It started like a lot of these comments about it not working. Then after about the 10th time trying to connect I figured it out. Once you get to the cast page where it says" can't find device or can't connect, hit the 3 dots in upper right corner and enable or turn on the cast. I assumed it would already be on but nope. Try it y'all and see. It works good. Now I can connect to devices wherever I go.
Had to use this at a hotel Took a few minutes but figured it out and worked okay.. No issues but there is no cancellation information. I cannot find the profile so that I can cancel the subscription. I have no use for this on a daily basis, only needed it for the weekend. There is no easy way to cancel the subscription. I have sent an email hopefully this is resolved Before I am charged for an app I cannot use. Update 6 days later. Yes, I was charged and no response to my request to cancel.
Do not install this if you want to keep your money. You can connect to most modern TVs without any special software, even some older ones through a remote shell. And I think for this app to correctly work, it needs certain permissions such as WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS I have a type c to HDMI cable and I don't worry about it when it's storming. These people are just making copies of other apps, and changing the login logic or the payment logic. It'll be off the play store soon enough. Try fdroid.
If I could give both this, and their TV Chromecast for Roku app a shared 1/2 ⭐ ...combined, that'd be based solely on me being a compassionate person! TRASH! I've tried more times than I'd like to remember, seriously waisting hours, attempting to connect and cast to my Roku Smart TV. Extremely frustrating because I'd been dumb enough to pay for both with upgrades. Roughly $70
Tired of "free trials" that don't let you try until you provide payment info and then they make unsubscribing as difficult as possible. Don't know if this works, not going to find out. Uninstalling.
It's been 6 months since I requested for my money bank and still no response from you. had a three day free trial. Asked for credit card information. Said I was successfully charged. No where on the app can you cancel it. Don't do it. On top of it wouldn't connect to my TV at all. Over all horrible experience. I emailed to cancel and still haven't heard back after 3 months.
This app does not work at all. I signed up for my free 3 day trial. Could not do anything with it. I contacted the support the same day and said i wanted to cancel, yet nothing happened. They then tried to take the money from my account though. I contacted support again saying i already wrote an email to cancel, yet the very next day they tried to take the full year subscription from my account. DONT USE THIS APP!!!

whats the point of having an app to that you can only use with a subscription or a one-time payment? why am I paying to cast something from MY phone to MY TV. dont waste your time and ignore this app 10000000%
this is not a legit Chromecast app. the ads so intrusive you can't use it. it froze up my phone and I have a pixel 10 pro. crazy Google would allow this to be on the app store, this is disgraceful
ad spam so frequent I can barely use it, gating features that used to be free just for owning a Chromecast behind an subscription service. I hate the future.

Total fraud!!!! On the same day where I have subscribed for the 3 days trial I got disappointed by the app ans decided to cancel the trial and further cancel the yearly subscription to take place. However, there is no option on the app whatsoever to cancel!!! I have even sent an email without any reply from their end!!! This is unacceptable and illegal.
Even though I was on a free month trial using this app, in less than a week, Evolly.App has charged me with the monthly subscription of $39.99. I didn't even get the chance to use the app as I found another one more suited. In result of this I have unsubscribed my subscription (still within the free trial) and would like to know how and who I need to speak with to get this sorted ASAP!! Feels like a scam to me but has anyone been reimbursed?
Team, I was not able to cancel my subscription and unfortunately I came to know that my credit card been charged with monthly subscription which I never want to have, I was only willing to try the app to cast my new TV and later I was unable to cancel the subscription due to technical glitch. I kindly request the team to look into this subject and refund the subscription charges which been incurred abnormally. Waiting your feedback.

awfully and full of adds, keeps asking to upgrade. I paid with my Google account and they too twice the amount advertised. now I can't get my money back and Google have been useless.
