Don't buy anything from these apps. They are poor for return items. Also their quality of their clothes is totally rubbish. As per your instructions, I submitted the return request, but again rejected. That means you just posted to show off the public that your company takes care of their complain. This is totally bogus. I request all of the Chicpoint's users don't buy anything. They are fraud.

I had a horrible experience with this app! the quality of the products is very bad and you will not be able to return and get refunded! it's a scam and I wish I had checked all these reviews before making such a mistake!

once you purchase any product then you can't return it. very bad return policy I got my product very bad quality and also different from the picture they shown in the app. I applied for a return many times but they didn't approve the return request. very disappointed

This is the most deceitful and fraudulent app I've ever seen, offering discounts on low-quality, Chinese products. A cap costs $6 after the "discount" (it was $30 before the discount), and once you add it to the cart, the price jumps to $10. The same applies to the rest of the products. They trick you into thinking they have a 70% discount, when in fact it's the regular price, and the price increases as you add it to your cart.

I and my friend ordered from this app. we got the clothes but in bigger sizes, and they cut the size label so that we won't know what size it's. For this, we will give you 1 stars and delete our accounts . if the size is not available just indicate it in the app instead of sending wrong sizes 😑 😒 🙃 🙄

Poor quality and worse service. Return requests are made difficult and rejected for ridiculous reasons. I do not recommend using it. Moreover, the items were dirty and I applied for return three times with photos but they still rejected the return. Don't waste your money.

This app is not recommended. They scam people and have bad customer service. I ordered 3 pants with the correct measurements believing that it looked identical to the picture but to my surprise it was completely different. The size was inaccurate and the design was not what I opted for. I tried emailing and messaging them but all they did was ignore me. Do not buy any item from them and consider other apps instead.

I deleted this application. It's not reliable and the prices are raising everyday, as well as the shipping fee to Morocco. Why would I bother and spend my money to buy something that I don't even know if it looks the same as it is shown on the pictures, and pay 15$ as a shipping fee, while I can go and get it from other reliable apps with a reasonable price + a free shipping?!

Very bad app The items don't match the photos, and they were very poorly made and the size charts are very off too They trick you into free gifts and when you sign up for the order you get to pay the full price and there is no turning back.. Same for the cobons The app doesn't let you rate the items so all of the ratings inside the app are fake
