for me worked well . I like the navigation map. Definitely with getting for you center parcs holiday.

Great app for your stay. the map shows all the routes and where everything is, including your lodge you can also book any activities you want to do and see how busy they are. Food can also be booked through the app and you can also see what food is available with menus from the restaurants. !!essential app for your stay!!

Updated - Logged into my Center Parcs account on the website then downloaded the app from the link there and it worked. Looks good and all details of upcoming holiday and itinerary are showing. Like a few other reviews mention, unable to install the app after download. Have tried all the advised fixes by Google in the failed to install message but still not working.

Great App, allows you to book, cancel and amend activities and shows the routes to get from one place to the other. To be seen how it works when we get there e.g. is there enough network coverage outside of the villa etc.

I logged in to the app and navigated to "itinerary" and then "activities" it asked me to log in again (within an in-app browser). I am sure there is a way to pass an authentication token within that browser so users won't have to log in twice. Thank you.

A terrible app, searching for activities is so painful we gave up and just walked to the places to try to book them. Could enhance the experience but just makes it worse. The activities are overpriced and have no packages or deals. how about a mult activity package with tiers of activities. Innovate something.

Updated - tried downloading again and i can now see my current booking. Updated to 5 stars. Used the app for my most recent break and it was great, very useful. We have booked another break but the new booking isn't showing. Would have given 5 stars had the app had my new booking on it.

If you are not the lead booker and try to create an account and add your booking whilst your booking is underway you cannot - so hence cannot currently use this app. I don't see any reason why a basic navigate a site guest feature can't be made available if you are not the lead booker.

It's great. I downloaded today, and everything I need for my upcoming break is there. All my activities, restaurants etc. Really handy to have everything in one place. Fab!

Notification timings are all over the place and completely out of sync with the actual time. "You have 1 hour until...." For something starting in 5 mins.

This really is a terrible app. Can't find anything, it's not intuitive or helpful and I can't really do anything. My advice is to use the website or call them instead

Wont download onto my Samsung A9, got latest operating update and plenty of download space available, tried several times. UPDATE After many tries it has now download and opened, looks very good and easy to use.

We come here to Elevden as a family for 1 week every 4 months. 1 hour away from home so quick to get to and quick to get home from at the end of the break.
