Meh. I wanted to use the app as there was a promotional offer and the search form was really poor. On the desktop I had a far easier time navigating. Then, when I tried to enter the payment, the form kept stating the number was invalid. I finally just ordered on my desktop. Also, the My Orders in the mobile app feature always says "network error" so what's the point? You cannot track your gifts unless you do it on a desktop.
Checkout process is a pain. Each time I've placed an order, I've had to repeatedly start the whole process again if info was missing or an error occurred. Typing in addresses in for a third time is ridiculous. If info is missing why can't it save what has been entered so far? It literally clears all fields if something was forgotten. Also once all fields are filled in, it won't let you go to the next screen because the button to continue is covered by the keyboard.
After I selected something from the app it continued to show the shipping charges. I called the helpline where the person at the site offered to do the call online but could not help get rid of the shipping charges on the app. I was clearly signed into the app at the time. The person I talked to commented that it was much easier to do this through the corporate sign in and then signing in with passport that way. It also didn't come in with an easy way to get to the company.
Junk. This app is so frustrating! I can't even fix my name or enter other payment methods. Junk, I say!!! (Changed from 2 to 1 stars because 2 months later, it sucks the exact same ways despite numerous reports to app. Can't get my membership number to get my free shipping. Save yourself enormous frustration and money because it's b.s.!)
The app is very difficult to use. None of my profile info was avail in the app even though I logged in. It took m over 20 min to check out. I had to put in the recipient's details multiple times, same with my payment info and my personal info. Perhaps because it was the first time using the app vs. online. Online is so much easier so will probably go back to doing that vs using this app.
Password has FREE shipping but you Defaulted to Standard, which had a change for Shipping. Had to go back and Choose Economy Shipping. This is trickery to make me pay more. Bad Business Practice!!!!!!!! 😟
Cannot complete orders with this app. Twice when notified about discounts if using app, I have attempted to order something. Both times after entering all the info, I get an error. The first time I called Support and they could not help me fix the issue. The second time, I didn't complete the order.
App seems to work fine, My only issue is that whatever florist they choose for you in ur area u cant see the name of It. I did not see that so I can't contact them & let them know that the real problem is with how they did the arrangement. Wish they'd understand that sometimes people order flowers & particular arrangements for those particular flowers. Any substitutions should definitely make the arrangement look as pictured. I wouldnt choose carnations over Alstroemeria. No place in app for it
Unable to log in and unable to message support. I have a passport membership and when trying to make a purchase I attempted to log on and recieved a message saying the action is forbidden. I assumed this was an app issue and when I tried to message app support it appears they do not allow emails from anyone outside of their company. How do you contact support when there's an issue with the app?
This app is a total joke. #1 this company doesn't even give you a membership #. #2 when you sign into the app it only brings up the company you placed your most recent order with. #3 It doesn't even have an icon to switch to a different brand to shop there. #4 you can't see your orders placed across all brands. #5 it doesn't reward you for orders placed across all brands just brand specific points. That does not provide incentive to order across all brands but is a way to reduce reward benefits
This app saves a great amount of money for shipping. Most companies charge up to $19.99, even on small orders! Before joining, I wouldn't send what I wanted bc the price of shipping and handling was MORE than the item! Good variety of companies they ship from. Thanks, Celebration! 🎇
Worst app ever. Can't add addresses easily by saving already entered information while going to a different screen on phone to get address of someone in your contacts. Can't figure out format for entering phone numbers. Autofil isn't recognized and have to reenter information even though it is shown in the field. Horrible, horrible app for filling in information for shipping. Literally took me an hour to fill in shipping info because I was interrupted and couldn't save info.
I like celebrations service but the app is horrible I have to call everytime I use it. If ordering from personalization mall you lose all the information you put in. Then it canceled my subscription 5 months after I got it and had to renew. Waiting for my bank statement to see if I was charged again. THEY NEED TO DO SOMETHING.
I love the variety of options, but I often need to make a purchase that needs to be delivered the same day or next day, but there's no way to filter in the app for this. I waste precious time in a very busy day having to go all the way to the last step of purchasing only to find out I need to choose a different item. It would be great if you could accommodate very busy business leaders that find out at the last minute of things that we want to send a gift for (medical emergency as an example)
It was easy to order on the app, but some of the links didn't work, and it hasn't updated some of the account info that I updated on the website login. Maybe just laggy? Anyway, customer service was helpful when I called. Chat feature is just ai.
The absolute worst UI I've experienced in a long time. Just try copying and pasting an address. Everything filled out correctly and it would not save because address auto complete didn't verify the address. Switch apps to look something up and your entries are all deleted. There's no way the developers did any effective functional testing.
I really wanted to love this app and was very excited about it. However, every time I try to copy and paste addresses or phone numbers in when I go to order, it deletes everything I've done, every time I exit out to get more information to add. Too frustrating to use!
Hard to say what happened but when I tried to place a valentine order the app kept throwing me back to page one without allowing me to look at the merchandise. After 3 unsuccessful tries I uninstalled the app then subsequently reinstalled it. I was able to put through an order so we shall see.
Ugh. Who designed the UI? Poor UX. Can't search by food type or by the seller. To look for stuff from the bakery I have no choice but to go to the search menu and type "bakery". Why isn't there a food type, category or an ability to search by vendor like on your website? I feel like I'm being directed to what you want me to buy, not what I'm looking to buy.
The app is limited. I like it but I would like to be able to focus on one brand for a bit, find what I need, then open another brand to shop more. Instead you are directed to what the app thinks you are looking for and the offerings can be limited. :(
