They can write a book on how to annoy and get rid of your customers. in the app you could apply filters of kilometres of your choice meaning you could get rid of cars that are not available but now you can't do that. plus the app keeps going back to the main screen after you have selected all filters means you have to to do all of that all over again. I hope the marketpl or some other competitors comes and teaches you a lesson so you guys can be a little less arrogant and more customer focused

The decision to play auto ads with sound is a poor decision and really impacts the user experience. I know I'm more reluctant to jump on the app when I'm waiting in a queue, on the bus or at work to avoid blaring an ad. I get that these ads mean revenue, but common sense would have been to have them muted by default. **Update** Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback as well as others regarding this. I'm sure we're all grateful to that it's been addressed so quickly.

Since the last update, the quality of car images in the mobile version has significantly decreased. The overall user experience has also become inconvenient. It is no longer possible to search for cars across multiple states, and many of the filters are no longer functioning properly. Great job on the update. Maybe next time just leave the app alone it was working much better before.

i like how these developers just randomly remove stuff as part of updates, You can't even set a custom price range anymore, only in specific increments they decide that make it even more tedious than it already was to look for cars on this buggy mess of an app. it completely slows down after enough Usage, i suspect a memory leak of some kind but its been like this for years anyway. 3/5 on a good day.

Since last few days mid usage i keep getting access blocked screen and i cant use the app until i kill and restart. says "The activity from your IP (internet proto col) address has been identified as irregular." like what irregular activity are you detecting? searching for cars? really frustrating.

TikTok ads within the app!!!?? Can't even browse quietly without being blasted with audio from an ad! also when clicking on photo of the it takes you back to the 1st image instead of opening up the gallery view from the image you were at on the previous screen.

Recent change sees very annoying and intrusive video ads constantly appearing while scolling search results. Makes me want to throw my phone over the balcony. Unfortunately this move by carsales has robbed me of treasured me time I once enjoyed by ogling cars. I hope bikesales isn't the same, too scared to check.

Was great, but they removed the ability to set a price range in the last Android update. You only have the choice of "any" or up to 150k. And please add interior colour as a selection in the style options.

Absolutely terrible app. Never allows you to browse, always being blocked for no apparent reason. How on earth do you search for a vehicle if the app is continuing to block the user. Fix the problem Car Sales, please!

autoplay ads with sound every 4 or 5 cars. I can't find any settings to prevent the autoplay or mute by default. The autoplay sider doesn't seem to affect ads. Borderline unusable experience. I uninstalled the app and will use the website instead.

You guys need new developers. Very buggy app, distracts users from using the app itself as I'm constantly fighting with the app to work. Been like this for 2 years now. Very slack. Carsales app used to be perfect but now is a mess. I've tried downloading an older version but it forces me to use the new one. Shameful

Great app to find second hand cars, I have been using it a lot to look at a potential first time car. It does unfortunately glitch every now and then, but the main issue I have is that there isn't a option to filter the favourites I've saved to look at. I would like to see more filter options in the favourite section of the app, that's all. thanks 👍

why is there so many ads. im here to look at cars, not get temu and door dash ads that you cant silence. no preference in the settings to stop them or mute the audio. otherwise carsales app is fine, despite the constant price increases every time I sell a car.

Input correct code sent to provided email, tells me the code is incorrect. The app freezes not allowing to proceed to create a passkey.

Noisy self-starting video banner ads embedded in listings. Sometimes listings are gapped one-to-one with these ads which auto play, sound and all so you can't even scroll past them to get them off the screen so they stop.... you uncover the next one and that one auto-starts!

this app has been getting worse and worse with every update for years. now they've taken the ability to enter the range of odometer... like why.. just why..? what benefit does it give taking that away

The app was fixed by the developer and again works as it used to. The irritating auto start ads with audio you can't stop or even mute has been removed.

Absolutely appalling! Verifies who you are, then blocks your account if you're using a VPN. Great app development and data security for the 80's! Seriously, if that's how they're managing their data security, it would be safer to put data elsewhere and buy and sell your cars through a platform with some actual DS cred!

Just when I thought you were improving it again, you bring in video ads, I'm seriously considering uninstalling. it was a step too far.

Terrible sound /music on ads. if you mute the sound it stays on in the next ad as you scroll down. Have stopped using this app
