terrible app, they upgraded the app and it is absolutely terrible. the app never opens and when it does you cant even search for players anymore and draft them, only option os picking them up in waivers. we will be looking for another platform now for our leagues. we have been using the cbs play for over a decade. terrible use other platforms. if I could give a 0 I would

Amateurish. Pre-draft rankings can't be done on a phone? Also, made a roster move that left my roster unbalanced and froze me out of my week 1 matchup. A legitimate fantasy app--like ESPN or Yahoo--wouldn't have allowed the move in the first place. And the draft room is terrible; difficult to track picks preceding mine and hard to track if I have the proper position allocation. Also, when looking at my roster, each player should have his eligible positions listed next his name.

The app is definitely a pain to navigate. And the draft process is so bugged up. Had 3 players I couldn't pick late in the last draft, "no position available." Nonsense, all were picked later by others. Somehow lost an early pick that I made. The waiver process is nonsense, too many people adding and dropping the same players over and over to muck the system up. Hopefully the season is better than the mess so far.

It's fine if you want to check scoring or manage your roster. Reading articles is fine. If you want to do anything in depth, do it on a computer. I've wondered for years why when your in 'MLB Scores' on the app and you're in the 'Live' tab, that it doesn't show the score. Just bizarre. You have to toggle back and forth between Live and BoxScore to see the actual score. Do better....

Lags, doesn't update scores consistently, lots of ads. 10/2020 update: Every single year this app has slow load times and it stops giving me notifications after the first week or two of football season, even though they are turned on. It also doesn't clear the chats even though I've viewed them. Pushing the crew to move to a different app. It's sad because the interface (other than load times) is nice but they obviously don't care to improve it. My first review was 3 years ago and it's the same.

The app, and fantasy service in general, gets worse every week. Our league has been paying for this service for 20 years now and this year looks like our last with CBS. Stats not updating, screen not loading, unable to access rosters before game times, etc. Pretty sure we can find a cheaper or free service with better results. It really sucks because we really like the layout and our 20 year league history is saved, but there have just been too many issues.

I loved how the app operated! Very smooth, easy to figure out. Recently, my lineup is not being saved after I make a change, the transactions are completely broken at the moment. What I mean is, I had multiple things pendings and after they were processed, it's still saying they are there. Won't go away, won't show what trades are accepted or rejected. You can't use the app in the current state it is in.

Some of the pages won't update. The My Team page is still stuck in Week 6, I've changed my lineup, added and dropped players and it is still stuck. I had to uninstall, reinstall and then it worked... for less than 24hrs! This is a pretty big problem for fantasy sports where you have to be able to make quick decisions regarding player conditions. CBS needs to improve!

First time commish, this app was highly recommended to me by one of my team owners. Really not overly pleased. Too many screens, too many clicks. Team names can't be changed, the app seems less than newbie friendly. Had several older folks in our league that really struggled during the draft. We can't seem to find the place where the playoffs are listed. Overall, very disappointing. Maybe its user error, but for $150... yeah. We'll be using Yahoo next year.

This app worked great for me all last season but since reinstalling over a week ago it has been terrible. "Unable to reach server" and "error" messages EVERY time I use the app. One minute I can see the actual scores of my players and the next it's either 0 or in PPR format which isn't what my league is. Tried updating and that didn't help. I'd love to be able to continue to use it out of convenience but it needs a major overhaul to even be usable.

As others have said, the app is terrible. Really difficult to navigate, stat projections are horribly inaccurate, and presents user with non-sensical info. Until reading other reviews, I forgot my league was paying to use this app every year, and I assumed it was free. I'm going to highly recommend that my league switches to a different platform for 2020.

Six years using CBS fantasy. It's always had it's issues, but this year is just beyond. Paying for this experience when other apps offer equivalent to better for free...is just pitiful. Will be recommending a shift from CBS for next year. Unable to make and track transactions on the app, continual issues loading scores on gameday, loading issues every single day. And we're still getting advertisements clogging up my lineup page though we paid $150 for the service? No thanks, CBS. Good luck.

For the price that the consumer has to pay for this sports platform the product is terrible. The app doesn't represent the correct scores between oppenents and have encountered multiple outages during the football season. Save your money and frustrations. You will have a better experience on a free platform. Moving both my fantasy leagues to another platform next season.

I'll just flat-out say it- this app sucks. Easily one of the most confusing and frustrating apps I've ever dealt with. Trying to find things like waiver order or even upcoming schedule will take a new user hours to find. There aren't tabs for these things, they're hidden under other tabs that have nothing to do with what you're looking for. The CBS service for fantasy football is just flat-out bad. Also, they charge close to $200 per season when superior sites like yahoo are free. 1/5

Menu system is clunky. Forces extra clicks to get deeper into menus. Would love to be able to click on players while deciding who to drop for waivers, FA, trades, etc. Not as many filtering options as the full website. No obvious place to see league rules/scoring (if there are there at all). There is a ton of room for more info on the screen, but instead, you have to tap (usually multiple times) to get to info that could easily be on the screen already. Please, ease, please let us set lineups for future weeks! If CBS just copies the Yahoo app, they would be much better off.

I'm lowering my rating from 2 to 1 star. This mobile platform does not allow the most basic functions such as viewing league information before the draft. Additionally, I would really like to change my screen name, not my real name mind you, just the display name... but nope, that's too simple of a task for CBS to grant. What possible reason would they have for not allowing display name changes? Of all the major fantasy sites that I play on, CBS is just the worst in many ways.

Last season this app worked just fine. This fantasy football season the app has been absolutely terrible. My pending transactions don't always show. I keep getting errors when trying to look players up. While changing my lineup it will insert players in to my lineup I'm not trying to play. It has been a real pain in the ass this fantasy season.

This is the worst fantasy app I ever used. Live scoring is constantly bugged, finding what you are looking for is a pain, and this year the whole app just does not seem to work well. Same goes for the cbs website. No emails sent out to owners, transactions executing early instead of going to waivers, buggy screens. Honestly, not worth the money that I spent for the service. Next year will look for a replacement for sure.

Needs more servers! While demand is high (while games are live) it takes forever to log in and then when you are logged in the player stats do not update even remotely close to real time. This is my first year using this app and so far it seems like garbage. The app and website all dogged down so much that it was unusable while we were drafting. We've been hopeful that it improves but at this point it's barely usable.

I'm not sure why we are still paying for this service year after year when it continues to have more bugs than other free services. The current issue is with pending transactions. You can not see the accurate traded proposals and drop adds that you have pending, and that is quite frustrating, makes it really hard to make decisions
