERO sense of urgency and client-focus. But they're a fairly new company. Hopefully they improve over time. The app is otherwise fantastic!

Experience with Cars24 was very poor. Apart from other things they changed their ad after I paid in full. They increased the odometer reading by 620 kms. The customer rep told me its impossible. I was lucky that I downloaded a copy of the contract after doing partial payments and was able to prove the wrongdoing. It was clear breach of trust from an online car dealer. They offered me 100$ gift card. I called off the deal. I expected a price correction too.

These people lowballed me and countless other customers. They quoted me $23,000 and then came back with $15,000 after weeks of submitting paperwork. Felt like a deliberate bait and switch tactic after investing a bunch of time and energy. I declined their offer and was able to sell the car pretty quickly afterwards. Do not use these people to sell your car, use Facebook marketplace or CARSALES. Much better service, and trustworthiness. Cars24 or whatever they call themselves are not trusted.

I didn't really use this app due to limited search functionality. I attempted to start my search for a car but was very quickly put off by the lack of filters I could apply. A vehicle is an expensive purchase and that I'll have to rely on every day for years, I want to know I'm making the right purchase. Would you prefer a 4wd? Are you only looking for the very best in safety? Or what about the number of cylinders or the type of automatic transmission? You can't apply any of these filters.

Wow. Open the app and plug in my data only to be confronted with terrible UI, ads that can't be hidden, a chat box that also can't be removed. Then adding a simple filter to the search shows all of 5 cars, despite apparently 70+ results being found. Seriously Devs just go back to the drawing board.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with CARS24, that cost me time, money, and trust. This platform initially quoted my vehicle at $21,100. After wasting a full week submitting photos, videos, and paperwork, their rep came back with a final offer of $19,000 — $2,000 less than quoted. It felt like a deliberate bait-and-switch tactic designed to lowball sellers after they've invested time. I rejected their offer and sold the car privately in 5 days for $5,000 more, proving their dishonesty

Cars24 is an excellent service. I couldn't afford to take time off work, & was happy to pay a little extra for convenience. In reality the MAZDA BT-50 I have purchased through Cars24 is top quality, delivered on time, Inspite of the interstate transfer & reasonably priced. Hats off to Cars24 for providing a very unique top shelf buying experience. Thankyou Cars24

Horrible app. The UI was garbage on my phone, and the drop down menus didn't work. They also has an extremely small selection of cars (they didn't even have a category for electric cars), and the cars listed were overpriced. Would not use again.

Terrible app. Search filters do not work at all. Hard to inspect vehicle as photos do not show in fullscreen. Quality of photos are bad, details are not shown when you zoom in. Search filters can't perform advance search, like if you are searching for a vehicle that supports apple carplay or android auto.

When downloading this app it gives the illusion that this is used to buy, sell and trade to members of the public however this is not the case. Won't allow vehicles under 2013 to be listed even if they are in good condition and won't allow for Nissan Elgrands to be listed

The app is super slow, full of bugs and crashes continuiusly, I have never had such a horrible experience with an app in my whole life.

Can't save a search if no cars avail due to filters, so if one becomes avail tomorrow, I won't know. Buggy make & model filter. Returning no results. Uninstalled.

Bad app design, I requested to see photos of a car, all had a video to open the doors of the car . I don't video, photos only it's not that hard,

Was trying to browse for cars but I am having to update filters everytime I see a car and want to see another with my filter. Would you please fix it? It's not a good experience.

Search for Holden ute, it gives you a list of Holden's of all types. Go into filters to try and specify ute better, still gives a list of cars not what you searched for. Not very useful

There's nothing wrong with this app it's probably just your out of date phones, or your just jealous business owners. The app works fine for me & looks great. The car I want seems a little pricey though. But is is a late model. Don't be discouraged. The app is fine. 7/10

When purchasing my car from CARS24 they were so helpful from the test drive to when I picked up the car and gave me a fair deal with my trade in also. A very professional business that I would highly recommend.

Doing business with cars24 was easy and team was helpful. They send you your car at your doorstep. What else would someone want. Their phone app needs improvement, sorting and filters don't always work as they should (I am not affiliated with cars24)

Took my time for inspection on the car. Talks nicely on the phone to induce you to come to the office. Everything that was said on the phone and email has totally changed, and the exact opposite. Don't trust, better to expect nothing from them.
