Notifications are not consistent. My friend and I both do deliveries, we are in same place, and one phone is ringing with orders& other does not. We could be separate locations, talking, one phone rings & other does not. Many times it will ring orders are avail in my area, and none show up. We both have all notifications on. We don't have this prob with GH or Uber apps.

It's ok. It gets the job done but there are some minor annoyances. It has the wrong location of where my store is. It has the address right but it thinks my store is a couple miles from where it actually is. I can't see details for items on customer's orders. It's nice to have the general list of items but I need the full list of items on the customers orders, not just how many party packages there are.

I deliver for EZ Cater through a third party with this app. It's worked great the entire time. I'm not sure why all the negative reviews. The app works for what it is supposed to do. If drivers have issues with payments or anything else, they need to consult the company that hired them. You can't just put cartwheel on your phone and go get orders. It doesn't work that way. Great app. Works great for what we need. No fluff, just the basic tools we need.

first it's good, earn good. but since you annoyed the operator, she will not give you orders. it's hard to work with unprofessionals...😪 you gonna waste your time waiting here.

11/25: messenger only works half the time. sometimes will not load and I need to contact dispatcher! I've force stop/start, cleared cache and even un/re-installed! I work with 3 different dispatchers. I constantly have to log in with each one to see what's available. They should all be shown at the same time on my account. It's terribly inconvenient and a real pain, constantly having to log in/out of 3 accounts. There has to be a better way!!

The app doesn't behave appropriately. when setting up and logging in, you have to input a code that is sent to you in an email. however when you switch off the screen to look at the email that bumps you back to the main sign-in page thus requiring a new set of code numbers, so I'm stuck in the hamster wheel with no way to get a hold of customer support. This program is a real turn off. I don't want to use it. but I have to for work. can you fix the problem or at least tell me what's wrong? Polly

Since this morning, I haven't been able to start a chat with the dispatcher. I can see the incoming orders, but I'm unable to send any messages. The conversation keeps shutting down, and a brief pop-up appears saying the app isn't updated for the latest Android version. Fix this, please!

****updated review ******TO THE CREATOR OF THE APP.... ANY new updates or info regarding the ability to toggle between Company?? I wish it was easier to toggle between 2 companies instead of having to log out.. Makes it difficult to work for 2 different companies that use the same app. Ideally I would love to be logged in to both companies at the same time or at least switch accounts like you can with the Everee app. Only then will I be able to rate it a 5

The catering orders are good though they get picked up really really fast, so good luck getting an order. Also, good luck getting a hold of dispatch, because they never respond to anything when you need them, and they are quick to take your orders away if an issue arises before even contacting you.

The app keeps logging me out and giving me errors. Unable to switch companies or tab through companies. Just seems to be poorly designed. Update, now can't even turn on visibility.

The app keeps knocking me out every 2 to 3 minutes and I have to resign in. this just started today. I have an Android Samsung Galaxy ultra 25. I am not able to accept orders because I keep getting knocked offline every few minutes

Starting on December 30th the app is logging me out every couple minutes. Can you please provide an update on fixing this issue?

Please fix notifications. Half of the orders I see make no sound at all.

I've been using this app for 3 years now the first two years was awesome this past year I have not been getting any catering orders I try to reach out to them and all they can tell me is the app is fine but yeah I have not been getting any orders

Something is definitely wrong with the app it shows New orders available after the order sits on your phone for seconds and someone takes it then it says new orders available this needs to be fixed ASAP

In Pensacola, FL working for jackrabbit and haven't received order in 3 weeks. can't get ahold of dispatch to see what's going on as the phone number doesn't work anymore.

I have never used an app whose notifications consistently undermine the capabilities of the people who use it while also sounding so very condescending. App works good, otherwise. Except for when I'm being hounded about dropping off a delivery within literal seconds of returning to my vehicle. No, I didn't drop off the order because I decided to stop in and have some tea with the customer for a solid 30 seconds and leave, instead. Rework the wording for your notifications. This app is a mess.

it started out great but now for some reason when a job is available on para theres always a message pop up that says "cartwheel error" upon accepting, which is hindering me from making money now. also someone added a letter to my name on my cartwheel profile and theres no option to correct it. which is also probably why the error message always pops up now. can someone help me? update* the issue has since been resolved. thanks for the speedy service!

location needs to be improved. otherwise, very easy to understand and do orders effectively and efficiently. I'm very pleased to be earning money with cartwheel

After using this app for a while, my "chat" function is stuck in the infinite spin of the loading screen. Just to make sure I wasn't just being impatient, I left it loading while I charged my phone. Chat never loaded. (The 3rd party delivery service I use also has several different numbers they send and receive texts from. The Treasure Coast area drivers need to be able to easily deliver hot food and set up catering. This app just makes it complicated and inconsistent. It is unfortunate.)
