This has an App Icon. But essentially it's a link to Internet browser page. So it doesn't provide the normal conveniences of a TRUE app. It never remembers your device to log in without special code that is only sent via email. Even if you just logged in and happen to go to read a text message for a couple of seconds and go right back to the Website, you have to go through all the steps of logging in again and retrieve special code from email that expires within 20-30 seconds. 😡

1st: I found this app to be easy to navigate and it shows you alot of info. I swear I saw "price a drug" but the 2nd time in the app I couldn't find it anywhere! Is this feature available? 2nd: when I messed up signing in, the words on the screen were so tiny I could neither read them or stretch the page out to complete the sign in process until after approx 5 or 6 tries. I was very upset and frustrated.

When using their app, it jumps from the login page (where you enter your username and password) to the web sign-in page (where you enter your username and pw), then back to the app page, and each jump can be confusing to some. At least that has been my experience, on my Samsung phone. Their deliveries have been fairly reliable! If you need something fast, use a local Pharmacy! I have to say their prices are much better than most other Pharmacies. ...some Rx can not set up on auto refill.

It's difficult to figure out how to interpret the organization of connected functions from the patient user's point of view. Once a request is entered, an ID number is given. And is never referred to again. Tracking orders is organized by order status. Which, without a search feature, organizing drug names would be better for patient users. No tutorial. Frustrating & time-consuming to use to accomplish common tasks.

App works well, but there appears to be deficiencies in processes. Orders held up with no explanation. Orders canceled, then reordered, all of which are listed under status, which is extremely confusing when checking order status. Messaging does not work. Receive notifications of message, click a notification, and it disappears, takes you to App, but there are no messages; total waste of time. A normal text to phone would be more productive.

Midway through order if you search "nothing exists " then it refuses to allow you to select any more items. Then, you can't check out. Your only option is to sign out and lose everything you chose. Then it doesn't let you sign in again. Went through this for two days. Gave up and tried on a different phone without search or mistakes to complete order.

Ok app, I mainly use it to order over the counter products. The product pictures and descriptions are poor or non-existent and only show the front of the item. The pictures get blurry if you try to enlarge them further. It's best to purchase whatever is in your cart before you go to research a product that doesn't have a good description and/or picture. If you take too long you will lose everything in your cart which is very frustrating!

It's an ok app. Sometimes it works but other times it doesn't. If you want to get a refill or if you want to order something in the store, they're all over that. But, like now below this box there's a space to "Tell us more (optional)" all I'm getting is the proverbial spinning circle. UPDATE, still getting the spinning circle! NEW- I got on the app to look at orders. I see duplicates for the same med & when I pull them up 1 is canceled. Has happened on multiple meds. VERY hard to figure out 😱

The new updated version is much easier to navigate & keeps track of how much you've spent when you add an item. The only con is if you get logged out for stepping away too long, when you log back in, you have to shop all over again. I found its better to write down each item & it's catalog # as I go along since it happened twice to me on my latest order.

Load items in your Over The Counter Account and you go back to finish selecting the rest of your items and they're not even in your cart. I've had that happen too many times and then I have to try to remember the items that I selected previously. It's still some bugs(roaches) in this app. Humana, you need some Technical Support people, who knows what they are doing, ASAP.

App logs you out fairly quickly for inactivity, and empties your entire OTC cart in the process, so if you have to start over & hope you haven't forgotten anything. I recommend keeping a list of you've been browsing or adding multiple items to cart. Also, provides very little information regarding OTC items which makes it difficult to know if they'll do what you expect. However, if app simply kept cart intact for a period of time after logout, I'd give it a higher rating.

App has improved by finally adding product images for OTC items, but it still contains only a minimal description. Showing the entire product label, including ingredients, would greatly help in order to understand exactly what is in each product. The app and website do not always have the same products or prices, which needs to be remedied. It would also be nice if the contents of the cart were retained from one login to the next. I've added one star for the recent improvements.

It doesn't surprise me that your app is defective. I click the icon to open the APP, but it opens my web browser instead. I have go through the whole login process and then it tells me to click to open the APP. Where I have to go through the login process. If there's a problem with a prescription it says to contact via the provided link. Which calls Humana, not Centerwell. So I spend upwards of 30 minutes to an hour connecting to and explaining my problem to someone who can't do anything.

I had to go up a star because the Humana Pharmacy team has been good to work with. Also my first 5 delivers were ahead of schedule. The app isn't worth much, and neither is the website. It's too cluttered and the menu is very confusing. It would help if the site or the app would be able to reflect any issues there might be with a prescription order, in detail. Not just to say an order is on hold or that action, on my part, is needed for my order to process, without explanation as to why.

App keeps closing when trying to open. Then have to uninstall and reinstall. Such a headache. Bad app. When it works it is ok but since the last month or so have not had any good luck with it. I tried to email the developer and that email came back as undeliverable. Very strange. Trying every week and still once putting in code and new password after changing it several times, it doesn't work. Someone please fix this. Can't do anything with it.

Edited: It's probably the worst app I've ever used, especially PW. The worst part is that to reset your password (if you're on a phone) is that you CANNOT toggle back and forth between the email they send to get the reset passcode and the email they send. If you keep the app running and go to email to get the code, then toggle back to the already open app, it sets you back to the beginning where you enter your username name again. You get caught into a loop. Need a computer! VERY frustrating.

This app is terrible. My 1st order on the new app was duplicated 5 times and because items were shipped multiple times, I lost 80.00 of my benefits. Everything I order, something bad happens. Either the order doesn't go through, or it's says it doesn't go though but does. Ever since it's roll out on July 1st, it's been a problem. You guys got alot of work to do.

I had to uninstall this app and download it again, I'm having problems to login. It stops working. Keeps sending messages to try later I do it and nothing happens. Thank God it works better now. Well not that better, still has to improve on how to cancel refill orders. It glitched when I was using it and maybe by mistake I clicked the refill when I really still don't need it and there is no way to cancel this action.

Clunky app. Menus not at all intuitive. Can't look up medication history. I put five items in my cart and selected expedited delivery and the hour glass just sat there spinning. I had to back out and open the cart again and then it worked. It would be very useful if Humana sent the medication name when they send a text that a prescription is ready for refill. Instead, they send you the script number. Just got one and the script number didn't appear on any of my current bottles!

Update: no change. They don't care! Still terrible. There is no explanation when a refill is on hold. It's also listed as Shipped, also listed as canceled. Never know what I am getting. Auto texts are not listed anywhere and can't be retrieved so they can be read. Really hate it. And prices on the OTC stuff are insane. I realize this is a benefit, but why charge 2-3 times retail? Wouldn't it be nicer if they didn't gouge us? Much room for improvement. A company this big should do better!
