I like the app it's cool but it's definitely not individualized. I would give it five stars if it was truly individualized but the model it shows for me after the quiz is Oriental olive skin and I am white with cool neutral skin and a summer soft summer palette with blue eyes she doesn't even have the same eye color as me. the makeup kit is selected for me would definitely look terrible on me also everything is discontinued or out of stock that it's selected. makeup is ridiculously expensive wow

This app usually works really well but lately as I scroll, products are being added to my cart. I once had a thousand dollars of product added to my cart accidentally because the very light tap response as I scroll is way too sensitive if my finger happens to touch the "add to cart" button. Please fix this. It never happened before.

I'm learning so much about my skin and the way to take care of it. This app also matches me to the right shade makeup and lipstick! I'm impressed.

I love Charlotte's products. I can't wait to try the concealer in the new formula. I've heard great things.

I have a lot of makeup/skin care from Charlotte. The reason for my review isn't to do with the makeup but the "reward points" You can spend £400+ but if you don't buy something in a certain amount of time then you are knocked right down to level 1. I was £60 from level 4, & now I'm a quarter into level 2. The amount I've spent is crazy. I've brought La Mer & am going to see if their is much difference as I hate how I've just been dumped down levels after being so loyal to the company. Emailed u.

Be warned! If you're purchasing via the app specifically to take advantage of promotions that are app exclusive, if you pay via Klarna then your purchase will be classified as a Web order and they WILL NOT honor the promotion. Customer services most unhelpful and won't listen at all that there is clearly a system error with promos applied via the app. I love the products and have spent a small fortune with CT but clearly that doesn't matter to them.

I love my Charlotte Tilbury makeup & skin care products! The colors are flattering & vibrant, & the CT magic moisturizer feels absolutely decadent & makes my skin glow💖 I am a true fan now, & I'm currently awaiting my next order of products to try out. It's also nice that they include free samples to try as well, an extra little incentive to make that purchase! I downloaded the app & have discovered different offers for new items as well as tips for applying their products. Highly recommend!💋

customer service is none existent they couldn't care less. Promised a £10 credit to be added automatically added. So of course no £10 was available. So I contacted the "Customer "no service" Department" still not heard anything. No I'm not surprised as they make you feel that you are either lying and completely inconvenient to their day. When you have to send them screen prints 3 times showing what the world can see on their own website but they are unable to see. Absolute joke.
