I don't know what happened...it was working for me last year and now I can't take any photos. I'm guessing it's an update issue because I purchased to unlock all of the items a while ago and was able to do Santa photos the past 2 years. I've hit "Restore" and it says "Restore success", but then the screen stays frozen and there's no option to take a photo. So disappointing! This was such a magical app when it worked.

Scam app. May have worked previously but the only areas that actually works is the option to purchase the stickers. 60 images for £1.59. However, when you go to take the photo, no other buttons work. It was recommended via Google, so I trusted before reading reviews. Hopefully, this stops anyone else making the same mistake I did.

I have had this app for a few year. Purchased the prime app. I have used it over the years for Santa, the tooth fairy, and easter bunny. I was super great and my kids loved it. This year at christmas I can't even get the app to open. It crashes. Very disappointed! Especially since I paid and paid extra for full version 😡

Was hoping the reviews were from older versions and maybe the issue had been fixed. Nope, still crashes when I try to load a picture. No putting the easter bunny into a picture. It would have been really nice, given due to current circumstances, kids couldn't go visit him.

Wish I'd read the reviews. Won't let you create a photo until you purchase then even after purchase it still offers you to purchase to make the image. I imagine you could purchase 10 times and still not get to use it. Don't waste your time and money. Disappointing considering this is the only app of its kind.

Have used this app for several years and it used to be awesome. I had even purchased the unlocks for it. Now, not only does it say I didn't purchase them after re-purchasing them, you can't even take a single photo, none of the buttons except the purchase stickers button even work!! So incredibly upset over this.

Didnt work and wasted my money! :-( It didn't work at all! As soon as I tried to take a picture, it would close, wouldn't even bring up the camera, and yes I gave it permission! Couldn't click on anything with out it closing, except buying stickers! I want a refund! Already uninstalled! 😠 Waste of time and money! When I first noticed it didn't work right I restarted my phone too! Nothing fixed it, its just a broken app!

would give zero stars but that's not an option 🙄 A complete waste of money! $2.99 to purchase stickers that you can't even use, you can't see the stickers before making the purchase and even after the purchase you still can't do anything! don't download the app and don't make the purchase for the stickers. very disappointed with this app!

Total waste of money... Cannot use app at all!!! Purchased the app hoping to unlock all characters.... Cannot access a single picture!!! Haven't been able to for 3 years!!! Ridiculous that the creator cannot even comment back on a single review offering to remedy the problem... Very disappointed that I have to even give it one star!!! This should be removed from playstore as it is only ripping people off, clearly!!!

Does not work at all! Do not waste your $2! Tried the free version to take a photo and the camera button didn't do anything so I thought well maybe it was because I had to pay the $1.99....nope, still don't work. I would like to get a refund, I just have to figure out how to go about it. 🙄 If I could give less than 1 star I would!!!!

Scam ! I read the reviews but thought, maybe it was because they had the app from last year and now there's an updated version 😒 ...wrong! All a scam, waisted money and buttons do nothing, can't take a photo, can't see a bunny a character nothing but keep sending money happens here DO NOT FALL FOR IT

I'd give this 0 stars if I could. this app used to be good but the last 2 years it has went down hill. Very sad. Save your time and money and find a new app. they want $4.99 USD for a life time subscription or $1.99 USD for a year and then it crashes and will not let you make your photo. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

App does not work, as a free version or after wasting $3 to "access" all 20 alleged images. The buttons do nothing, can't even view the options to make a photo. Exiting/rebooting did nothing. Requesting refund, thinking it's a scam. Worked last year but useless this year.

Scam! I downloaded. You can't make a photo until you purchase stickers. I purchased these, but the app won't allow you to make any images, but will allow you to re purchase. I've closed and re opened. Still cannot do anything. Save your time and money. Also, I want a refund. Thanks

Got the app and paid to download all characters so I could make pictures on Christmas Eve to show my son on Christmas morning. App worked fine until a few days before Christmas, then stopped (how convenient that it stops working just a few days before a major holiday people would be using it for, and I am sure several others like me already paid to unlock all characters). Sweet guys, thanks. I tried emailing and sending feedback and got zero response. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS USELESS GARBAGE APP

Keeps crashing. Won't even allow me to open any free characters. I had used this company in 2011 when they had a regular website and it worked fine. But I cant find it anymore. The app is horrible. But in other news, the advertisements work fine.

I downloaded the app and paid the $1.99 price to unlock all 60 character photos, however the app does not allow you to create any photos using these characters that they advertise. The only feature that works on this app is for you to pay for the subscription price to unlock these photos. complete scam!!!!!!!!!!

Scam, can't make pictures unless you purchase stickers. I purchased them and still can't do anything only purchase the stickers over again. Would not allow me to do anything else. I closed and reopened Same....I even Uninstalled and reinstalled still will only let me purchase stickers. I would like a refund please.

Absolutely horrible. I want my money refunded. It doesn't work at all. I bought the premium package and still won't work. I click on everything and it won't load at all. Just keeps saying you already own this item and an error 7 message. Junk.

I paid for this and it won't let me use it . Waste of money doesn't even let you click on anything beside extra character pictures and of course to buy this. After paying for it it only goes back to get these extra character pictures and the price of it. Waste of money.
