The deposit and withdrawal options are also well organised which doesn't confuse a user. Also noticeably the coins on the platform are well selected, and it isn't everything goes like other platforms. Great organisation indeed. Another beautiful thing is the support team whenever there are issues to resolve. The social media presence is also on point, and that inspires confidence and shows the dedication to a professional and sound service to clients. It is a platform to stick to for the longest possible time.

Previously, everything was fine, but now they require complete data from users, such as full name, position, earnings, and so on. Directly for tax data are collected. If you refuse, then they simply stop working with you and that's it) That's the way things are.

Worst experience ever. They have much issues with withdrawing and transferring to other sites. Customer service is poor with very slow response times. Definitely recommend using a different platform unless this is your last option. They won't even let me withdraw back to my own debit card at the moment. Had to update since my last review. Very scam app. They take your money and won't let you transfer it anywhere else. They won't even let you transfer it back to your bank to go elsewhere. Scam.

Love the app but when it doesn't work may the odds be ever in your favor. They have a good help center but if there is an issue that you may be having the bot can't help with and there is no agent available, your basically lost in the water. Recently the mobile app was down for a few days and the status page didn't say anything about it until people started leaving low reviews in the app store. So yea they really do need to do something about making there help center work when it counts.

In some ways is a good app, because of its fees which are a little better compared to other wallets; deposit or crypto purchase is easy and fast but, it runs into issues when you try to buy up to your daily limit according to your level of identity verification -- the lowest being $3,000, but they would reject or decline your purchase saying "you have exceeded your daily limit for your card payments!" What that for? I don't know, and you never get a response back from customer support nor chat.

It's regulated so they want ALL your information. But passing verifications is nearly impossible. I receive SUCCESS! message after each step but at the end I'm told my info doesn't meet their requests. The problem is they don't tell you what to fix after a Failed Attempt... And human help is to no avail because they're swamped with calls for help...No surprise there... they have serious issues throughout. I Quit! There are plenty options you can master with simplicity.

It's a 3 star app. There are many bugs. I really do not enjoy leaving this type of review. (1) constantly having to provide login credentials. (2) Crypto purchases in the app result in failure. I go to the web version and they complete successfully with zero issues. (3) Balance in the app is always at zero. On the website everything is accurate. (4) Profile > Payment Methods is a dead link.

This company is extremely unethical and misleading with their false advertisement. When purchasing bitcoins using Fiat currency, it CLEARLY states the fee that it charges and how much my total charge is. After many transactions, it seemed weird that I only received less than what I should have according to their "checkout summary" page for the lack of a better term. It clearly states the 2.99% fee when you are making the payment. However, they had a hidden fee of 7% in addition to the 2.99%!!!

This app is a pain, everything takes for ever to do. Sometimes you have to log in through the browser to get things completed. I'm sticking with coinbase. Update: Although some things have to be done online, what I had trouble with was on the app itself. It would freeze at times when I had to deposit money. It would get so annoying I would just log into cex.io from the browser and do it from there.

The app by design works well and is easy to navigate. Customer support takes to get ahold of due to time difference. And even though they have offices in the USA- the purchases are run through London which then charges me another fee for foreign currency exchange. Fees are more expensive than other trading sites but there is almost no delay from purchase to being able to move to my blockchain wallet.

I like the interface of the app but the app has apparently no memory. After getting my card registered, going through the verification process, and being verified it seems to forget all the hassles you went through just for that, and even after being verified it wants you to do all again. If I didn't have to go through that whole process again considering I got verified on the app and on the site, I would've given the app maybe 3 stars, because another problem is the app didn't install.

DO NOT USE THIS EXCHANGE! Absolutely terrible. I went through all the hoops to open an account. Funded $800 with credit card to purchase ETH. Attempted to withdraw to outside wallet 3 days later. "Compliance" would not allow withdrawal. Converted ETH back to USD and withdrew back to debit card. Cost over $120 for those few transactions. I would give zero stars if i could.

I can't withdraw can't do anything I've tried to understand. My KYC is up to date and verified. I put money in and can't get it out. So I am requesting a refund and close my account. I have been trying to do that for over a year now with no answers.

I registered, passed the verification, top up my account and the next day a latter came with a refusal to confirm the address, they made me go though the verification again. At the stage of passing, an error appeared and I can go through the next verification only after 29 days!!!! I wrote in support to take the money, they have been silent for 20 hours in a live chat!!!
