Wouldn't change iPhone and android either together or separately once my wife hired. Not sure if this was an issue with the unit. Couldn't set up my own account since no link to Google pay, though there is one to apple pay.. Also, finding a station that wasn't full was a problem.

One day, my phone was like 5% left, and I thought I just needed to scan the QR code and rent the thing la. But then, when I opened the app, it required me to log in again since I hadn't opened it in a while, I guessed. Thus, I miscalculated the time needed to use the app, and my phone shutted down before I could rent anything💀. Don't make my mistakes guys.

They have a deposit fee but it's almost 3months and haven't received a refund despite returning the powerbank

Don't use! The powerbank only charged a max of 20% and you have to be really lucky to return it to a station that has a free spot. Had to run to 3 different 7-Eleven shops to find a free spot while the payment timer keeps counting.

Totally worth it. Be sure you have a working battery though. I noticed about 50 min after I rented one that it was no functioning properly so I tried to return it before I was charged, but it was too late and got charged for an hour. Still, so worth it.

Getting registered and signing up was a bit tricky and not as simple. Navigating through the interface was not intuitive nor logical. However, once set up, renting and returning powerbank was easy with the abundance of 7-11 outlets dotted throughout HK. A word of caution, charges are by the hour, so one should return the powerbank as soon as possible. I got a rude shock on the rental charges. The "wallet" feature is nasty. It will keep any unused money until you apply for a refund, long process

Battery was not fully charged and only had 3 bars out of four. Only charged my phone for 50% at 1 hour 11 minutes before it ran out. I had to pay for the 2 hour rate without getting a significant amount of cell phone charge. The last bar on the battery only charged for a few minutes before shutting off. Don't expect to get much out of the batteries as they are small and not fully charged.

Be careful when using this app in Japan if you don't know Japanese. There wasn't enough explanation regarding what I paid for. Once you add a credit card,they will charge you for nothing. I didn't receive an email or a tax invoice.The user guide is in Japanese, and the service desk operates in Japanese only. The website has limited English explanation, which is not clear. I emailed them about the issue but received no reply. It feels like they are taking advantage of foreigners. What a shame.

This app is a Scam. I only use for a couple of hours and I was charge 4080 yen penalties with out any reason.

First two rental experience were great. This time, I walked 3 7-11s unable to return the charger because they were all full. I was wanting to leave a suggestion at your page but unable to submit. I have no choice but to leave my comments here. Still looking for a place to return but time is ticking... Shouldn't have all 7-11's charging station fully filled.

It's a praud app. I didn't subscribe for the monthly plan, and they started to take monthly fee. I want to unsubscribe, but it's impossible from the app. It's totally unacceptable things. I've been trying to cancel that plan over an hour and couldn't do it. I sent an email to them and am waiting for their reply. Guys, please do not install this app.

you can't cancel your subscription. I didn't even know i subscribed. now the app won't let me delete my cc information. stay away. I was charged $20 to use a charger for 3 hrs. could've bought one at that price. everything is in Japanese . constantly difficult to use translation

Used it for a month when I was in Japan. The power banks are available in several places in Tokyo and you can charge your phone and pay with credit card details in the app. Just note: It does not fast charge, 0-100% will take over 2 hours.

The app said usage was 55mins but I was charged for 2hrs. Return was hard to find (in Tokyo Disneyland) since the place where I got it was already full as well as the other nearby places. No support for English in the app, need tedious process of email etc. Charging speed was not fast (I only got 30% in almost an hour).

Convenient location that will save your day! Even with less than 4% battery I'm able to download, install the APP, and complete the checkout before the battery completely run out. Available in multiple locations in SEA regions is another advantage. It would be better if there's a way to checkout without APP install for extreme case like mine one, and it would be better to have an option to switch charger when there's a faulty device. Look forward to future development of this APP anyway!

Do not install this app. It has no information about "regions" until you try to use it. Not when you register an account, not before crediting money. As a tourist in Japan, I tried to use it at Universal Studio Japan, and to do so you have to credit money first so I credited 5 USD then went to scan the charger and that's when it malfunction saying can't scan because of user's different region. So you essentially stole my money. Shame on you!!!

terrible app, terrible service, when I add my debit card show me error... and charge me 100+€ for some reason. and now they say will give me back the money in 14 days!!!! and I couldn't even had the battery. I would give 0 stars if it will be possible.

stupid app. added two of credit cards in the app. It says approved but can't be charged. Topped up 30hkd to rent the charging pod but unable to rent. No indication or whatsoever. Unable to request for refund either due to the terms and conditions. the topped up amount can't be used at all. it's a scam
