App picture quality is trash and does not work! No matter how many times I take a picture from any phone (Android/Iphone) of the birth certificate and the driver's license, the app makes it seem blurry because the quality processed within the app is low and they always tell you that the picture you took is unacceptable! You don't even have the option of uploading a picture you took outside the app so it can be of good quality. FIX IT!!!
too many "updates" which provide no tangible "improved performance"; time wasted as they are obligatory to use the app.

App is useless, and I had to do everything by going to the actual cesco office. Had to schedule multiple appointments just to renovate my car license. Does not recognize the autoexpreso tag, constantly shuts down and crashes, and is not user-friendly. Fines do not appear as paid even though they have been. What is the point of the app. And you can't even access the websites cause it forces you to use the app. The only thing it's useful for is scheduling appointments.
I've used for about 6 months, starting after getting my first Moderna vaccine and it worked very well. I was able to update my info with the driver's license renewal and the 2nd and booster doses. And then, in Dec 2021, it kicked me out, prompted me to enter my data, and then says it's invalid. Repeatedly, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Please fix it!
The system indicates that I do not have a PIN set up, but at the same time, I must log in to set it up. That is highly illogical! It is impossible to accomplish. I have a strong aversion to this application. I fail to comprehend the purpose of Cesco having web access if all tasks must be performed exclusively through this impractical application.
Generally I like the app. But I wish it had two very important things: 1. Push Notifications for Appointment Reminders, and 2. Sending Calendar Events trough email for appointments. I just missed a very important appointment because it was not in my calendar and the app didn't show a reminder either.
You can't print any certification, at least on Android, certifications are just a view and the share button is not working. You can't share to anything, it's not working with WhatsApp, email clients, cloud providers, printers, etc... This is worthless unless we can download the documents!!!
I made an appointment for 10am. I arrived at 9:53 and notified the staff of my appointment. My name was highlighted on a printed list and I was instructed to take a seat. Three hours later I ran out of time and notified the staff that I would have to reschedule. I don't work at cesco so I don't know what happened. I do know that the app serves no purpose whatsoever and should be removed from Google Play.
Not very intuitive, especially for elderly people that now are force to use it. Can't make appointments. No matter what you do, the small checkbox doesn't let you select it so you can continue to the next screen.
A few days ago the app gave me instructions for how to make a vehicle transfer with the app, but now those instructions are nowhere to be found. I don't know if it was removed with an update or what, but it has been super frustrating, and the web version of this has been of no help either.
Needs to be updated for real. As is the "download vehicle license" function is not working. Sadly the web version is also tied to the same application code, so as of today, and on my knowledge: 1 week ago the function has been greyed making it a huge hassle because requires taking 2 days off from work, 1 to go to cesco physically, 1 to renew car tags
If I could id give this a zero! I don't know if you guys are aware that we are in the middle of a damn pandemic and for such reasons not everyone was able to renew their license because some cesco had to close due to covid19 cases, so why you guys don't take that in consideration and let us renew our license even if it has 1 month of expired? I NEED my license and can't renew it till December 24 and was hoping to do it here but cant, this app is useless.
I cannot use the app anymore. Kicked me out and cannot log back in. There is no option to log in and goes through the create account process. When at the email verification step, says an account is already created with the email and no other option is available. 09-17-2024: Still not fixed, I see.
So annoying, I keep trying to pay a ticket and I can't because the 4 number verification code never gets to my email I have tried multiple emails and I just don't get nothing... nunca avia pasado tanto trabajo tratando de pagarle al govierno que lo que quiere es tu dinero no entiendo... esto no sirve para nada !
So far so good, awesome app, it should simplify how to obtain a copy of lost vehicle title and the procedure to scrap the vehicles, by doing this the system would free more space since millions of vehicles are scraped but because the complexity and the cesco protocol all those vehicles eventhou does not exist anymore the system still carries them for life until the protocol get easier and simplified for the people.
It won't allow me to put in and authenticate my contact information. When I try to type my phone number, the app changes the order of the numbers, and it refuses to send me the code I need to authenticate my email. My license expires soon. I need this fixed right away.
Does not accept my pin to log in. When I go to verify my licence or plate number to verify my pin, an error screen pops up. I disconnected all accounts from device, and when Im going to fill in my licence or plate number to access my account again, I get the same error screen.
Year 2024 does not work. It worked on the first vehicle in 2023 but now it won't. It had to do with the credit card portion. I tried with two different cards and even call the credit card company, they told me is not them it is CESCO. Like everything the Puerto Rico government touches, it damage it or perhaps the moron behind the keyboard is not even qualified to do the job. On top of that, there is no phone number's available to call customer services to fix it.
This digital app does not work, period! Called numerous CESCO offices and no one answers the telephone. Rep. at Auto Expreso informed me that I am wasting my time trying to call CESCO as they "never" answer their phones. Then people complain about how "AI" will be taking over jobs/positions. Pray it'll be a better experience, for sure. This app gets -0%!!! I.T. fix this platform pleeeease. :-(
