Rubbish! Asks for update here, update there. I follow as told, and I'm rewarded with an app that most of the time doesn't even load! When it finally does load, they have the audacity to greet me with a pop-up ad as soon as it does. Where is all the money I pay you guys go to? Is this really the best quality app you can provide as your platform for users?? IMPROVE THE APP PLEASE.

I'm extremely frustrated with this app. Each attempt to open leads to crashes. No update available on Play Store, yet it's unstable. Reloading my sim has bcome a significant incovenience. I expect better functionality and support. Update : 19 April 2024 - Still crash. Needs to open multiple times then it crashed again. I wonder who is your software team. 25 Sept 2024 - Getting worst!

Disappointing, I had to repeatedly unable the developer option just to get into the apps many times. Newly just making transaction from my bank account for unlimited internet, but sadly only the amount was shorted while my internet still remains the same. Maybe it's still okay if half of that large amount still refunded to me, unfortunately never. I don't trust this app anymore. it was not easy to find money these days and this stupid thing happen. really great..

I really really really hope Celcom will not discontinue this app. Until the newly introduced Celcomdigi app can really work and function without glitches. Old is gold. This app is simpler, faster and smoother than the newly introduced celcomdigi app that takes so much time just to load to the welcome page.....

I’ve been using Celcom since it was still called XPAX — almost 9 years. It used to be affordable and student-friendly. Now everything is expensive, no more exclusive or student plans, and even changing a SIM costs around RM15 including activation. That’s ridiculous for loyal users. Data is a necessity, not a luxury. Honestly, I’m tired of how Celcom treats long-time customers.

Garbage app always has some "technical difficulty" when trying to book a cheap mix and match option. Never happens when you opt for the pricier options with maximum specs. Surprise suprise.

Disappointing, always giving problems when you really need it. Only shows 1 number while the others don’t appear even after refreshing many times. And if they do show up, the data is wrong, keep showing the original number instead of the one you want. Everything gets messy and mixed up. Even topping up another number is a hassle, though all numbers are registered under the same owner. Nowadays people can use up to 3 numbers in one phone—SIM1, SIM2, and eSIM. What kind of app is this...

Something not right with you ID verification. I received this message after trying to register new sim. Already tried 5 times also same. I have strong internet connection and face scan show 93% match.

I don't get it why celcom is so damn trouble now not like before. I want to purchase an add-on hotspot, and i required to purchase the unlimited pass which i already purchased before. The reason i buy add-on because i run out of the hotspot quota from the damn unlimited pass and needed another hotspot quota so much. Hence, i need to buy another unlimited pass just to get the hotspot quota, so tiring la. Been using celcom for almost ten years and got no issue whether to buy an add-on or anything.

A reliable app with a great loyalty program. I love how easy it is to purchase data add-ons when I'm traveling.

i cant even register my account through this app. the customer service told me to go to a nearby center and guess what? i need to pay extra just to activate. the worst experience ever

i have requested OTP many times & still didnt manage to get the OTP. it become more terrible once it is updated. please fix it. i cant even get into the app.

a bit disappointing. even though my internet connection is strong, it took a valid 5-6 minutes to load this app and every pages. not everyone have time to wait, unfortunately.

had an absolutely horrible experience trying to register for new number. ive been trying for hours and still had no luck making it pass the ic verification.

I just bought the numbers and I can't even opened the app right after I inserted the otp. What did it say? "Sorry we're having some temporary difficulties". Closed the app and opened it again and it just went black and blank. What the hell is this? I have to check my quota and balance offline now? Then why the heck would I use your service if I gotta do everything offline?

I've been a guest since the celcom teamed up with digi. internet stabilization, speed data and call getting worse. I really missed the old one, The celcom stood up on itself and turned out to be the most convenient and strong internet. If this thing doesn't work anymore like it used to, I could change it to another network brand. it's really sad but what you guys offer that unmatched what we experience. somehow this is not what I want but I couldn't feel this way every single month or more.

Your glitch error shows 0gb data balance , make me purchase additional data. After i purchased it, suddenly data balance shows 25gb. And I'm not allowed to cancel the purchase. Purchase made due to your apps error. Whoever cause the problem to us the customer, i wish you will have the same trouble, scammed n lost money the same way we had.

Is Celcom really like this? You work blindly. You think we buy monthly data? Is this free? Are you good at doing your job or not? If not, don't have another Celcom sim. You know how difficult it is for people.It's not 1 day or a month, I used a Celcom sim before, it's not like this now, it's crazy broken, how many years have I been using Celcom, how many months has it been broken? Something not right after update... Always ask me to log in... U cannot see my previous payment... All is empty
